Always too busy and only one tech was able to do the dip set it in the past. Called today and was told I could come now to get a dip set and pedicure. I had a hectic schedule and thought it was a great opportunity to see if the same level of service was the norm. It wasn't. Same phenomenal environment I recalled from before. The customer before me said her nails were too thick. Should have been a red flag for me. I told the tech my nails were too thick. Looked like press on nails on my nail beds. I will not post a pic. I will not be back. My nails beds are swollen. Waiting a week to go see my favorite place to let the swelling go down to get it fixed. $98 for basic pedicure (0 stars) and dip set. Not including the tip. Much love to the owner. I'm not posting pictures. Have had my nails fixed a week later. See my reviews.

I've gone to so many places where I feel like just another face, but Jimmy remembered me on my second visit. Second, if you can't take a joke this is not the place for you. Jimmy keeps it fun & upbeat and he jokes around with his staff and his customers which I personally love. We ALL need to laugh about things more and stop taking life so seriously.... Lastly, I think the review from Helen P. is hilarious! If I could reply directly, I would. I was there that day and heard & saw everything with my own two eyes and my own two ears. The mother came in the door very rude and abrasive. I was extremely uncomfortable with how she spoke to the lady trying to help her. FYI: Just because you have a handicap does not give you the right to be rude to any and everyone. Shame on the other two ladies for allowing that type of behavior and for writing that bogus review. Remember: It costs nothing to be nice! Especially to someone who is going to help you relax and give you a service that is not a necessity! I applauded Jimmy for not subjecting his employees to the disrespect and asking them nicely to go somewhere else to get their nails done. If they'd have talked to my sweet Cindy (my fav nail tech) like that, I would have had to step in. No one deserves to be treated or talked to as such. Okay, stepping off my soap box now. It is very basic. But not bad. I typically prefer when someone is very attentive to cutting my nails, cuticles, and taking care of any extra skin or nail attempting to become ingrown. But for what I absolutely needed today, this worked well.

She was in a different mood and did a bad job and kept burning my nail with the file. (She always does good) Noticed 2 were not completed. Went today to get it redone and tech made me bleed and literally said "ok" and left to the back so she wouldn't have to deal with me saying anything about her cutting me. I was also charged for a "shape" and I did not request a special shape. I paid cash so got a "15%" discount but they always round up as well. Original $45 for short dip nails with "15%" off and charged me $39. I don't mind the .75 but they did it every single time. I always tip as well and this is not great customer service. This salon is never really busy and it really shows why. The manager/owner does not care about customer care.
