Called to see if I could get in for a tire balance and rotation. They stated on the phone to come on in as they had time right away. As I walked in the door twenty minutes later I noticed four people in the waiting room. Front desk said we will get to you in a hour, I was still ok with this a decided to wait. Two and a half hours later I went to front desk and asked what's up?? Still took another hour to get out of there. So my morning call turned out to be a half of a day Update:: manager came over and apologized for the wait time and comped the bill!!!! Fast,freindly,fair price.I have used discount tire in the past and they have been good overall but this last experience was over top in a very positive way. I had purchased new tires and had a problem with one tire, they had taken care of it very quickly....meaning the same day,the shop is busy so that's not an easy task to just slide in none schedule work but they did it. So if you want fair prices, excellent service these are the folks to go to in Baxter Mn . They quoted me incorrectly over the phone due to old vehicle information in their system with a previous car different year, same make and model. What I thought was going to be a 200 job became 800 easily as I know needed bigger tires and four not two. I had no choice as I needed tires and did not have my spouse around to take care of this. I hate being a woman needing something on my car and not really being educated on this. I try to do my basic ground work by looking on line and calling around. I don't really give a hoot what went wrong or how to fix it just have it working for me. I would not have gone here if they quoted me correctly in the first place and would have continued to call around to find a deal of some type. read more

Went in for a flat repair and was greeted right away. Staff at front desk were swamped with customers but they still greeted customers as they entered. Evaluation of the tire was done in about 25 mins from time I entered to inspection. Given customer count at time I felt this was reasonable. They upsell services but don't make it feel like you have to purchase. read more

This Discount Tire store is the poorest I've seen anywhere. They are understaffed and need to have an appointment all the time. I'm sorry but when I have a flat tire I can't be making appointments. read more

I called this location prior to booking an appointment and asked about the Covid safety protocols they told me that everybody would be wearing masks inside the center and there was many options to pay but I would have to come in at least once to pay at the register I got there and there were three people in an enclosed area that were flagrantly not wearing mask wearing I brought it to the attention of the cashier who said that they were supposed to wear them but felt no need to enforce it, in turn I give one star because they don't care about the safety of their staff, costumers, or society as a whole. The store doesn't care about a simple enforcement. Do better. read more

We went there at 10:30 am and ordered 2 tires. We were told to come back around 2 pm and they would put them on. Ran out of things to do in town at about 1 so we thought we get there early and wait. At 2:45, after watching many cars come and go we asked how much longer and were told it would be another 30 minutes to an hour. I'll walk before i buy tires here! read more

Discount Tire did outstanding service work on my vehicle. They were very professional, respectful and friendly which made my visit a pleasure. They were able to locate and repair an extremely slow air leak in my left front tire caused by a very small screw that I had not been able to visibly see. Amazingly, they had it fixed in 30 minutes. read more
