Two and a half hours later I went to front desk and asked what's up?? Still took another hour to get out of there. So my morning call turned out to be a half of a day Update:: manager came over and apologized for the wait time and comped the bill!!!! I was writing this review while they were finishing up just goes to show. Don't judge a book till the final chapter is finished!!!!!

Appointment made a week in advance and when I dropped off the car the evening prior to the…read moreappointment I was told they would take care of my oil change first thing the next AM. I provided my phone # and requested that they contact me when the car was ready. I expected a call prior to noon but when it didn't come, I called them and no one answered. I rode my bike over to their service center and noticed the vehicle had not moved since being delivered the prior evening. I entered the office area and had to wait to address my concerns as the new owner was discussing ordering supplies. When I got my chance to address the owner, I asked about the status of my service and he wasn't able to tell me if the car had been serviced or not. He indicated that he would have to check with the employee who was apparently assigned to my car. I restated the appointment details and indicated my displeasure with their lack of service and indicated that if the service was not already done that I didn't want their service. While he checked on my car, I returned home via my bike and walked back to pickup my car. Upon arrival, I discovered the car had been moved into the garage and they had begun to service it. I stopped their efforts and again expressed my complete dissatisfaction. The new ownership is not very good at communication nor customer service. After five years of supporting this business I will not be returning. Good luck to them and to the customers they attempt to deliver service .

I went out to another tire place close by and they told me I needed about $500 worth of front end…read morework before they could align my truck. I didn't have the time that day but ended up getting wheels and tires from a friend of mine later that week and went to this Goodyear store to get them put on. I fully expected to have to spend another $500 for front end work but they did said there was as nothing wrong with any part of my front end. They completed the switch and alignment and I was on my way for less than $200. Now I send everyone I know to this place!

Called to get tires replaced. Was told it would take 30-40 mins. An hour and 25 mins after…read morearriving, I checked on the progress. I was told 10-15mins more and my truck would be done. That turned into 30 mins. I'm currently sitting in their waiting room for almost 2 hours now and still havent gotten word that my truck is done. Front desk employees are very nice and helpful. Nice, clean area but service is time lacking.
