I ordered and purchased a 2025 Ford Raptor R. I worked with Don Griggs and he is fantastic! He answered all of my questions, was very polite and provided status updates along the way. I couldn't have been more happy with the experience and my new truck! Truck was purchased in Minnesota and delivered in Arizona! read more

Kimber Creek Ford - 2025 Ford Raptor R - Auto Repair Near Me - Pine River, Minnesota

I brought my diesel F250 in for an oil change fluid top off and service in the fall. Stored the truck in the garage over the winter. Following spring my radiator had froze and had leaked out fluid. I then checked the oil and it was over a quart low didn't register on the dipstick! They didn't use the right antifreeze and they didn't fill my oil to a minimum level.! Radiator replacement cost me $2000. Lucky I didn't overheat the motor. I will never go to them again! read more

The guys are always great to work with and very friendly. I have my 2023 Ford F-150 serviced there, since it's under factory warranty yet.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing from Kimber Creek Ford. Kimber Creek had the truck I was looking for, but I had initial hesitations being located in California. Rick Litke was very understanding with my hesitations and he went above and beyond to give me the confidence to go through with the purchase. Knowing that I could not come out and see the vehicle in person, he was willing to show me the vehicle via FaceTime as many times as I needed and provided almost daily updates from start to finish with paperwork, payment, transport, etc. Not only was the experience pleasant, their pricing was also some of the best I've seen. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase and will definitely be buying another Ford from Rick again. read more

Kimber Creek Ford was outstanding with communications during my long distance purchase. If I asked for photos of the dashboard, they took them and sent them as soon as possible. They answered any questions I had. They kept me well informed on the progress of my purchase. Buying a car sight unseen can be a little unnerving, but they kept me in the loop. They even took the time to send me a photo of the van loaded on the carrier headed west. When I'm ready for my next vehicle purchase, I would not hesitate do buy from them again. Even 2,000 miles away. read more

Kimber Creek Ford - Great Sales staff - Auto Repair Near Me - Pine River, Minnesota

My experience with Kimber Creek Ford was nothing short of amazing. The sales rep I was working with, Don Griggs, made purchasing the vehicle extremely easy even though I'm from Texas. I thought there would be more of a hassle but no! He went above and beyond to get me pictures, videos and all other information he could on the truck since I wasn't there to see it for myself. He facilitated and coordinated everything and the process was very smooth. I sent my brother in law to go pick up the truck for me since I'm working in Washington state and Don even responded to me on Sunday (his day off) to help us get transportation set up from the airport to the dealership for my bro-in-law for Monday morning! Don went as far as driving the truck up about an hour away to meet my bro-in-law at the shuttle stop so they wouldn't have to drive the extra hour to the dealership! Such an amazing experience and I can thank him enough. If you're ever in the market for a vehicle give these guys a call! read more

I Purchased an F150 from kimber Creek, wrote a check for the entire thing. Scheduled a meeting to take a look at 1 ton trucks. Drove an hour and a half one-way to test drive and purchase the truck. When I got there, they informed me that they sold both options I was looking at without informing me and being a complete waste of my time. Their communication is absolutely horrible along with their professionalism. They will never be getting any more of my business and I need a new truck for my company almost every year. read more

My husband inquired about a 2017 F-150 that he was interest in. It had 80,000 miles on it. Renee answered his inquiry and asked a few questions. She invited us the next day to come visit the dealership. She is very knowledgeable about Ford, truck engines, towing needs - the whole gambit. With more questions about our needs and our plans for this truck, she steered us to a 2019 with 35,000 miles on it - still within our budget. When she pulled it around and introduced us to this truck, we knew it was what we wanted. They let you know with their first email that they don't dicker on price. They want the customer to have their very best deal. We found all of this to be true. We will deal with Kimber Creek Ford in the future. Everyone there was friendly and caring and completely transparent about what was going to happen read more

Terrible service and communication. Bought a truck here and drove 3.5 hours one way two different times to their service department only for half the accessories to not be completed on it. Wasn't informed either time and didn't find out until we got there and saw the truck. Glad our purchase is over and we won't be returning. We decided to bring our business somewhere else for the remaining accessories where we know they will get done. read more

Bringing customer service back the way it used to be: I'm not the type of person to write a review, but Kimber Creek's handling of my recent trade in and purchase of a new F350 was outstanding. Starting with Greg taking my call when I was frustrated with my local dealer of many years. He talked me through the ordering process, and I was kept updated. The trade in process went smoothly. Franky in Sales was our point person and went above and beyond to answer my questions, and help with each and every aspect of the sale. Best salesman I"ve seen in a very long time! He was very responsive, respectful and trustworthy. This is how I remember customer service in the past. Because it's a dying quality, it makes Kimber Creek shine and I felt like they actually cared and wanted to help it all go through. From Greg, to Franky to Nathan, to the Mechanics and of course, Marya. It was an illustration of excellence in business and deserves to be recognized. We will be sure to let our family and friends know of our positive experience and we are customers for life. Thank you!! John V read more

From our initial contact with the internet salesman, James, we were impressed with Kimber Creek Ford. Aggressive, competitive pricing with swift customer service. Nate, one of the Kimber Creek salesmen, drove 20 minutes to our campground so we could test drive the diesel F350. We loved it. Low mileage. Loaded with features. Well maintained. At the dealership, we met with Matt to discuss a possible trade-in and possible financing. In the process, we discovered how much the Kimber Creek staff enjoy working with each other and their customers in a relaxed, no-pressure fun-filled atmosphere. A few days later, we drove our 2020 F350 out of the Kimber Creek lot VERY PLEASED with the deal, the process, the vehicle preparation, but especially the people. I have purchased many vehicles over the years, including five from the same salesman, but Kimber Creek is now my dealer of choice and I shall contact them for my next vehicle - even though I live out of state. They really are that good! read more

Very disappointed in the brand new Ford Edge I purchased. 16,000 miles on it and it has 13 spots that have paint chips. Ford says they are "rock chips". I do not drive my vehicle on gravel roads and half of the spots on are on the side of the vehicle where rocks wouldn't even hit. Ford will not stand behind their warranty and Kimber Creek has not offered to help me out with it in anyway. They told me there was nothing they could do. How about offer to buy the vehicle back? If it has 13 paint chips @ 16,000 miles, imagine what it will look like at 32,000 miles!!!!! read more

Bought many cars from dealership out of state before, and I have never had a smoother and quicker experience. The customer service was the best. James answered 1000s of my questions within minutes, was super friendly and kept me updated by text and phone calls everyday! I am very satisfied with my purchase.....we are not used to this kind of treatment in CA. Also the price I paid was way better than what I would've paid here. read more

Incredible service experience! Called and got same day Saturday service for a full oil change safety service before our cross country trip including tire rotation, all fluids and a wash. Really awesome technician and service writer. Only $39. Nice waiting room. They really did a great job for us. Kudos! read more

I had one of the best car buying experiences I've every had at Houston Ford! My 82 year old mother wanted a 2016 Ford Escape. I talked to 4 other Ford dealers including 3 in the Twin Cities, and 1 in Brainerd before purchasing from Houston Ford. Houston offered not only competitive pricing but wonderful customer service. James, our salesman, delivered the car to my mother's home in Inver Grove Heights. He explained all the features of the SUV to her and also scored big points by giving her a Snickers candy bar. Chris, the sales manager and Nate in finance, were very helpful in streamlining the whole process. My mother loves her new SUV! Thank you so much. read more

I had an amazing experience with this dealership. Driving up to our cabin on a Friday afternoon saw my dream car sitting on the lot, pulled in and within 3 hours was the proud new owner of this car!! Bri was my salesperson and she was absolutely amazing talking to her made the time fly by!! Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend Houston Ford. read more

Don't go to these thieves for auto repair! They wanted to charge me $1400 for work that my truck did not need and their 26 point inspection is a joke. read more

This dealership is horrible. I purchased a Lincoln and had nothing but problems. They lied about so many things. When my key would not unlock the door - they installed a new door lock incorrectly as it does not sit "flush" and is 2 inches inside the hole now. Also, the day I drove the car off the lot, it literally broke down 2 blocks away, so they replaced the engine's coils but did NOT repair the leaky gasket that was causing the problems. Now, I had to spend another $900 to redo their mistake. Finally, because I bought in the Winter months, they ASSURED me that the Air Conditioning worked fine... when Summer came, I took it to have the AC charged and was told it would "Not Take A Charge" and said that I must "evacuate" the entire system. Please, do your homework and find a reputable dealer, this is NOT a place you want to spend your hard earned money at, please - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! ... You will be glad you did, I promise! read more
