The seared tuna was served with soy sauce and chop sticks, but it was so well seasoned on its own, that I didnt use soy sauce at all. It was delightful, and what I appreciated was how they serve water...something so bangle as a glass of water is served with ice and a wedge of lemon or lime (your choice). In those cases, we order multiple bottles, and keep the cocktails coming. They automatically add 20% gratuity to your bill, so there's no chance you're going to fumble the tip at the end of the night. Assume that any price on the menu is 30% higher, on account of sales tax being over 6%, and automatic gratuity being 20% added to your bill. Early on when this place opened, the vibe was chill, and you could bring people and have a conversation and a really nice time tasting the various wines on offer. Lovely.
