I've had the privilege to come on the days when she has the room to herself so we've had the 1:1 time to really chat and get to know each other. She takes her time with your hair. She also takes notes on what she did, based on what you like and what she did with your hair so the next time you see her, she can look back on her notes to repeat the color/tint she used last time. The technicians are very kind and down to earth which sometimes isn't the case at other salons I've been to. This place can be kind of hard to find sometimes. And there have been times that I've tried to call to reschedule appointments and have been unable to get ahold of them. They also could use a bit of updating inside as well as some more space. But other than that, they are well on their way to 5 stars if you ask me. I will definitely be back next time my eye brows need a wax, and maybe to try out how they do with massages! Pet dander and hair in large quantities should not come in contact with any cosmetic procedures could cause bacterial infections or more complications.  I also received a chemical burn from her negligence, Chemical burns for lash extensions can be common, usually mild and transient. However, could've easily been avoided. She could've Weigh down the top eyelid with foam tape or a sanitised coin, or use foam tape instead of eyepatches under the eyes to prevent the fumes getting into open eyes - the extra thickness of the foam tape helps a lot with this, especially on clients with more prominent eyes! Plus the way she microblades eyebrows is way too thick. Not only were my eyelashes extremely rushed, but her getting back with any communication with me has been like pulling teeth. The environment could be cleaner, and the technician, Chelsea, herself could be more professional.
