Beaches Tanning in Spanish Fork has seriously leveled up! They've doubled in size and the whole place feels so much more open and upgraded. I've always loved that they've had red light therapy, and now with even more spa treatments, it's become such a great spot for self-care--not just tanning. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit even better. Definitely one of my favorite places to go! read more

Beaches Tanning and Spa - Spray Tanning Near Me - Spanish Fork, Utah

See all

I live out of town and dropped in for one spray tan driving through Spanish Fork, UT. These gals forged my signature and saved my card on file charging my twice a month for 8 months before I caught it! $53 at the beginning of the month and then $89 at the end, for months! the company offered a partial refund after months of emails and calls. I started calling in July and a 1/2 payment was not offered until September. Thieves and liars working for a disreputable corporate company that does not honor their policies or the privacy of their costumers bank information. BEWARE you are next! read more

This place is a complete joke. I am not someone who regularly goes to tanning beds besides 1 or 2 months in the winter if I'm leaving on vacation and don't want to get fired. Long story shot I went in and they told me If i signed up for a pass I could do the best bed for cheaper then the basic silver as it was towards the end of the month. She then told me I could just freeze my account and then I would be billed 5 dollars a month and that I would be able to use that money towards future tanning... Low and behold when I go to unfreeze my account the 5 dollars a month is only good if i Pay in full for the most expensive plan $96 dollars and all of my months that I paid all year cant be used for tanning its only good for tanning lotion! This place is a SCAM save yourself time and money. Do not go here. I will be charging back on my credit card and placing a complaint with the BBB. How can you charge someone 5 dollars a month totaling $100 plus dollars and then I cant use the money towards tanning at a tanning place! read more

Went here with a friend just to try it out. When talking to the girl up front about prices, I was told if I pay for a monthly membership, it would be cheaper than just a one session price, and i could cancel before the next day and I wouldn't get the next months charge. Total b.s. Ended up getting charged $89 for the next month even though I was told I could cancel it and not get that fee, which I did. Contacted their customer service a few days later to ask for my money back, got an email a day later saying they reviewed the security footage and it was my fault and that the prices were made clear to me. Yeah, the prices were made clear to me, but not correctly. I plan on contacting again, because that is absolutely ridiculous. My friend backed me up on it because the same thing happened to her, so obviously, it was a fault by the employee and not us. Also, how would security footage show that? I feel scammed. Do not go here if you value the money in your wallet. read more

Friendly staff, lots of beds, good monthly prices. They could use more employees when they open.

Great place to tan! Everyone is super friendly and it's always very clean. A great way to relax with one of their options. Wonderful massage chair and tanning beds. Highly recommend this place. read more

their employees are so salesy and only care about making money off of you. You could say no 10 times and they will still ask. It is absolutely ridiculous and annoying. You'd think they would be trained on how to read people to see if they're interested but apparently not. Again, all they care about is money. Every time I have gotten into a bed, I see marks all over from previous customers. The floors are so dirty, you can feel it on your feet. Lotion is on the walls and things are just never clean. For needing to undress in a public facility, I expect things to be much cleaner. read more

Wow! Gorgeous new facility and Ja'nelle was super helpful in helping me decide which bed and what series would be best to work up my summer tan and prepare for a Mexico trip! Highly recommend, super clean, REALLY nice beds and amazing options. read more

Best staff here of all the Beaches from Spanish Fork to Orem. Always friendly, prompt for service and never any annoying pressure to purchase lotions. They're attentive, listen and knowledgeable with regard to any questions I've had. I prefer to drive out of my way to go to this location rather than the Provo location. read more

Always seems a little scattered there. Things don't seem to run very smooth most of the time. However, the front desk workers are nice and do their best. read more

I've given a lot of chances and forgiveness for our circumstance here, and now I'm just upset. This is so unprofessional. First of all, I come in with my daughter who has NEVER been tanning in her life, so I can help monitor and sign for her. On tan 3 they put her in the bed full time, she didn't ask for that! They just put her in for that, without asking her a time at all. Since I was there, I saw her walk back to the room and asked how long they put her in for... They said, "full time." I told them they were insane, this was her third time tanning and she is fair skinned and needs to take it slow, hence the whole reason you go tanning, is to gradually build a tan. So they yell at her from down the hall, "get out when it gets hot." And tell me, "she'll be fine." Well, she didn't get out "in time," got very burned and got sun poisoning, and was sick the entire weekend. Which also caused a major delay as to when she could go back (reluctantly) to tan again. And after talking with them about how dangerous that is. I decided to forgive the circumstance. Since the girls seemed nice. Then I find out I am being charged an entire next month for more than double what I paid for the first month. Which was not expected. But I forgave that. Then I go to tan again. Being that I got the pass on the 9th, so I should have until the 9th, because that's how a month works. And they tell me it's expired. Then I get even more upset at a poorly run experience. I pulled up my cancellation email and read the response to why I was charged double for my second month, and they told me, "The first month was prorated because you came in mid month." But the next month I was charged double price but have to be done tanning by the end of that month, since I cancelled. So.... I didn't get that month prorated?? That makes a ton of sense. Terrible customer service. read more
