They did not check in any current members to get people into beds which were completely open while everyone stood there and waited. This customer service is very poor and needs to be fixed. I do not recommend coming here unless you want to wait 20 minutes just to be checked in for a bed!

She thinned my hair way too much after I said I wanted volume, she said it was to "add texture" but now I know it's because she was trying to fix her mistake to the point where it felt uneven and way less full than before. The layers were also cut the wrong way and didn't blend at all--it just looked choppy and awkward. I tried to trust the process while I was in the chair, but once it was done, I knew something was off. It didn't frame my face right and honestly just didn't look like a professional job nothing was even. I ended up having to go to someone else to fix it, which cost me even more time and money. A haircut is supposed to make you feel better, not stressed about how to fix it after. If you're looking to walk out less happy than when you walked in, this is definitely the place to go.
