My daughter works long hours -early to late., and needs the car for work. She called Brent Mackcow (service manager) and they discussed a receiver that can go wrong beyond the key transmitters. Brent goes above and beyond to help you. He ordered it, sent emails/texts outlining what ordered and when it arrived -next day. My daughter was able to drop it off early -before hours, and they got right on it. It took a couple of hours, and when done they even drove to Nisswa to pick her up. She did not have to rent a car. We also recently bought another XT5 from James in sales. It was a special optioned version and we really like it. Dondelingers has been great to deal with and we will be customers for years to come.

My tires took 2-1/2 HOURS to change. As I watch the technician, he moves with ZERO sense of purpose even after my vehicle is a half an hour late. Noone cared, and did not apologize until we said something. Then the excuse was given that they were running 25 min behind. NOT my problem- I had an appointment. and even with that 25 minutes, it still took an additional 1/2 hour. That's $1500 I will spend elsewhere in the future, and I have had at least 4 sets of tires done here in the past!
