Very pricey for a quick, messy pedicure They took 20 min or less, and then set me at the dryer and instantly asked me to pay. I hadn't even had a chance for my nails to dry enough for me to pull out my card! Also there was no sign saying tip MUST BE in CASH! The place was very pretty though read more

I do not recommend going to Lee Nails. On 3/24/19, I sat down with one of the workers for a Fill-In. He filled them in with acrylic powder, then used an electronic tool to smooth it out. In doing so, he kept scraping at the skin surrounding my nail. Pretty much all of my fingers are red around my cuticle area and as seen in the picture, I left bleeding. I kept pulling away, making it known he was hurting me but he wasn't getting the hint or just didn't care. He then began his attempt at filing them down. I came in with "Almond" shape and wanted it again. He started by using a nail file but he didn't seem confident so he switched to an electric tool. In doing that, it took off too much on the sides and left them completely misshapen. Not at all even, very jagged and some were way too thin and pointy. But he kept going. Picked up the nail file and started to file down the misshapen nails. Having to take off even more from the sides and left them so thin and going in different directions. All bad! I kindly told him that I didn't like the shaping and pointed out all the errors and he tried to fix them. He asked if it was better, I said no and told him what the issues were. He then began to add more acrylic to a few nails because he took too much off and couldn't fix the shape without doing so. He began again but still wasn't getting it. At that point, he got the manager to take over. The manager did help the situation but the shape was still thin, pointy and the length was not even from finger to finger. He had asked me at one point if I was happy with the shape and allowed me half a second to look before he continued. At that point, I was just ready to get out of there so I didn't say anything. He didn't seem at all concerned with fixing my poor experience. When he was finished, we went to the front to pay and he didn't offer any type of discount for the poor quality of work from the first associate or the fact that I had been there going on 3 hours. I ended up having to file them down myself when I got home because of how sharp and uneven they were. Needless to say, I won't be returning. read more

I used to get my nails done here all the time and got a lot of compliments. But after returning from a few month break of getting my nails done, I am not happy. I went with my sister to get my nails done, and while the workers are friendly, it does not change the fact of my nails. My nails have careless and lazy errors and I did not even receive a clear coat on my nails. $10 for French tip? And $10 for long nails? I haven't experienced that anywhere else. My sisters nails look nice but are very think and messy underneath the nail. read more

Came in for a pedicure with my mom for her birthday and felt very rushed. The techs were very rude when asking for simple accommodations. The pedicure which includes the maintenance of the nails and the massage with lotion and scrub only lasted around 10 minutes. My moms massage with the lotion and scrub was around one minute each and when she asked for a few minutes more she was charged extra for a massage. The techs were not clear with us on the fact that we would be charged more and just left with us not knowing we were done and proceeded to take the cover out of the bowl with us still sitting in the chair. The Tech showed back up and offered to help me put on my shoes when it was time to pay. For $71 I expected a better and longer experience... very awkward and will not be going back read more

Ivy is the best lash artist! Been going to her for years. Her lashes last longer than most places.

This is the only nail place around that has time for walk-ins these days. I'm always able to get a fun design too!

I got my nails done here yesterday. The guy who did my nails was horrible! I did not appreciate the roll of his eyes when I asked for my nails to be filed square, or the fact that when I asked what he was rolling his eyes about he ignored me. He was also very rude to the girl who worked the front desk right in front of me, i felt very bad for her. He looked at his iphone almost the hole time. He rushed through my manicure and it showed. My thumb nail was not painted well at all- I asked him to fix it and he just added another coat(this made it look worse of course). I left the nail place at 7 and my nails were still smudging by 9:30. The file job looks bad. Today they are already chipping on the sides. When I get my nails done I expect them to look like a professional did them, I could of done this polish job myself. Maybe if he wouldn't of rushed through it I could of got my moneys worth. I wish I spoke up, but i did not have time to sit there longer. I am now about to leave on my vacation with plain nails and I wasted my money. The best part was he said ''see you next time'' ..... I told him ''ya right'' and walked out pissed. If you value your time you will go across the street to LA Nails. It is a more PROFESSIONAL environment. Everyone is nice and makes you feel comfortable. Only reason I went to Lee nails was for my friend since it was her birthday and that's where she wanted to go. (btw- a younger woman did hers and it turned out very good). bad experience, i will never be back. read more

My no chip started to look grown out a day or two after I got it done so maybe it wasn't applied close enough to the cuticle. While disappointing, it wasn't a deal breaker as they still looked very nice. I was frustrated when they chipped on the morning of Christmas Eve, five days after they were done. I wasn't able to do anything about it that day so I had to leave it. I called about their no chip chipping policy and was told they'd "fix it" but I don't really want one nail fixed when they're looking really grown out. The employees are nice and the place is very clean but no chips are too expensive to not have them last. read more

Great place! Everyone is friendley & most of the time you can easily be in and out in no time!!

This used to be my go to place, as I sit here searching for new ones.. the last time I went in for a simple polish the guy used his own thumb nail to push back my cuticles and did it so hard that it hurt for three days and then left a mark. I was disgusted, I asked him to use the tool. To top it off I had to listen to the receptionist literally, I mean LEGIT crying and moaning to him back and forth like a baby because she had to stay an extra hour. Twilight zone............ I'm never going back! read more

This place is very special. I have been coming for 15 yrs. and love the friendly staff and owners. I'm always pleased with the service I receive. Awesome place to have all services done. read more

My daughter and I have been coming here for quite some time. All the staff are such wonderful people, so friendly and caring. They always get us in and out quickly and our nails look fantastic and lasts so long. Thank you for all your hard work Lee Nails!! read more

It's not bad. My nails turned out fine. I just would recommend to be a bit nicer to your. Customers that are literally paying to be there and customers that end up tipping you. Not speaking to me whatsoever or when I walk in every single worker just looks at me and doesn't say anything does not help either. Also I would recommend not telling me how short or how long my nails SHOULD be. I will do what I want and I do not need you to judge me for whatever I do because again, I am paying you. So do not judge:) read more

This was the worst experience I have ever had, I have been to many many nail salons in the past year trying to find a good one. I have found a few but crazy prices so i keep trying. Tonight I thought I would bring my little sister and get out nails done. As I walked in i asked for a acrylic removal and gel manicure, one of my nails needed an acrylic put on so it all would be the same length, the guy laughed at me and had no clue what a gel manicure was. I had to explain multiple times. Now as an older lady is doing my nails she rips my acrylics off with another false nail with my real nails coming off, (Luckily I got some off myself before i went so at least half my hand is real.) following with cutting with disgusting scissors. I have never seen someone do nails the way this lady did, dipping my fingers in powder and then the polish does not look professional. Ending up paying $47 for the nails and not satisfied what so ever. I will never go back again!! read more

THE WORST! Was so bad that my nail tech stood up and LEFT ME UNFINISHED!! Shame on you for charging full price. read more

Ivy is the best eyelash extension artist I've ever been to! I was referred to see Ivy and I couldn't have been happier to find her. I have gone to many different places for extensions and I've never gotten more compliments on my lashes! After 2 weeks my eyelashes are still looking full and in great condition. Will definitely be going to see her for future fills! read more

Definitely bigger on the inside than what you see from the outside. Appears like a nice place, looks like they have a nail "bar" which was neat. Unfortunately, I walked in to this business with no acknowledgement of my presence as a customer whatsoever- no greeting at all, no inquiry of what service I wanted and no status of technician availability - nothing. I did see technicians and they saw me but they didn't look happy. I wasn't going to keep standing there and I feel it reflects poor service anyways of what would be if I got my nails done there. Not going back and I don't recommend. read more

My first couple fill-ins with no chip polish went very well. But these last three consecutive visits have been extremely poor. 4 weeks ago my no-chip polish was peeling off the very next day. I had to return for the guy to fix it. He argued with me a bit, but eventually fixed that hand (he only wanted to fix a couple fingers- he kept forgetting to turn the UV light on for the color to set). The next visit (two weeks ago) seemed to go well. 4/10 nails cracked & the polish chipped away on most nails. Okay, so I give it another try. Yesterday, I was sat down with a very nice lady. She applied the fill-in gel, then proceeded to apply the no-chip paint without re-shaping the nails. Then heavily applied three layers on no chip paint. I chose white with glitter. After the last coat, I immediately requested she remove the paint and redo the nails. My nails were all different shapes and thickness. She immediately began correcting the polish only. She only filed a bit of the top coat off, leaving the white polish. Applied a thinner coat of the clear/glitter polish. My nails are still bulky, thick, and several nails are now extremely yellow. That will be my last try with this location. It's extremely dissatisfying to have such poor work from this business. read more

I always have a great experience when I come to Lee Nails, my favorite thing to get is the pink & white Ombré and it comes out perfect every single time! Tony does my nails and he always takes his time! I highly recommend going to him! read more

Hong is the best!!! Fabulous service ~ always thrilled with manicure & pedicure! Best French manicure I've ever had...

HORRIBLE, I went in to get a pedicure and I have never had people treat me more rudely. They re did my nails twice, pushed my sister away, and basically kicked us out. While painting my nails they kept asking me if I was sure if I wanted that color. When my sister was paying the lady was basically hovering over the table to make sure she tipped. I am never going back again! read more

TERRIBLE! I came here Tuesday March 14 for a no chip fill. Ivy was the tech. I found it very odd that after she was done with the fill she did not buff my nails but instead roughed them up again before she started to apply the color. She told me this way the color will "stick better" and would last 3-4 weeks. She never applied a clear base coat . My nails started chipping the next morning. Here it is a week later and 5 of my nails have broken because she filed them down so thin. The shape( square/round) is all uneven. I have been getting my nails done for close to 20 years so I am not a newbie at this. The only reason I stopped here is because I was at JC Penny and they are right next door. You can't tip on your card and they do not give change. If I could give them less than zero stars I would. Don't waste your money. $43.00 for a fill that lasts less than 12 hours! read more

I walked into the salon at 9:35 a.m. Two other women were in there and we were told to pick our colors out, and that no one was there yet to do our nails, but they were on their way. Waited about ten minutes. When I sat down at the table, I could see dust and debris all over the floor where the technicians sit. Very dirty. The place obviously wasn't cleaned from then night before, as I got there at 9:30 a.m, right when they opened. That is unacceptable. Then, instead of enjoying my manicure, the technician is trying to get me to commit to microblading. I politely told her I wasn't interested, and yet she continued to ask me 3 more times. I do not recommend this place at all. My biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the place. read more

I finally found a nail tech who knows what she is doing! Angela was so sweet and funny! She really took her time doing my nails, making sure she wasn't hurting me. I really appreciated that, typically I've had my fake nails just ripped off with no ounce of compassion. But Angela made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. The shape..the color.. Is everything! I will be definitely coming back to see her!! read more

Love this place!! They are so accommodating. Always listen to my needs(sensitive skin). I have left places bleeding, never here!

Terrible experience with my family. They cut my moms toe and made it bleed by scraping off too much skin and simply said "oh sorry". Had to ask for a discount and they gave off $5. Took forever to pay because they were not for sure what they were doing. We will never be back!!! Over priced services for the quality of the service we received! read more

Gross! My nails were infected after visiting here...Must not be as clean as it is claimed to be! Never again!

My daughter and I have been coming here for many years. The technicians are excellent, the facilities are spotless, and we never have a problem getting an appointment. We will continue coming back. Very happy. read more

I'm giving this salon 3 stars for lack of experience. My mom and I came together for a pedicure and I got a shellac. We were greeted and told to pick out a color, we both proceeded to the back room to relax and were approached by the manager carrying a Timer Our pedicures were literally timed, ticking away. I have been a service provider for 9 years, you never allow the customer to feel rushed. This was not relaxing, there should be no concept of time for the customer. Very rude to do. Overall nice staff. My pedicure chipped the next day, but my shellac lasted. read more

I have gone here about a dozen times mostly for pedicures some manicures and I am happy with their service. The employees sometimes won't speak English when talking to each other in front of you which can be annoying (or should I say 'paranoid-ING' ) and services are a little expensive but not too bad ... I have compared to other local places and still like them best. read more

I went in for a dip powder full set and they informed me that my nails were to weak and that it would not be in my best interest. So i got gel nails and i like them a lot, the color is nice and vibrant, the shape is even, the price was right. Only thing i did NOT like at all was that the man doing my nails constantly got up to do everything else. Their was only 3-4 people their and like 7 employees. So it was unclear to me why any of the other employees couldn't answer the phone or go help the other employees that needed help. I understand that its a business but when one of the employees is sitting down and working on her own nails isn't a good image. The point of getting my nails done was so i can relax; but i cant if the technician constantly gets up. read more

I wouldn't even give this place a 1 Star. Worst nail salon in the area. Ivy did my eyelash extensions a couple of times, she tried to overcharge me numerous times. I had to pull up my bank account online to prove I came in every 2 weeks. Every time I got the "no clip" two days later my nails chipped off. The nail techs are rude. This place is not worth it!! read more

Clean. Friendly workers! No wait because there are lots of chairs! :) will definitely be back!

I will never go here again. The price changes every single time we go there. Tuesday my daughter and I went in to get a full set of acrylics for each of us for our birthdays. They split us up at different tables, so my daughter had Jenny and I had Ivy. I was pleased with Ivy but am completely enraged at the work ethic of Jenny. She kept bugging my daughter if she was going to pay in the middle of getting her nails done. She charged my daughter $32.67 for a full set of acrylics after removing her old set of nails. I saw my daughter pay but wasn't sure at what point she was in her manicure. After we got to the car and were driving away my daughter told me they REMOVED her previous acrylics and painted her NATURAL nails but charged her for a full set of acrylics. THAT explains why she charged my daughter in the middle of it :: to rip her off for services NOT rendered. read more

Beautiful, clean, brand new nail salon! I was a customer at a different salon since 2003. I needed to find a new regular place and I tried almost all of the Frankfort/Mokena area options before I walked in to Lee Nails. The people are friendly. Ivy usually does my nails but I have also used Peter. I was VERY happy with both of them. I hate when a nail tech leaves my nails too thick. They have been perfect every time I had them done here. I have been a repeat customer for a few months already. I also have my lashes done. It's a wonderful luxury that I am unwilling to do without now that I have them! Wonderful place! read more

Everything was nice enough and I liked that there were little chairs for my daughter. However, I asked for a basic pedicure for myself and the princess pedicure for my daughter. He said my daughters would be $22. Then, without asking me, the gal painted my daughter's fingernails too. I assumed she was just doing so to be nice. Nope, charged me $11 extra for simply painting her nails while she was sitting in the pedicure chair. When I questioned it, she just played dumb like she had no idea what I was bothered by. I hate when businesses take advantage of their patrons. I own a business and make sure my guests always feel the opposite. Last time I'll be coming here. read more

Ivy is the best!! I got my eyelashes done by her and she does a great job. Would highly recommend this place and eyelash extensions!!
