They gave us a sliding scale depending on labor for specific jobs. When they invoiced us, they included receipts for parts... this is something that we rarely see but it creates a sense of trust and honesty. There are no surprises. Our first job was a lesser, more simple, job-we had at few sockets replaced one of which was a very loose socket that we were concerned about arcing. The second job was more extensive as there were several "needs" in one day. They replaced overhead light fixtures (3 of them), replaced an old and VERY outdated (probably from when our house was built over 35 years ago!) smoke/fire alarm, and installed bedside wall mounted lights. They are GORGEOUS!! On their third visit soon, we will have heated flooring in our master bedroom installed. B. Henry's Quality Electric is the place to go for your electrical needs. I asked to have a 30-amp single-pole breaker installed, and they installed a double-pole breaker, using single-pole wiring. If I ever have to sell my house, the new owners might think that it is really a double-pole breaker with double-pole wiring. Ed's worker said they would be back to install the correct breaker, but they never came back or followed up. I will be taking my money elsewhere, Edward.
