    Fried green tomatoes

Fried green tomatoes were awesome. Chicken fettuccine also very tasty. Atmosphere is spot on and the service was great.

I have been here a few times but this was the worst. We will not be back. What was good the pork chop , Artichoke dip, tump tump shrimp and the cork burger that's it!! The collard greens were sweet, the fries dry, my mahi mahi was overdone, and the Brussel sprouts were burnt The drinks were atrocious!! Umm did a bartender really make those -I got springtime daisy and my son got emerald sunrise . The daisy was way too lemony like overboard and my sons was just gross The upstairs was also closed and We brung our son specifically for that. Honestly it was the worst experience I have had here. I really was on the fence that last time I came but this seals the deal. You lost our business !! We usually even get more drinks and a dessert. As it was We spent 122 dollars and it wasn't worth that!!!!!!!! We will go elsewhere probably the casino next time. Good luck .

Steak, Mac and cheese, greens and Pesto Chicken Flatbread

The A/C definitely works in here lol. There is a good amount of seating, all bench style and seat yourself. The food here is okay. I ordered the fried green tomatoes with crawfish to start. You couldn't really tell the tomatoes were fired because they were drenched in sauce. The sauce was good, very creamy. The crawfish however, were a bit tough. I also got the pesto chicken flatbread. The bread was really good but the pesto and chicken lacked flavor. It was filling but nothing to crave.

Came for dinner while in town for the weekend Food was good and portions decent sized Bourbon old fashioned was a great after dinner cocktail

We loved the ambiance of the restraint! Staff was polite and informative! Brisket Mac hit the spot! My much prettier and better half ordered the shrimp and grits. Both dishes had generous portions, good flavors and nice plating. Would recommend to anyone looking good food downtown We2. The Fridays hit this one out of the park!

We had a great time at close cleaver. We ordered their signature shrimp and grits, blackened Mahi Mahi with Wild rice pilaf, roaches Brussels, kids meal- chicken fingers and Mac and cheese. My jalapeño margarita was just right. Service was just amazing and kind. Loved the stairs with all the street names. Don't forget to order beignet bites and dip it with bourbon creme. It was heavenly

We really enjoyed Coosa Cleaver! The restaurant was warm and inviting. Located on a charming street with overhead string lights. As soon as we saw the menu online we knew we wanted to eat there. Parking was a challenge but after three times around the block, the perfect spot opened up. So many yummy items on the menu! I enjoyed the outstanding shrimp and grits. He had the chef's special chicken picatta. The chicken was served on a bed of deliciously seasoned mashed potatoes. There was a special February cocktail menu with Valentines themed drinks. I had the raspberry rosemary flavored spritzer. A little too sweet for me, but I drank every drop! We went nuts and ordered the bread pudding to share for dessert. It was delicious, too. Served with ice cream and bourbon sauce. The service was friendly and attentive. Seating is on three levels with some open air seating on the top floor. If we were staying in Wetumpka another night, we would go back to Coosa Cleaver to eat. We had a great meal!

The service is always good, and staff have always been friendly and caring. All the locations we visited were fairly new and nice and clean. Sometimes it can get loud in certain locations, but that was never a real issue. Today, I had the seasonal special of the "Chimichurri Steak & Eggs Hash". WOW! It was impressive. Everything was perfectly seasoned, well-cooked, and plated beautifully. I also had the "French Toast". It was sweet but enjoyable. We had an incredibly positive visit, and we will visit there again.

Food came out we had ordered the Chickichanga & The Works Omelet. Both dishes were amazing and tasty. Next time would ask for some salsa but great dishes. The only issue was once the food was served we never saw our waitress except across the room, didn't check to make sure everything okay or needed anything and finally when we were done 10 minutes flagged someone down to get our check that was very disappointing. Review is mainly for the food not the service or would be lower.

The place is not the cleanest-- floors needed vacuuming, chairs were held together with duck tape.. but I pressed on hoping the food would redeem the space. Service was friendly. However, it was awkward listening to the waiter/waitresses/hostess/ kitchen staff have a conversation with each other across the entire restaurant. This was especially true after a patron sent something back and the kitchen came out loudly exclaiming that they wanted to see the food that "wasn't good enough." I had the fried chicken, greens, okra, and mashed potatoes. The chicken was fantastic. Perfectly cooked, juicy, and the tastiest fried skin/breading. That's where the goodness stops. The turnip greens were flavorless and complete mush, as though they had been sitting on the heat all day. Mashed potatoes were clearly from a box based on the consistency, color and flavor. Gravy had no flavor as well. There wasn't enough salt on the table to make it all better. The okra came out about 15min after we got our plates. It was fresh, but again, flavorless. My husband had the fried pork chop. It was just okay -- cooked well, zero flavor. Butter beans were good flavor wise, but definitely seemed to have been sitting for a while. It was odd to us that the only things you could get to drink were water, tea, lemonade, milk, and coffee. The second star is only for the chicken. I doubt we'll go back because the above experience for $50 is not worth it.

It is run by a husband-and-wife team from catering, food preparation to being the entire waiting staff - just the two of them doing everything. The food - southern cuisine - was already laid out buffet style in the main hall. At the far end of the hall were desserts. Drinks of water, orange juice and sweet tea were in the dining room to the left of the hall. Now the dining room is large enough area to accommodate a party of 40 (there were 28 of us). I don't care for southern cuisine, unless it's seafood. But I did like both fried and baked chickens, spinach and cabbages; had multiple helping of them. I wished rice was included. The abundance of spaces between the tables helped in reducing the noise level. I sat at one of the smaller tables so that helped a lot. The overall decor evokes a pre-1980s feel, and apparently so is the upkeep of the building. The service was good enough that I would have given it at least four stars. Then I went to the men's restroom. When I finished my business, I turned the doorknob to unlock and it came loose. I though: was the door unlocked the entire time? This was shocking. Anyone could have entered. For that, one star is removed. (Had someone entered while I was *ahem* busy, I would have deducted two stars.) The restroom doorknob issue is enough reason for me to not recommend O'Dessa's Blessings. I hope the owners have done something about that.
