I received a message from All Seasons they were booked out as well. I went to bed thinking, I'll just let my property manager handle it in the morning and even sent an email stating so. To my surprise, I got a message via Yelp from All Seasons to call and book a service schedule. I called and was able to schedule for an opening they had the next day. The air conditioning is working again, and the tenants and I couldn't be happier! Well... more so for the tenant than me - as any property owner can attest. But things do break and are in need of repair! If you are looking around for an HVAC company and have rentals in the Denison/Sherman area, please consider All Seasons. I can't speak on costs because I have no other HVAC companies to compare them to. I do know they charge $99 for a call out. More times than not, things stop working unexpectedly. They worked on it instead and made it too loud to even operate. I told them to just replace it. They found out that it is out of production and told me they would find out what the replacement would be. They said Gree always takes their time to get back with them, but it has now been over three weeks. I called them after a week and they said they were still waiting on Gree. Looks like they don't know what they're doing, nor do they care, since I haven't heard from them.

I called at 8:00 a.m. in mid May after discovering our A/C had stopped working overnight. I was…read moretold a technician would arrive sometime before 6:00 p.m., but to our surprise he arrived before noon. The service technician, Jammy, was knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the faulty part, and had our system running again in less than 45 minutes. We paid the quoted amount (which seemed a little high but everything is these days) and were very pleased with both the service and having cold air again. Unfortunately, the billing experience afterward was confusing and extremely frustrating. Later that afternoon, I received an invoice via email showing a balance that was $120 less than what we had already paid. When my husband called to ask about the discrepancy, he was told we were OVERcharged that morning and that they would send the tech back by to exchange our original check for a new one reflecting the lower amount. The technician never returned to exchange the checks, and two days later our original check was cashed. We called again and was told we would be issued a refund that would be mailed to us (that we never received). The next week we began receiving emails and text messages stating that we owed an additional $120. After MULTIPLE phone calls trying to sort things out and MULTIPLE explanations for all of the discrepancies, I finally spoke with the head of accounts receivable. I was then told that the original invoice had actually UNDERcharged us by approximately 50%, and that the company had decided not to pursue the additional amount because of all the confusion surrounding the billing. The repair itself was excellent, and Jammy provided prompt, professional service. However, the billing process was disorganized and irritating and because of that, we probably will not use again.

I am not sure where to begin with how Brothers is just downright awesome. It all started when I…read moremoved to a new house and the bathroom plumbing was just not great so I reached out to a couple of plumbers and Brother Plumber got back to me fastest with a reasonable approach. Well Bobby T. showed up and gave a pretty reasonable flat-rate estimate to replace two faucets and a toilet. We figured the job would take about 1.5 hours, but it seems that just about everything went south from the beginning - not the least of which were a sketchy original install from the early 1970's and a tub drain not connected. Somewhere around 7 hours later Bobby T. knocked out the job and it all works great AND they stuck with the original price quote. Throughout the entire ordeal Bobby T. was fantastic and communicated what was going on, but most importantly finished the job by doing things right the first time. The artistry of the final result was also pretty fantastic and used a bit more copper than was expected. I would DEFINITELY recommend Brother Plumber to anyone for their workmanship and professionalism.
