I came in on Sunday, April 26 around 9:45 a.m., shortly after opening, and asked for two Biscoff coffees. I was told they were already sold out, which was surprising given how early it was. When I responded that I had just seen someone receive one, the employee replied, "yeah, exactly, they're all gone now," in a noticeably passive-aggressive tone. I calmly pointed out that the interaction felt unprofessional, but instead of addressing it, she dismissed the concern and simply asked what I wanted to order. I understand items sell out -- that's not the issue. The problem was the attitude and lack of basic customer service. A simple, respectful explanation would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially so early in the day. I hope management addresses how customers are spoken to. read more

Three Stars for cleanliness. I had a vegetarian and a iced coffee. Both were good. What kind of gross me out was that the front glass of the restaurant is completely filthy with fingerprints. There's also food all over the floor underneath the tables and every single table in the restaurant was dirty. There's two or three employees in there who were all very polite however, nobody was cleaning when the establishment is obviously filthy. The restrooms were also closed which is disgusting. The bread is always fresh and not hard (like some other locations I've tried) the veggies are crispy fresh as well and they always cut my sandwich in half as I request. Came by to get my banh mi fix because I love Lee's vegetarian sandwiches (minus jalapenos). I ordered and waited then was told they were out of vegetarian sandwich ingredients. I opted for bbq pork sandwiches, and they made the replacements but they didn't offer to refund me the difference (60 cents is 60 cents). But what really got me is they put jalapeños in it. I had a long drive home which is why I stopped for a late lunch, I'm trying to drive with one hand and bit into a jalapeno which was the one thing I asked for my vegetarian sandwich to be without. So I tried my best to pick them out while driving but it was a pain and my mouth was already on fire.
