Went in to get my nails done and while they did get me in quickly and finished my nails quickly, it did not last! In two weeks; I have been there three times as my nails chipped so bad they needed to be retouched. Just don't. They are rude, talking and laughing about me simply because I asked for a no polish manicure. Yes, ladies, we can tell when you're talking about us whether you realize it or not! I wanted to give my nails a break, but NO, she wasn't having that. So I reluctantly agreed to another gel manicure. I picked my color. She used a product that was either defective or just wrong because the base coat didn't set. She wound up using alcohol to clean up the mess, giving me an unexpected & not requested ombre sort of but not really, but she insisted it was "very pretty". I left with nail polish splattered in a few places on my hands, it looked like a little kid did my nails. The only reason I gave a 2 star was because she unexpectedly took $10 off, which of course I tipped back anyway even though I wish I didn't tip at all. They are rude there. I get in there, they take my niece, they take my daughter then they take a different customer. I was ignored until they were done with my daughter, what's the point now? My daughter and niece were done abs they ahi ou'd I'm next, "NO". They apparently didn't understand what 3 at once meant. They weren't even well done, they both wanted snowflakes and they only got one snowflake on one nail a piece and you can't even tell unless the nail is a few inches from your face. I have gone to lee nails about 5 times now, each time getting a full set. Tina and Kristina are the two who usually do them. I just got them done yesterday for homecoming, and I did them a little more complicated than a simple french tip or painted acrylic. They turned out absolutely amazing! Glitter polish fades to a baby blue and the color matches my dress exactly. She took the filing tool and went under the acrylic nail to get the access glue out from under which most cheap salons don't. All in all, they are great for their prices, and I will keep returning. read more

I asked the owner what she charged for "Senior pedicure with no polish" she told me $17. I took my 93 year old neighbor and Jimmy charged her $23. We will never go back. The lady doing my nails was pretty aggressive with cutting my cuticles and I ended up bleeding (this has never happened anywhere else). The blood got into the polish. I was rushed in and out. DO NOT GO HERE! I wish I would have trusted the reviews and not wasted my money. One of the dirtiest salons, they clearly do not follow any kind of code required for nail salons. I got the new powder dip done. $40 later you can see the drill marks under the powered from her drilling my nails too far. Also specs of things in the powder. Used the drill to cut back my cuticles. Didn't soak my nails to help remove cuticles just cut or drilled them. The powder is stuck to my skin on the sides as well. I get my nails done every two weeks and know what a normal powder dip and manicure should be. When i brought their attention to how terrible of a job they did they said all they could do was one more coat. I only went here because it was close to the summer camp my daughters were doing. TERRIBLE. Do not waste your time and let your nails get ruined. read more

So I am down in Enumclaw quite often because my parents live there. Several times I year I go to Lee Nails to get a pedicure and I love this place! They usually always remember me, which is great. I also sometimes go with my mom and/or sister. We have a great time. Lots of locals go to Lee Nails and the staff are so friendly and really do an amazing job. The only bummer is they are closed on Sundays, which is usually the day when I'm down in Enumclaw. If you are ever down in Enumclaw, you must visit Lee Nails! read more

I have lived in Enumclaw my whole life (26 yrs) and I have gone back and forth with Lees. I was a very frequent customer through high school and shortly after then I recieved some unusally bad customer service there some years ago and decided to broaden my horizon and try other salons. I have tried 4 different salons over the years and recently I went to Lees for a fill due to bad weather I didnt want to travel to Bonney Lake plus I was not satisfied with the current set I had when it was applied (glue under my nail, chunks of acrylic stuck to the under nails, uneven ect) and I had been recently thinking about going back to Lees anyways. Of all the times I have had my nails done their the quality of work and how my nails looked after were never the issue it was the attitude, the feeling of being rushed, the tech working on 2 people at once after some time even with the best looking nails afterwards those things get under your skin. However I went in not only did Tina remember me from way back when she fixed my nails cut them down just were I wanted found the exact color I wanted and figured out how to put my boyfriends initials and a heart on my nails. It looked fantastic and for the first time in years I didnt have to take a a nail file to my nails when I got home. Tina also told me she fell on the ice the day before and I could tell she was in discomfort she kept having to stop and strech Im thankful she got me and not the grumpy lady who was in rush, as I didnt mind a bit and know those struggles all the well. I appreciated her work all the more for her coming into work after that and in so much pain. Only 4 stars because the other nail techs were not very friendly and did not greet me they were all on their phones. read more

Reasonably priced. The reason for 1 star is today I received a full set. The lady who did my nails cut me 4 times with the electric nail file causing me to bleed. This was due to lack of her attention and she was rushing through the entire service. My nails are lopsided and I still have glue/acrylic stuck to my skin around my nail beds. I went in to have some waxing done and have been completely repulsed by the fact that they don't wear gloves. After epilating my hair they try to calm my skin with their bare hands by applying preasure just after doing a pedicure. Totally disgusted and will never go back. Icing on the cake is I also had them do my nails and they cut me enough to bleed 3 times and still charged me regular price, I have an infection on my finiger that I have to go to the doc for tomorrow... coincidence? Needed a last minute pedicure. Place is pretty clean and quiet. The pedicure was nice. The foot massage was the best. $22.00 for a pedicure. It's just a soak, clipping, scrub, and massage so not bad I guess for $22.00.. They do charge a $.50 fee for using a debit card. The lady's were all really nice and friendly. Not my usual place but I'll definitely return :) only giving 4 starts because I expected a little more of the pedicure. Ladies are rude. Unprofessional. Talk about you in there language and make it obvious. Salon is not clean. Spa pedicure chairs do not get cleaned correctly. And appointments are not honored. Techs talk on there phone while doing your nails. Sit in the spa chair singing next to you while your trying to have a "spa experience" I went here for two years and finally got fed up and found FX nails in Bonney lake, which is great.
