I came here with my sisters and mother for mother's day about a year ago. I decided to get a manicure and a pedicure and they were done by two different ladies. The one who did my pedicure opened up a big hole on my pinky toe and poured acetone on it! It was so painful, but I just took it because I thought that's what they usually do, but I guess not! And the one who did my manicure was in a rush, missed some spots, and made it streaky. I could've done a better job at it! I feel like she just did a terrible job because I am younger looking (i'm 21), because she gave my mom and sister a really nice manicure and took her time. I should've said something while she was doing my nails, but I don't like being mean lol. BUT she should've been more thorough with mine in the first place. I don't recommend this place. read more

By far great Nail shop. I've been in Corona for over 7 years and tried dozens of nail shops. This is the best one! Ehryn is awesome. She does great job on my pedi and gel nails. She also builds a co section with her clients. She reminds me when it's that time to come back in. She is friendly professional and does great job that last. The shop has enough staff to meet you needs. Christina great with my eyelashes and waxing. They both have genuine personalities and knows you by name. That's hard to find. I used to go here when I moved from OC but wow was my last experience horrible! I went in for a broken acrylic nail which should be straightforward. The older lady managing the place took me to sit down and began filing my acrylic nail off and continued to get up at least 4 times to help someone else. Finally another middle aged lady lady with shoulder length dark hair was assigned to fix my nail and the nightmare began. She asked me what color I had on and when I said I wasn't sure the name of it but if she could help pick a similar color that would be great, she got major attitude and she sorry I can't help you. Huh?? I asked again if she could suggest a light pink and it didn't have to be an exact match and again I got her attitude‍ It took over half an hour to fix one broken pinky nail and she was so unpleasant I wanted to run out of there as fast as possible! Slow service, RUDE nail techs and I'm driving back to OC to my friendly nail salon than ever giving this place my business again. read more

Great service and staff. Everyone was friendly upon walking in. My bf and I both got the deluxe pedicures and no complaints. The pedicure chairs are pretty close together and so with them all being full the staff is right on top of you while working on the next client so you don't get the luxe spa experience. I went there for the first time for the Royal Spa Pedicure and Manicure. I have never had such a fabulous pedicure. Do not go here unless you want to be rushed out!!! Me and my mother went for a bonding time and I was going to get a mani and pedi well I was told over the phone price and then in person another, also when they painted my toes I asked them to wait because I wasn't sure of the color I was going to get, but they rushed me quick to get more people seated. They were so upset when I couldn't make up my mind. Keep in mind I was spending 60$ which they did this job in 15 min or less just to get more people seated. Not ok! If you guys are not going to take the time into the clients you shouldn't be charging an arm and a leg for this work. Also I never got a massage on my legs! Went in for a pedicure with my sister. Paid $25 for pedicure with callus remove +tip. Had not many variety of colors to choose from, sit massager did not work, and they finish my sister's pedi in hurry and had her out from her sit because they wanted to give the sit to the other customer. They also skip some service like steam massage and coloring was bit a mess. Only reason for 2stars is because staff was nice. Need to find another place for sure read more

When I already did in cash. but did my payment in card due to Rosie getting it right away rather then waiting for it. Extremely disappointed with the owner of this place. I came in with my 9 year old granddaughter and she tells me how old is she?? I said almost 10 years old, she is 9.!So she tells me $30 for mani and pedi, I said ok. proceeded to sit down and look at her fees and clearly says 7-9 yrs old is $26 so I clarified your flyer has different prices vs what you told me. She said ok $28 at that point they had already started with her services. She even ask my granddaughter how old are you?? Then again what year were you born?? I couldn't cancel on her services since they were working on her nails already. I immediately cancel mine and my moms service and the Owner approaches me again ... why?? I told her is rude that you had to confirm with my granddaughter again how old is she??? You almost wanted a birth certificate asking her twice.. Extremely rude, I will miss a great nail tech Eryhn who's the best but, will never come back to this place again. The owner is money hungry, so sad she doesn't value a customer at all. read more

Been coming to this nail salon for about 6 months. Not the best job, but I thought pretty reasonable. They got new pedicure bowls which are beautiful. Staff is pretty friendly, but a lot speak among themselves in another language, so I never know what is being said. I went last week to get my nails filled and a pedicure. The nail tech told me (after he removed my polish), that it looks like I have a nail fungus! Ewwww . . . I have gotten my nails done for years at other salons and never had this problem! I asked what causes this? He said, improperly done nails which allow moisture under the acrylic. He asked where did I get them done previously. I told him at their salon! He then put another nail on, used his instrument to shave down the fungus on the nail, then proceeded to use the same instrument on the remainder of my nails. I asked him how I should care for it. He told me that the discoloration will grow out and to just leave it with the acrylic on and did not tell me how to treat it. After he finished my nails he proceeded to another customer. I did not see him clean or change the instrument. I hope he did (after reading online, I learned that the most common cause and spread of nail fungus is dirty equipment). When I got home I removed the acrylic and started treating my nail. I hope it didn't spread to my other nails, since those still have the acrylics on. I'm pretty disappointed and a little nervous about how sanitary this salon is. I'm so sad, because as a working mom, this was such a treat for me. read more

I've been to this place many times. Today I was able to get right in for a mani / pedi. I was finished and getting ready to pay. I told the woman at front desk to put services on the card and I had cash for the tip. The woman said the card machine didn't really work so I was to leave her what cash I did have an go to Trader Joes to buy something and get cash. WELL, that's a little inconvenient! !! I said I would but she should post it so people know to come with cash before. I debated on going back but I am an honest person and services were rendered. I was in line at traders, my phone rang, it was the shop woman asking where I was. REALLY? I went to settle up my bill and nicely commented on the situation, letting her know that most people don't carry cash anymore. She said in a rude manner "don't tell anymore I don't want to hear it! I don't have to hear it!" I said she was the owner and needed to listen to the customer. She just kept repeating she didn't want to hear anymore. I won't go back. Very rude! read more

Walked in for a mani-pedi since I was shopping in the center. Second visit. Both times, felt that they could really care less if I was there or not. It's kind of clean- in a nice center so maybe that's why they stay in biz. They did mani-pedi at the same time, and the guy who did the mani seemed ok. The pedi was pretty bad, and the girl didn't even respond when I asked her to cut my nails down. The manicurist had to tell her to look at me- then she just said, 'yeah, yeah' to my request- and by the way , did not do as I asked. So rude and basically did not care. I must have come on an "off" day for these people. Didn't really even get to explain what I needed done and the way I wanted it done, because front desk lady talked OVER me. The lady who did my pedicure was okay, she smiled. However, she also thought it was okay to tell me what kind of pants I should wear (3x) for "next time" and she was rough with my legs and feet. And she told me the color I picked was not right for me, then she smudged her work. I assume she messed up, because she kept turning around to talk and so concerned with the conversation of her co-workers, that she could not focus on the PAYING customer! The paint job was horrible and I found her slightly disrespectful! THERE WON'T BE A "NEXT TIME"!!!!! In addition, the other employees around the salon were also rude and NOT welcoming to ME; with the other ladies being serviced, they were nice. I don't know what happened with me??? A new client (for that day), a young African American girl........maybe they don't get ladies like me in there?....Smh.......One star for "effort". read more
