Cool space. Servers are nice. Drunk old guy being super loud which is why I chose to leave early, he was yelling non stop and the couple next to him asked him to chill out after that he started going on about how hes a regular and basically "owns the place", that guy and his buddies ruined the vibe. Seems like the crowd here is mostly 60 somethings who drink too much. Freezer burnt wings. Poorly seasoned food.. put some salt in the gravy fellas the only "seasoning" in this goopy mess is a barrel of cornstarch. Not a bad place for cold beers and sports but the food and some of the regulars leave you wishing youd picked somewhere else. And man do they ever need to change the menus, like the physical menus, terrible first impression

I have been to this pub few times since I moved to Richmond. I love the fact that they are always showing the sport game you are looking for(it s really hard to find pubs showing soccer games). Staff are very nice and do their best to accomdate customer needs. We got many items from the menu but the most outsanding one so far is the three eggs omlette with cheese : it is simply perfecto. Will definitely come back

Came by for some beer. Looks like Legends took over the former Malone's. Parking is available in the lot surrounding the building, as well as on Blundell. Looks like they renovated since the Malone's era. The wall separating the main bar area and private room has been knocked down, and the bar counter extended. The venue now has a much more open feel as a result. The upstairs area is still my favourite, though the upstairs bar isn't always open. Staff were friendly. The beer is a bit on the expensive side here, even for the basic stuff. Try to hit one of their drink specials.

August, 14 2019 I went for wings night, after work. All the wings was over cooked and look burnt. We had tried their ... Cajun thai chili wings, salt and pepper wings, buffalo wings. 1 coke, 1 glass of stella beer ( menu's price is $6, but they charged me $8.90), 1 glass of Canadian beer with clamato juice on side) The Korean pretty waitress always ignored me, whenever I tried to order, but she just answer my guy's friends order. Cost me $44 + 15 % tips

    They have added tv's here!

Taking up the old J P Malone's spot.. it was like plug and play for a bar well known in the Richmond area for it's cheap wing Wednesday's and a place to catch the game to just due to circumstance, shut down their old location due to condo development, and then find a place that used to have a bar.. and just move in with really ZERO renovation! So, are you missing Legends.... don't know where it went.. don't know a place in Richmond that has a ton of screens to catch some sort of game that's playing.. well.. they are back in a new location! I knew about them moving, I just didn't realize that they would take up a place that was set up for this. In some ways the new location is better, as there is a fair sized parking lot on the premises. Also coming to the old J P Malone's, I don't remember all these screens that I saw on this time. The deals are the same as before... Wing's Wednesday... cheap beer specials, just new location. You will not see the big letters that used to be on the side building of their old location but you will get the same amount of service.. which is more than you got from the old location.... here now. Probably one of the more lively sports bars in Richmond.. definitely the one with the most screens if you need to see the action and looking at what I saw on the night I was there.. people have learned to flock here, compared to the place that used to be here before. Do watch out though... don't drink and drive... I noticed many cops in undercover cars roaming around here catching people, play safe!

This year, we dragged along one of our older sons to "babysit" while Mom and Dad popped downstairs to check out the local dive bar. Rustic wooden interior. Loud music. Hard alcohol. A slighty-aloof but generally competent bartender. Obnoxious drunk people (in one case, a bachelorette party trying their damnedest to get "white girl wasted"). Basically everything you expect in a dive bar. Feels like home. Regretfully, I didn't get to try the "best fish and chips in Steveston", or any of the mouth-watering burgers I saw flying out of the kitchen, because reasons, but based on smell alone, the food here appears to be excellent. And having this place attached to our favorite inn right above, despite the thumping music beating away into the wee hours of the night on weekends, is just icing on an already enjoyable cake. Lend an ear, because the Buck stops here!

Unlike previous visits, we were spotted and seated quickly on their patio -- very pleasant and more COVID-safe for this immune-compromised reviewer. We ordered: - Memphis hot chicken bites -- pretty, saucy, good pickles, took the edge off - Buck burger (with chowder substituted for the fries) - Fish and chips (decent) - House salad - big enough for two The food was well-executed and there was plenty. I thought we had over-ordered; my wife thought it was perfect. Sadly, they were out of the beta charge juice, to which we were looking forward. Our server R provided friendly, excellent service. Unusually good recommendations. She took good care of us. We parked for free on the street. There is a pay lot as well. Bottom line: We'll be back.

It's so good, I don't want others to know about this restaurant, but that's not fair to the excellent staff and restaurant. It does breakfasts and lunch/dinner. 4 of us went to lunch. The Ladies shared the calamari appetizer (good portion, with a nice sauce, don't worry about the jalapeño peppers) and the guys had the potato skins with bacon (10+ pieces, none of that 4 or 6 pieces) Lunch was Mussels (a huge plate of shells once SWMBO finished), my love had the seafood salad sandwich (with a Caesar salad which we took home). ETB had the grilled chicken sandwich with fries and I had the cheeseburger with bacon added (and fries). Portions are very, very generous. Prices are "current" environment ( not high, not cheap eg. The cheeseburger with bacon and fries $22). Scenery is interesting as it's the Harbour Air terminal right on the Fraser river at YVR Airport South. Parking at the site is small but across the road is 3 hour parking that's free.
