My tires took 2-1/2 HOURS to change. As I watch the technician, he moves with ZERO sense of purpose even after my vehicle is a half an hour late. Noone cared, and did not apologize until we said something. Then the excuse was given that they were running 25 min behind. NOT my problem- I had an appointment. and even with that 25 minutes, it still took an additional 1/2 hour.
