Two things to know, #1, there might not be more than a couple servers working and more than likely they are busting their buns waiting on tables, #2, most of the food that you order will be cooked as it's ordered. Do not expect to get your order 5 minutes after it's placed. But, it's worth the wait to me. Not everyone agrees, but this is my review. The staff has ALWAYS been super nice and attentive as much as possible. I don't get upset if the server is not standing by waiting to fill my drink or get me an extra napkin.
