Steve is the one who kicked loose the plumbing and Steve is the one that refused to repair the damage. Steve also did not even go into the attic to see what the issue was. I went up and found and repaired the fitting that was broken loose. As for anything free, the thing repaired over the years were shoddy wiring that SHR was responsible for and a failed motor that was under parts warranty, but of course they charged for all that. The only free thing they did is give me an overpriced estimate for a new furnace and during which they damaged the drainage, cause significant damage.

Estimates ranged by over $20K difference and there were so many conflicting opinions, I felt like no decision was going to be the right one. I prayed about it, felt I needed to hear one more and put a post out on FB, to which the owner, Steve, replied immediately and his lead was at our door the very next morning. Jonathan was our primary point of contact and, wow, not only is he knowledgeable, he's incredibly consultative and thoughtful. I shared with my husband how rare it is to encounter people who genuinely like to take care of others, and Jonathan set Martin apart from all the others. We discussed all the different things I'd heard and learned and he truly cleared the path with a simplified solution. When he presented me with our options, their pricing was incredibly competitive. I felt so positive about this decision. When install day came, we were blessed by Omar and Luis. Those guys are incredibly professional, respectful and you can tell they care about the quality of work they're doing. They spent 12 hours in our home and came back the next morning, smiling and ready to finish the job. I called 4 companies and Nick and Randy were the only ones who arrived the same evening, not the next day. He was friendly, explained what is going on, told me what he is looking for and what I will need to do in the future based on the model that I had. He was able to bring my unit to life. The unit worked for a couple hours and stopped again. I texted Nick and he was back at my house within an hour. He gave me a quote that is half the quote of the first company and he organized for the new unit he put in today, instead of me waiting till Monday. This is an AC company I would recommend without any reservations. I am planning to get a bunch of their cards and give it to all my friends.
