I've got my hair done by Sydnee many times and she's definitely the best stylist I've ever let touch my hair. She's very INTENTIONAL with my hair. So caring and gentle it's not even funny! I happen to be ridiculously tender headed but she was able to do a style on me that didn't hurt AND STILL got me looking right. Not to mention she's so down to earth and REAL ASF. Feels like a friend when I go to see her. I recommend her to all people but especially those who don't trust stylist, have been wronged by a stylist or have never been to a stylist. Wow!!! Thank you!! Amazing!!! Grateful!! My grandson attempted to cut his hair. Did not go so well. He was taunted and called names at school. He came home crying. We kept him home from school and took him to Legends to fix him up. We did not share this story with the barbers. I literally was moved in tears leaving this barber shop! They made my grandson feel so confident and so good after he was finished. To top it off they would not allow me to pay. They new he was upset about his hair. He's 14. I have so much respect for these guys. The energy and presence in this shop makes you not want to leave. I am beyond impressed and so grateful for this experience and their professionalism. So my boyfriend left our house with a full head of curly hair and all he wanted was an inch off the guy cut all of his hair off and when he asked why he said because his curls go different ways and when my boyfriend asked if he could get a fade at least he said no because he said he only wanted some off the top so my boyfriend still paid him and tipped him. Hasani aka H will destroy your hair. Just don't go to him and you'll be alright. They have horrible customer service and usually require an appointment. I've been loyal to my barber for about 7 years, but lately he hasn't been showing up or we have conflicting schedules. Went to H for the first time and it was a huge mistake, just don't bother going there. Walked in sat around for about 2 hours just for someone to actually acknowledge me and ask what kind of cut I'm getting, I have been waiting so long I didn't even want to get a full haircut so I just did my edge up. I specifically asked the guy how much was the edge up he said $15 I said OK I got my edge up done the guy ended up saying oh it's $20 basically adding his own tip, edge up wasn't even straight he worked so fast just so he can get out of there "Buddy" is his name never again will I go here, this place is only if they know u they will acknowledge you, sucks not being able to go to a normal barbershop and them talk to you like a real client. The haircut wasn't all that bad, but they tore up my boyfriends head. He went there today, and he was doing high and tight. It looked very well done, but the way he was using the clippers ended up giving him scratches all over his head. He said that it was the MOST PAINFUL hair cut he has ever received.
