I fully expected to have to spend another $500 for front end work but they did said there was as nothing wrong with any part of my front end. They then called to say they were having trouble with it and the steering wheel was crooked and it would be a total of $500 to fix that as well. I asked if the alignment was right other than the steering wheel and he couldn't say it was 100%. So I declined furthur work on it. When I went in I told them how unhappy I was and they tried to tell me they told us the camber bolts would cost extra that were FOR the alignment which was untrue. The steering wheel is crooked but not enough they should have to lift up my steering column. They charged an additional $87 to put in a few bolts that were FOR the alignment and tried to treat me like I was stupid. It cost double what an alignment should cost and it's still not aligned properly and my steering wheel is crooked. If you check the reviews on Google this has happened before work them. Wish I had checked the reviews before going there.

My tires took 2-1/2 HOURS to change. As I watch the technician, he moves with ZERO sense of purpose even after my vehicle is a half an hour late. Noone cared, and did not apologize until we said something. Then the excuse was given that they were running 25 min behind. NOT my problem- I had an appointment. and even with that 25 minutes, it still took an additional 1/2 hour. That's $1500 I will spend elsewhere in the future, and I have had at least 4 sets of tires done here in the past!

When I went to pay my bill it wasn't what I had agreed to at all. They said that they were all out of the shop inventory filters , so they had to use something else. And they just added it to my bill without even that letting me know they were out of filters I would need to pay for this expense filter. I paid my bill and left. The more, I think of this , though that is deceptive AF. When I made my appointment online , it did not tell me anything about being on a filters and I would be charged almost $11 extra. When I pulled up for my appointment and the employee checked me in not once was anything mentioned about them being out of the normal shop filters and I would also be charged an extra $11 for a different filter. If they would have been upfront and told me right away , I would have rescheduled for another time when they had the correct filter in.
