I brought my diesel F250 in for an oil change fluid top off and service in the fall. Stored the truck in the garage over the winter. Following spring my radiator had froze and had leaked out fluid. I then checked the oil and it was over a quart low didn't register on the dipstick! They didn't use the right antifreeze and they didn't fill my oil to a minimum level.! I thought there would be more of a hassle but no! He went above and beyond to get me pictures, videos and all other information he could on the truck since I wasn't there to see it for myself. He facilitated and coordinated everything and the process was very smooth. I sent my brother in law to go pick up the truck for me since I'm working in Washington state and Don even responded to me on Sunday (his day off) to help us get transportation set up from the airport to the dealership for my bro-in-law for Monday morning! I Purchased an F150 from kimber Creek, wrote a check for the entire thing. Scheduled a meeting to take a look at 1 ton trucks. Drove an hour and a half one-way to test drive and purchase the truck. When I got there, they informed me that they sold both options I was looking at without informing me and being a complete waste of my time. Wasn't informed either time and didn't find out until we got there and saw the truck. Glad our purchase is over and we won't be returning. Very disappointed in the brand new Ford Edge I purchased. 16,000 miles on it and it has 13 spots that have paint chips. Ford says they are "rock chips". I do not drive my vehicle on gravel roads and half of the spots on are on the side of the vehicle where rocks wouldn't even hit. Ford will not stand behind their warranty and Kimber Creek has not offered to help me out with it in anyway. They told me there was nothing they could do. How about offer to buy the vehicle back? If it has 13 paint chips @ 16,000 miles, imagine what it will look like at 32,000 miles!!!!! read more

This dealership is horrible. I purchased a Lincoln and had nothing but problems. They lied about so many things. When my key would not unlock the door - they installed a new door lock incorrectly as it does not sit "flush" and is 2 inches inside the hole now. Also, the day I drove the car off the lot, it literally broke down 2 blocks away, so they replaced the engine's coils but did NOT repair the leaky gasket that was causing the problems. Now, I had to spend another $900 to redo their mistake. Finally, because I bought in the Winter months, they ASSURED me that the Air Conditioning worked fine... when Summer came, I took it to have the AC charged and was told it would "Not Take A Charge" and said that I must "evacuate" the entire system. Please, do your homework and find a reputable dealer, this is NOT a place you want to spend your hard earned money at, please - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! ... You will be glad you did, I promise! read more
