During that time, I watched three of the salon's regular clients get taken ahead of me, despite my appointment time, which was frustrating and made me feel like my time wasn't valued. Once I was finally seen, the service itself was disappointing. The shape of my nails wasn't what I had asked for, and when I requested a specific chrome, my nail tech used something different instead of listening to my request. I decided to accept the set as "good enough" and paid $75, plus a tip. Now, less than two weeks later, four of my nails have snapped off. I've had builder gel before and know that this is not the level of durability I should expect after such a short amount of time. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with both the service and the quality of the work. I regret spending my money here and hope you'll take this feedback seriously, as this experience did not reflect the quality I expected.
