I actually decided on a full set of acrylics with white tips. He did a very good job & they were thin, like I love them & he did so, without me asking. Needless to say, I was very pleased with my nails. The pedicure was good as well. He really worked my in-grown nails. It was simple & I didn't want anything special. I just needed my feet to feel good afterwards & look good with clear, regular polish. There were only 2 things that I didn't care for: 1. The fact that I have to pay extra if I wanted to have my cuticles pushed back & 2. That he used a kitchen utensil in order to buff my feet (that thing REALLY hurt ). This is so they are able to charge if you are late or a no show. I was told by them that they expect clients to be accountable as they are, so I went along with it because I understood. They will charge me if I am late but give 15% off if they are late as well. First appt was ok but they were late. I had to wait about 15 or 20 min. The appt for hard gel I had took 3 hours! Yet I was ok. I was trusting them and the process. I made my next 2 appts at that time. The second visit took just as long if not longer. I had plans but was not able to keep them as they were because the appt took so long. I never got the chance to go to the third appt which I made two months prior and had planned right before a vacation. They sent a text the day before asking if it was ok to move my appt to a new tine. I declined because again I had plans for that day. They then sent multiple confusing texts asking me to change my appt time which I didn't understand when they originally asked and I declined. They finally called and confirmed my original appt. They then sent a text on the day of my appt two hours before to say the tech had the flu and they would have to reschedule me and gave me 5 or so random appt choices during the morning hours as if I don't work. So very unprofessional. If you value your time do not waste it on this establishment. I overlooked the contract, the high prices and the long timeframe for the service but I will not compromise on how I am treated. I will never go back and I encourage you to not waste your time or money with this establishment either. Value yourself, your time and your money!

Not only is Trice just a genuinely amazing person, but she is extremely talented as well. She's thorough, and puts your nail health first at all times. I'm typically a little boring with my nail color selection, but Trice has done a great job of gently pushing me outside of my box.
