I really enjoy coming to your salon! Jaden was so nice and amazing, did my nails with such precision and professionalism. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful Unicorn Chrome Almond Shaped Nails
Loi C.

I just had the best experience at Legend Nails! I went in for unicorn chrome nails (both manicure and pedicure), and they turned out absolutely gorgeous. The attention to detail was on point--every nail looks perfect, and the chrome is just stunning. I'm absolutely in love with my new nails. The staff was super friendly and made me feel so comfortable the whole time. They really take their time to make sure everything is exactly how you want it. Highly recommend Holly and Jayden for these gorgeous nails. Especial thanks to Kitty for these beautiful photos so I can show these off to my friends on IG!

Ends missing on both eyebrows!

Okay, I should have really checked before leaving! Both ends of my eyebrows are missing. She spend a lot of time on the right side and I thought she was shooting for perfection! She was trying to figure out how to fixed this messed and didn't know when to stop? Is my mistake for not properly checking before paying and leaving! This is not okay! They should have someone that specializes in eyebrows only! I wanted skinny not to have the ends of my eyebrows removed

One of the best nail salon experiences that I have ever had. The ladies were super friendly and nice, and my nail tech (Kitty) was great. This picture is 5 days after I got my nails done, and They still look great.

Kathy did this set on my hands!
Kim P.

I've been looking for a place that's able to do a long set that is thin and straight looking from the side (as opposed to curved) and I stumbled upon this place near my house. Kathy did an amazing job and I am in love! They're perfect. I'm a nail salon snob in terms of the job they do -- and this place does a great job. Have gone to higher end salons and left less satisfied. Will be coming back. Thank you!

At par. I always question did they really sanitize the tools after each use because I can never see it pull out from the UV box.
Flora C.

This is a very convenient location for me. I would have visit more often if I am more confident on their sanitize work on their tools. The tools always store inside a beat up box with a half peel label "CLEAN". Today, I saw nail file dust all over the box. I can never see them pull tools out from the UV box. When asked, they always say yes the tools are clean. To the owner: I don't mind to pay more if you can assure me how clean the tools are. About the polish job, it really depends on who is working on your nails and how busy they are at the moment. If I go, I definitely go during their off peak time to avoid rush job. Price wise, it is fair priced.

The entire staff is wonderful, the salon is extremely clean, and they've created such a comfortable experience for their clients. She is a perfectionist in the best possible way, takes her time, and consistently delivers flawless results. Her attention to detail, skill, and expertise are unmatched. I always leave loving my nails and knowing they will last 3-4 weeks due to her expert manicure. The appointment took around 2.5 hours, and I liked the final color and overall look of the nails. The salon itself is very clean and has a luxury/self-care vibe. As soon as I walked in, they offered me a complimentary fancy drink and a small treat, which was such a nice touch. They also have iPads available during the service, so I ended up watching Emily in Paris while getting my nails done. What impressed me the most was their cleanliness. After each customer, they thoroughly cleaned everything with Clorox wipes, including the desk, chairs, and surrounding area. As a first-time customer, they also gave me 10% off plus a cute little gift bag with cuticle oil, hand cream, and nail care instructions. The reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because I expected a little more attention to detail for a professional service at this level. A couple of nails had small imperfections. For example, one thumb wasn't fully covered near the edges and part of it looked matte, almost like the top coat didn't fully seal the edge. One other nail also had a slightly uneven surface. They're small details, but noticeable up close. Overall though, I enjoyed the experience, loved the atmosphere, and would consider coming back again to try other technicians.

Daughter injured during pedicure and owner took no responsibility for it :(…read more My 5th grade daughter's cuticle got cut and infected. We incurred a doctor bill, she missed school and ballet class. My wife called to complain and they asked for proof versus offering an apology adding insult to injury. I decided to call and they treated it as "unsatisfactory service" rather than the alarming incident that it was. They offered to refund the specific pedicure service but shorted me the refund anyway. I expected an apology and some show of accountability and goodwill, but only got a lecture about them being a small business and that mistakes happen. WOW, how about making good on your mistake like a business owner who cares about their customer? We won't be back and we'll be sharing with our friends who will also be ex-customers. You continue to defend and explain from your obtuse perch... This was not simply an "unsatisfactory service." A child was injured, developed an infection, that elevated to a need for medical care (and yet you question why days later?), and missed school and ballet. Your restaurant analogy about credit for an unsatisfactory dish in our conversation misses the point. The equivalent is not an unsatisfactory dish--it is a dish causing food poisoning. Refunding that dish alone would not address the resulting harm or medical expense. Accountability is not explaining why you did enough; it is recognizing when your response fell short and making it right.

I liked how clean the work stations and salon were, how attentive my technician was and the overall vibe of the salon. For what I paid for the jelly pedicure (in Kirkland) I found it to be very reasonable for the experience I had. The color selection was extensive, the techs were knowledgeable in and skilled in designs and overall I would come back again in the future.

This has been my go to nail salon the last few years. I have always tipped 20% because I think…read moretheir nail techs are super skilled and I have always left happy with pretty nails. In my last visit however, I received gel x and I noticed an air-bubble about 2 mm in diameter under the nail, with a little line connected to the air bubble that extended close to the tip of my real nail. I brought up my concern of moisture potentially getting under my nails (can lead to nail fungal infection, which happened to me before) to the tech after the nail was cured, and she reassured me that it wont happen. I chose to listen to her because I trusted her judgement. My nails are completed and I think they look great, I paid and tipped 20% and go on with my day. I go home and I am trying to see the air bubble under my nails but I cant bc theres polish on top, so I shined a light under my finger and I could see it. I washed my hands, and looked at the airbubble again with the light underneath and the bubble looks different which means something got underneath the nail, likely water. I check the rest of my nails and i see another smaller airbubble on another finger. The next morning, I drive 20 min to the salon and get there right when they open, and asked if they could redo the 2 nails because theres is water underneath (at least one of them). The lady at the counter asks if I can come back at 11 (an hr later) and they will fix it, and I agree with no issue because I know how busy they get with appointments (looking back, addressing a potential health concern should have been the priority). I come back an hour later, get seated with a nail tech, and as I am explaining what is going on and showing the tech the airbubble with the light underneath my finger, not even after I am done explaining, she cuts me off and says "thats not water its just the gel", and "no one shines a light under their finger" (as if what I am doing is dumb??), but I was literally just trying to show her the airbubble since you cant see it with with the nail polish on top...I explained how the airbubble looked different before and after I washed my hands the night before which means something got underneath my nail and I am just concerned about a potential nail infection since it has happened to me before. I really didnt appreciate how argumentative she got right off the bat. I was talking softly as well to not disturb the people sitting right next to me getting their nails done but she was talking in normal volume, talking to the other nail techs in vietnamese, and I just felt very unheard and put on the spot, when I am just voicing a potential health concern. I thought it would be a simple, quick get my 2 nails redone no questions asked, but I instead had to sit there and almost like defend why I am concerned, and persuade her to redo my nail. I also just drove 20 min and waited an hour and was told they could fix my nails. Eventually she said she can redo the one nail but "there is no warranty if your nails end up hurting because if I redo your freshly done nail, your nail is going to hurt because the nail is going to be thinner", and I asked her to just redo my nail (since thats obviously better than risking a nail infection??) She ended up just redoing the one nail with the bigger airbubble without even acknowledging the other finger I mentioned but by that point I just wanted to get out of there and away from that environment. The redone nail looks fine but I am just incredibly disappointed by the service, especially since I have supported their business and recommended my friends there in the last few years. The photo I attached is from their website where they state that their customer's health and safety is important to them...which does not align with my experience. It's no secret that the techs are talented, but the moment you have a concern about your nails, even a health concern, good luck.

Absolutely horrified by the complete lack of customer service at this place. It looks chic and…read moreupscale however there is zero customer service. This is the second time I've been here and it was another huge disappointment compared to other nail services I have received: 1) Unanswered phone calls after I tried to schedule an appointment, rang several times then went to a private voicemail account. I left a message at the beep and half hour later got a "potential spam call" and voicemail from the place. I ended up just walking in. 2) No one was at the front desk when I walked in, waited to be acknowledged for a full 5 min. I was finally (reluctantly) acknowledged, I was rushed to pick colors, no direction as to where the sample gel vs regular colors are in the salon, eye rolling as I spent a few minutes deciding. 3) I asked for a regular pedicure and a gel manicure, BOTH technicians gave me grief and guilt about not getting gel pedicure instead, saying it will last an hour (this ends up being true/key later) 4) Manicurist, Kelly, was extremely condescending, correcting me saying "well NOW you know better!" when I "mistakingly" asked for more cuticle oil on my cuticles. She applied it sloppily all over my fingers including nails and said "See! That's why I didn't do it earlier!" Just wow. NOT even close to describing this as a relaxing "spa" experience. At this point in tears. When I asked if they had a certain complimentary beverage which was listed with pictures at the front desk, they brought me the wrong one and told me that's all they have. I asked if they have another kind and the manicurist then told me they charge an extra $5 for it. I realized later that this extra charge was something she made up. It was supposed to be complimentary and they also lied about having it available even though it was clearly listed and visibly stocked at the front desk. Wi-Fi apparently only on one tv screen (both the same) but the channels were different, one with a quality show and the other showing a free show. Annoyed when I asked about it. 5) Requested a hot stone add on which is normal at other salons. Again, they gave me grief about not getting their special package including hot stones versus requesting a quick add-on. Hot stones for 3 min massage on each leg but the stones were COLD. Ironically this foreshadowed my entire time here. 5) I sat for 30+ min to allow my reg toenails to dry, lightly touched the big toes to check if they were dry- they COMPLETELY smudged off like warm gummy glue gel. They rubbed off at the lightest tap! This becomes MY fault for touching regular gel. Yes, I checked! I can't wait a full hour+ for crappy old jelly-like gel to dry. I waved her down, she reluctantly re-painted my big toe nails after scolding me. 6) I was placed into the lovely foam ducky flip flops which I usually bring myself so I appreciated, however she yelled "dryer, now!" I followed her to this round thing by the front desk (I tried to enjoy the massage chair for another minute knowing I was going to have to pay an arm and a leg for crappy old gooey nail polish that never dries. Sat me at a table to dry, no directions, just complete annoyance and disgust at my toenails painted in pure goo. Not worth the $70+ including cold "hot' stones. I could easily screw my nails up with 2003 nail polish at home, thanks. 7) I witnessed a 3+ day overdue pregnant woman (I heard her explain this when she sat down) get the same snarky, unprofessional treatment I received. Of course by the same lady who was condescending to me: "well NOW you know not to ask for that!" I felt bad for her because I saw she had a hard time explaining what she wanted. Same lady obviously made her feel bad by ordering a pedicure without polish, had to leave in a certain time. Damn, give the uncomfortable, overly pregnant woman a break! Her treatment was most disturbing to me. I will not be going back because of how they treated this pregnant lady. I can live with gooey nail polish that swipes off at the slightest touch, but this was awful to witness. 8) Lastly, janitor came around vacuuming by my feet. Manager lady at the front desk came up and UNPLUGGED the dryer I was using after only sitting there a couple of minutes. Didn't say anything, just unplugged it. I gave the janitor a look, he turned it back on. She was literally hiding behind the front desk when I tried to see who unplugged the machine. I got up in my flip flops, completely frustrated by the lack of any kindness, courtesy, or fundamental customer service and paid for the services only. I said NO TIP. I never do that as a star people pleaser. This was awful. Not the relaxing self-care experience I was expecting/hoping to have after a really rough day. Unacceptable.
