To begin with, I would easily give this place 5 stars, but the seating was a bit too close for my liking. It felt a little cramped at times, which took away slightly from the overall experience. Moreover, the customer service was really good. The staff was attentive and made sure everything was running smoothly, which I definitely appreciated. Furthermore, I liked that you order through a tablet/iPad it made the process quick and convenient without having to wait around. In addition, the dumplings here were so good. If you come during peak hours, it does get a little packed inside, so just something to keep in mind. We tried a bunch of dumplings, and honestly, they were all delicious. We had kind of a late lunch with crab Rangoon, fried dumplings and could long bao. I was not full but everything was good. The bill came to $25 with 2 people. Not bad if I was full because it was really meant for lunch. This is a self serve place so at least gratuity is optional. When we went there it was about 3/4 full of people and it was like 1:30 pm.
