Technically past the 30 day guarantee but someone told us they can fix it but another department said they couldn't a few weeks later. Just be sure to check your orders, especially the cuts. I believe it was customer support vs the actual sales/operations/printing department. I understand it was my boss's fault for not noticing for over 30 days. The order was placed in late 2023 and he did not notice until early 2024. And I know the guarantee only covers 30 days. But they told me they would fix it and I spent a long time taking pictures and uploading them between multiple emails because the pictures were not delivering from my company email to their customer support so I had to redo it. A few weeks after all this, they decided that since it was more than 30 days they changed their mind and would not help us. And again, yes it was well over 30 days and no longer guaranteed but we thought maybe they could do it as a courtesy. I was explicitly told that the replacements would be included in our order in January 2024, which was about 90 days since the bad order, but they never came and they retracted their statement :( The fact that they sent us thousands of crooked business cards for a substantial amount of money, then mistakenly told us that they would fix it after I spent so long to get those pictures and then waiting so long before saying otherwise. My boss was considering taking our business elsewhere, however, their prices are good and we only had that one major issue besides customer service being a little slow sometimes. Their delivery speeds are good as well and I'm happy with my business cards, he was just not happy with his. UPDATE in response to the customer service comment: Yes, I was aware it was past the 30 day guarantee. No, it was not "a year ago" at the time, it was a few months from late 2023 to early 2024. I didn't mind that the guarantee doesn't cover it. The thing that bothered me was the fact that customer service told me they would fix it regardless of it being a few months later, and I spent a lot of time sending them pictures and dealing with support through calls and emails. I believe it was a miscommunication between customer service and the operations team. Or between different customer service agents. Or maybe the first agent I spoke to was either lying or didn't know what they were talking about. I'd be fine if they told us right off the bat that they couldn't do it, as we just asked them to do it as a courtesy and didn't expect them to say yes. I was pleasantly surprised when the first person said they would replace it for free. They promised to send it with my January order. But then after that didn't happen, and the Yelp comment implied it was a whole year before my review without actually addressing the problem, my opinion on Printivity customer service is very negative and this brings down my rating. Just be sure to check EVERYTHING you receive very carefully when you receive them. I checked all 1000 of my business cards and they're fine. They have good prices. Just the customer service could be improved. At this point (2025), it all happened over a year ago, for real this time. The original order was in late 2023 and my concerns were "addressed" in early 2024.

The finished products are beautiful and there are several on display in our house. I first used Spirit Printing for our wedding; we went with them to produce our table numbers, seating cards, a drink sign, and a canvas collage. Chantell was wonderful to work with and helped us improve our designs to ensure great finished products from helping us pick which paper weights would be ideal to refining our work in Canva. The pricing was very reasonable too. Though the actual printing took a while as we got married during a busy season (spring), we were very happy with the final results. pros...they SEEMED to have good customer service and products…read more cons...they DO NOT HAVE good customer service or products. we recently had got enough courage and money to spend on business cards. we were printing them in house for the longest time, until we finalized our business logo and such. then we got a local company to print them out for us. they seemed to have reasonable prices, good quality graphics and have good customer service too. they sent out a nice sales person who brought out samples of their products and we were duly impressed. we thought about it and finally made our decision to get the business cards made with them. we put in the order, had our logo and the cards pdf'ed to the company. took forever, apparently we needed to get the newest publisher software or we couldn't send it over to them...so we bought that. then we got our proofs back, and the printing on them was the wrong font. that took a while to fix. got the second proof back, which looked good. and then had them printed. oh the fun, first it took an extra week longer then expected. second the printing was all messed up. one of our massage therapists' cards had a deformed letter on all 1500 cards. another set of cards were not centered correctly. another one had some minor surface finish problems on most of the cards. we called them to tell them the problems. it took a long time to get a hold of them. they took back the cards with the deformed lettering, and only gave us 500 cards so far, and they haven't picked up the rest of the cards which are not centered correctly. this is after many phone calls and many promises to pick up the cards. needless to say we are not going to have anything to do with this company again!
