I went a few days ago and asked to quickly tan on a lunch break and could not be spared the 20 minute pitch, having to buy new eye wear, letting me know my tan likely won't be great without one of their lotions, etc. It's too much. Of course she gentle mentioned other things but it was subtle and classy. They did not check in any current members to get people into beds which were completely open while everyone stood there and waited. This customer service is very poor and needs to be fixed.
