I won't be back. They rushed my pedicure and dip manicure, even though they weren't busy. The service was terrible and my nails look awful. The "dip" was applied way too thick. It looks ridiculous. And they overcharged my friend, claiming she asked for gel on her toes, when she didn't. Super overpriced, especially for the bad job they did. read more

I had been going to Legacy Nails for several years and then took about a 6 month break and tried a few other nail salons. But I am back for good because I realize now the superior service and up to date methods the new owner Quin has brought to the shop since she took over. I just had the best deluxe pedicure I have had in years from Lan. She took her time and got rid of calluses and other things that technicians at other shops never even touched during "deluxe" pedicures. Even though I only went in for a pedicure, Quin, the owner, recognized me as a former customer and when I showed her my recent dip manicure that had not been done very well, she fixed it at no charge and put a nice top coat on it. I was so impressed with how eager she was to gain me back as a customer. I am finished shopping around at different salons. Legacy Nails is going to be my last and only nail shop. read more

How in the hell does Dip chip off after 5 days?! I've had the dip done for the last 4-5 months exclusively, and it's NEVER chipped off, I've had some last for almost 2 months! Haven't been to this salon in years, and now I remember why Our regular nail salon was closed for maintenance repairs, so... Went with my friend last Sunday when it was snowy out. Said I wanted a mani/pedi. Went to put my feet in the water and it was scalding hot. I told her 3 times it needed more cold water added to it. She just decided that she'd give me the delux pedi, I didn't ask for it. I had gel polish on my toenails, she proceeds to get a cuticle trimmer and rip/peel the polish off! Wtf?! After she got that polish off I got a paraffin wax dip for my feet, ok that was fine, then she got hot stones after that I had to tell her repeatedly that she was burning the arch of my right foot! She left the hot stone in the same place for too long, and pressed as hard as she could! Hello! It's hot as hell and I've already told you it's burning! She said she was just trying to "warm me up cause it's cold outside"... I wasn't cold at all. I asked for black dip with red glitter, I got black dip with silver holographic silver glitter. Not at all what I asked for! Plus she squared my nails and left the corners so sharp! And after all of this bs, the clear coat is peeling off of all of my nails, my real nails have chipped off underneath the dip, some of my nails and the dip have chipped! My mani shouldn't look his pathetic after one week... I will NEVER COME BACK HERE, EVER! read more

Went in to get my old acrylics removed & a regular manicure. Quinn was wonderful & expressed her concern for keeping my natural nails strong & healthy & suggested a gel manicure. I'm so happy I did! So my mom and I decided to come here for the first time she got a $20 pedicure and I got a overlay with polish $26. Well I had 4 pictures of the design I wanted and she couldn't do any of them. Standard polish only she said we don't do mix colors or airbrush. So that completely irritated me because the salon I normally go to can do just about anything. The colors came out nice but just wasn't what I originally wanted to begin with. Then 3 days later my nails are chipping and the overlay was so thin that it's coming off with the polish. Well my mom calls me the next day and let's me know we're never going back the polish on her toes is just coming off. The place is not ventilated what so ever, so the entire time your choking on fumes. I wouldn't recommend this place and I would never go back. Take your money somewhere else. read more

It was cheap and quick. But that doesn't make up for having to correct the bad job done at home. I've not had such a bad pedicure since I moved to Colorado. All nails are uneven, nail polish is unevenly applied and she kept hurting me, scraping over already smooth skin, with buffers and other tools. read more

Came in off a referral from someone who's nails looked bomb. I like my nails to look natural but I have none to begin with. I prefer someone to do a very thin short set of acrylic finishing with shellac. I booked with Quinn showed her my nails and she went to work. I Gave no instructions other than I liked the nails of someone she did and I hated the ones on my hand. She fix them right up. My hands looks natural and like my own nails. I moved here two years ago from Los Angeles. I was panicked that I wouldn't find a decent nail salon here in Westminster. After a poor experience at a place in Boulder I decided to try Legacy Nails. I dropped in and spoke to Quinn about my concerns and expectations and booked an appointment for a few weeks later. I was very much pleased with the results. Quinn is friendly and easy to talk with. The Deluxe pedicure is amazing from the the other technicians who are very friendly and attentive to your needs. I enjoy going to my appointments. My most favorite place to go for pedicures. I get the deluxe gel pedicure once a month because it lasts an entire month. Along with the usual pedicure things, they give you a nice beaded leg/foot massage, a lotioned massage, and a foot mask! Without the gel, it's only $35 which is such a deal. 10/10 recommend for pedicures! read more

This used to be my favorite place until it switched ownership last year. I usually see Lisa as she does amazing job however none of her appointments get logged and I end up sitting and waiting. Today was the last straw, I made an appointment yesterday for 5 o'clock today and when I got there she was sitting down with the new client, another woman came over to me and told me she didn't log the appointment, giggles and said it would be a while ok you wait? They always have enough staff so you don't have to wait very long even as a walk in. They have so many polish choices and the staff is great at designs and acrylic looks. I was very disappointed. Establishment as a whole was not very clean. The woman who was working on my nails used the nail file on herself. I was rushed out the door without being satisfied. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!! I went in to get a rebase and told me to sign in a rude way. As I was signing in, they asked what I needed I told them TWICE!!! They then proceeded to laugh at me!!!! I want to love Legacy Nails, but I won't be back. They prioritized walk-ins over my appointment at my last visit, then rushed to get my nails done. Now my $35 shellac is chipped & peeling after one week. Cute place, friendly & clean, but they need an actual receptionist who keeps track of customer service. Walk-ins were being told it was a ten minute wait, while I had been there for over an hour & a half, sitting in a tech's chair with half finished nails because the tech moved on to doing two pedis at the same time. Nail techs shouldn't be bouncing between multiple customers for reasons of hygiene & shellac should last more than a week. read more

I went to this nail salon for 10 years to get my eyebrows waxed. They were always great and I was thankful that they were always so friendly and did a good job at a reasonable price. Then they changed management I believe because I would only see a couple familiar faces when I would go in. The women that have helped me the last few times were very rude and did a rushed job, including wax that was too hot and wax dropped into my hair and left on my face. Came here for a pedicure and to get acrylics put on, the acrylics were way to thick, they didn't trim my cuticle and put the acrylic far from my cuticle and nail bed. You could tell my nails were fake and deformed they weren't trimmed, they had bumps on the ends which caught on my clothes. Do not recommend. read more

Went here because I recieved a gift certificate, I wouldn't return for free, my mani/pedi were done in unison, my nails aren't filed evenly, the paint looks uneven, see through in some areas, doesn't go to the tips and isn't anywhere near the edges on most nails, they spoke in their language the entire time, took payment before they finished, my heels are cracked, cuticles on feet and hands dry, toe nails as bad as finger nails, didn't put me at the dryers nor offer them, instead they sprayed something from an aerosol can, I was very disappointed, I went there to have time for myself, to relax, there was none of that here. Came back today, and asked for refund, they called the owner, after yelling at each other in own language, and staying at me, the boss had just left and wouldn't return, i was told to come back Monday or Tuesday, today is Wednesday, is the owner ever there? read more
