HIGHLY recommend! I've worked with Legacy Arbor Care for years and am consistently impressed with the quality of their work. Brent's expertise is impressive and he is a delight to work with. He shows the same care for my smaller residential job as he does for my son's huge acreage. Brent, Donna, Malco and the entire team are professional, friendly and provide excellent service. I only wish I knew everyone's name so I could praise them all publicly. I can say with confidence that your yard and trees will grow increasingly healthier and more beautiful under Brent's long-term care. As an artist myself I love how artistic the entire team is. Legacy's expert service has drastically improved the look of my property and enhanced my curb appeal. They follow through on the service requested and provide a great value that I believe has increased my home's value. read more

Legacy Arbor Care - Tree Services Near Me - Round Rock, Texas

Legacy assisted me for several days clearing the back of our property, which included a lot of tree removal and cleaning up of oak trees. Every day, they arrived on time and communicated with me regarding the day's activities before starting work. The crew always put in a full-day's work, and other than scheduled breaks, I never saw them idle. For a big project like ours, we got a lot of added value from their winch and chipper. The winch to pull trees and limbs to the chipper was much more efficient than hand-carrying things, and it allowed the crew to be much more productive than they could have been without the winch pulling large debris piles and tree trunks all at once. We also kept the mulch to cover rough areas with a more finished appearance. I highly recommend Legacy and am glad that my friend, who has used them in the past, recommended them to me. read more

SUPERB JOB! We had Legacy Arbor Care remove 5 dying oak trees from the entrance to our gated community. They did a great job pulling the trees down, grinding the stumps and carrying off all the debris. They left the area very clean, and we did not have any worries about them causing damage to the surrounding homes or landscape. read more

I called and spoke to the owner Brent Frazier about having tree work done. He requested I text him my contact information and his office would send me a quote. I waited a week and received nothing. I sent a text checking on the quote's status, there was no reply. I called the next day and it went to voicemail, so I left a message. I never received a return call. The owner is incompetent and wasted my time. I suggest finding a professional that knows how to run a business. read more

I went to town on my big crepe myrtle thinking that would be tough part. Turns out chopping up all the cut limbs and branches was waaaaay more work than I was capable of doing with my hand tools. I called and they brought the tree chipper by later that day to do the work that would had taken me hours or days. They even cleaned up the debris, including the mess that I made! read more

I don't write a review unless I am totally blown away by a company's service and I feel they deserve a 5, which is why you don't see a ton or reviews from me, these companies are rare! Legacy Arbor Care came out to my home last week and amazed me. The owner, Brent Frazier walked with me the previous week and discussed my situation, evaluated my needs, and quoted me a price to do the job. His crew of 3 showed up the following week and spent 1.5 days clearing and cleaning trees to open a more park like area within my 2.5 acres. It was important to me to keep the edges thick for low visibility of my house and clean up the inside areas. The guys were incredibly polite, courteous, and timely. They worked hard as a team and produced way beyond my expectations, checking in with me regularly to be sure I was happy. They cleaned up as they went, left me some fresh mulch, and even brought up my trash can from the road on trash day. They cleaned their tools for work on oaks, and sealed their cuts, I was most impressed! This was all at what I consider a very reasonable price! Would I recommend this tree service, absolutely without a doubt!!! read more

These people were recommended by the City of Round Rock. I called for a quote, a gentleman named Brent came and looked at the job, and subsequently emailed me a quote that I readily accepted. I waited several days and no response. I then made repeated attempts to reach him via email and text-- nothing. I cannot respect a business that doesn't bother to get back to customers after giving a quote. If he was too busy or didn't want the job he should have said so up front. read more

Someone you can count on, every single time. Brent and his crews are always doing what's right for you and your trees!!

Wowed by this company..Far cheaper than other quotes and the service was not only quality but they finished the work quickly and professionally. We had asked for sterilized saws for our Live Oak work and they made sure that was done also they carefully sprayed every new cut. We scheduled for 3PM and they were here at 2:55PM on the money. Cleaned up so well that we could not find much other than a small twig/branch afterward. In addition the crew went above and beyond what was quoted on by removing a lot of large dead oak branches that we could not reach...They were in and out of here in an hour and 15 minutes. Great service. read more

This company did an outstanding job raising our canopy and trimming all our trees. It was great to be able to deal directly with Brent, the owner of the company. He is very knowledgeable about trees and was very willing to spend time talking to me and pointing out what needed to be done to improve the health and look of my trees. His crew was extremely professional and took great pride in their work. His price was also the best of any other company I checked out. Great tree company! read more

Great company to work with. Brent came by and estimated the job (prune a palm tree) ahead of time, and emailed a quotation to me. His team arrived on a scheduled date and completed the job in short order. They were even able to retrieve fallen palms from my neighbors yard without entering it. Afterwards they went the extra mile and skimmed some of the debris from my pool. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for tree trimming services. read more

My tree received prompt attention since it was huge and landed in a precarious position. The staff arrived on time and accomplished the work in just 2 hours. A few days later, they returned to reduce the stump so that it is about 10 inches below grade. The hole was packed with grindings that remained from the stump. My backyard has never looked so good. I am on the list for another tree to be removed due to it being a possible danger to my neighbors' fence. The service was great, the workers were polite and efficient and the price was right. read more
