We had a terrible experience. We had appointments and still waited over an hour for pedicures. No apologies to us or checking in with how soon we would get started. they prioritized others and were kind to everyone else but did not seem to care to acknowledge or apologize for our wait. I would hesitate from going here as there are many other options in the area. read more

I walked in and they were really busy. The staff was super efficient, often multitasking with clients. I had a picture perfect manicure in 20 minutes! Job well done. read more

All the employees have miserable attitudes and they over charge I will not be recommending them and they lost a loyal customer

The staff were extremely rude, they treated my daughter really bad ! I will never come back again!

The nail tech giving me a gel manicure was extremely rude. Slammed the nail polish choice book down and then told me "not to look yet" as she roughly grabbed my hand. She was incredibly impatient with me and my 13 year old daughter who was getting a manicure next to me. The gel manicure came out terrible. Wasn't shiny and wasn't close to the color I chose. And less than 24 hours later- the polish came off my thumb nail in one solid piece. I've never had a worse experience at a nail salon. I will not be returning. read more

Come here all the time to get my toes done and it's alway great... got my nails done today, just a regular polish "manicure" the owner is the one that did it , was very rude, rough and rushed (forgot to put top coat on) kept telling me to relax and is sighing and throwing my hands around.. I also wanted a French and he said he couldn't do that unless I got gel even though they have that as a service listed, 30 minutes later one of my Nails has a dent/ chip in it. IF you do end up going just make sure you DO NOT GET HIM! read more

The man who answered the phone was rude when I called for the appointment. It was a red flag for sure. Very rude technician that I believe was the same man. He is extremely rough and unprofessional. He cut my finger, did not apologize and said it's because I have dry hands. It was a rushed job and he seemed like it was an imposition to do his job. I just moved to the area and had hoped to make this my regular salon. Sadly, I cannot after this experience. Save your money for an establishment that values customers and does quality work. read more

The owner is such a rude person. I went there for about 6 months. I witnessed his bad attitude and lack of manners every time I went. I was so glad he wasn't doing my nails. All of us have a bad day occasionally. This man NEVER has a good day apparently. There are too many good salons in the area with polite owners and staff. I refuse to support an owner of a business that conducts himself in such an unprofessional manner. read more

I have been coming here for years but no longer. Several times I have had to wait even though I make appointments a week ahead of time. Yesterday again it happened and I was told 10 min. 25 min later I notice he has taken the friend of the girl he had been doing who walked in after me with no appointment. I say something and am told let someone else do my nails. No thank you. Goodbye you lost a loyal customer because obviously you do not value me or my time read more

Don't hesitate to have your nails done at Lee Nails. The staff is very pleasant and the salon is very clean. Lee can do beautiful nail art. Lisa has been doing my nails for over five years. Stephanie and Kim are wonderful too! They also have other staff and they all do nice work as well. read more

The owner set up an appointment and when I arrived they said "you want gel right?" I said no because I wanted to change my color in a week. Then they made me wait 25 minutes, he scolded me for not wanting gel, spoke constantly to his colleagues in Vietnamese, and did my fill roughly and poorly. I asked for a Christmas tree design and he told me only with gel. Then he painted my nails so thick that they didn't even dry after 30 minutes waiting in the salon. That evening half of my nails were dented, and one broke. He was disrespectful, only wanted to upsell me and this is the second time I've come in there when they were rude. Do not go--unfriendly and only want to upsell you, bad vibe. read more

Terrible! I was recommended to try this place. I asked if the do powder dip they said yes. Said the cost for a pedicure and dip was $40. After we couldn't find the "matching color" we went w close enough. They took off my old polish, I have a tip on 1 nail that is broken. They argued about taking off the tip. After I took it off , before they did the manicure, the price went up to $60. I had no choice because it was 6pm and I am not from here and have 2 meetings in the am. I had to ask 3 times if the planned to paint my nails. Livid! No, I did not tip on the then $63 bill. Follow up: after getting to the hotel 3 nails broke!! NEVER AGAIN and don't waste ur money read more

Called ahead at 1:30and told they were able to take an appointment for two full sets and pedicures. Turns out they didn't, we got here a little early (5 min) and were told to wait 30 minutes, when I told them that we had an appointment they told us to sit in the chairs where we proceeded to wait for 30 minutes to have someone check on us. Could not get the person I made the appointment with to do my full set so we just left, rather than have my nails done by owner who consistently leaves cuts on my hands from the nail drill and does not care. When we told them we were leaving after waiting for over an hour somehow they were magically able to tell me that they could take me in ten minutes. I understand places get busy, but honor appointments made rather than overbook! Lisa is fantastic but make an appointment when possible and make sure to get there early so they get to you read more

DO NOT GO TO LEE NAILS!!!!! (Publix Plaza Eau Gallie Beachside) Being a guitar player, I needed a couple of acrylic nails repaired before a gig last night. Whoever my "technician" was, had no compassion whatsoever. After applying the nails I explained her that they had become glued to the skin underneath. At this time she jabbed her nails under my nails in attempt to separate the replacement nail from the skin it had become glued to. It was VERY painful. She then grabbed a large course sponge and used it in an extremely rough manner that actually cut the skin on both my fingertips!!!! Next she used some sort of electric tool with a bit and used that under my nail trying to remove the excess epoxy. The experience was excruciating, nevertheless I then had to play for three hours!!!!! This morning I woke up and my fingers were KILLING me .... One may be infected. I have had acrylic nails done numerous times and have never experienced the brutality which I did yesterday .... NEVER!!! Stay away!!!!! read more

Have been going to Lee's with my daughters for years. Everyone is so friendly and they do a great job every time!

I came in for a dip polish fill. The only make tech took me back after I picked a color then argued with me about the color I picked. The was no cuticle maintenance, I have several cuts from the drill, the polish in on my existing cuticle and the shape is inconsistent/crooked. The customer service was extremely lacking. read more

I have been going here for years. The last few times have been nothing special. I went last week and for the third time in a row had my nails done and the polish was chipping off by the next day. The techs are unfriendly and act like robots. No customer interaction at all. They act put out to work. The owners arrogance has increased exponentially. Time to find a new place. read more

Horrific experience. The first nail tech was so bad that the owner had to finish my manicure. Very rude and unprofessional too.

Always a fantastic job!!! Lisa for nails and Tina for toes and out the door looking polished until the next visit!!!

I phoned the day before and was specific that I wanted manicure at 4 PM and two pedicures at 5 PM. When I was greeted, the tech insisted on doing the pedicure first which I re-explained in a very nice way that I was waiting for my friend to do those together. From then on, her manner was aggravated, unfriendly, rough with both my hands and feet, sighing, rolling her eyes at me. I was quiet and calm, hoping to de-escalate the situation, she was clearly being passive aggressive and taking it out on my service. When my friend arrived she was treated in a similar manner by the other tech. It feels unacceptable to me to treat customers this way for any reason, it took what should have been a relaxing time and made it hostile. read more

If you're like me, reviews are essential before trying a new nail salon. This time I took a leap of faith - so glad I did! It was 6:45p (they closed at 7p), but they warmly welcomed us for mani/pedi's. Yes, they stayed late for us and never once seemed upset which I thought was very gracious. I tipped accordingly. They stayed late AND provided meticulous, beautiful work at an extremely reasonable price. My tech worked miracles on my cuticles. You don't even know... they were truly frightening. My feet would have justified them locking the doors, switching off the lights and turning us away. They restored my feet to youthful beauty. I feel like such a Princess right now. I am delighted with the time they spent on us. I was even more surprised at how reasonable their prices were. I honestly expected to pay much more for the quality and time spent. $30 for mani/pedi's with French tips. Wow. It might help to know that this salon has new owners. Old reviews reflect old owners. My family and I will be returning and, at these prices, we can afford to do so more often. read more

I am VERY glad I didn't go by reviews alone! A friend recommended I try Lee Nails (after going to numerous other places beachside) and I am so glad I did!! My pedicures are great, the leg massages are always invigorating!! I get the SNS dip, not only do they have TONS of colors, they have dip colors that match the gel polishes for your toes!!!! I haven't been to any other salon that has it already planned out like that!! Cathey is my nail professional and she is just wonderful!! I love that they open at 9am (most places don't open until 10) and they are open 7 days a week!!! The place is always clean and the staff is very friendly!! I highly recommend Lee Nails! read more

Are the renovations nice? Yes Is it clean? Yes Can they put on polish? No The nail tech just couldn't get it right. She got polish all over and had to keep cleaning it off.. she did not use toe separators. She used paper towels and as I walked up to pay, it fell out and messed up the polish on my little toe.. I had to wait while she fixed it and guess what.. it fell out in the parking lot and I had to fix it when I got home. I also realized that she did not put on the top coat. The polish is now all messed up. I will have to go somewhere else and get it changed. I stopped going coming to this salon and thought that maybe things would be different but alas you can put on a new coat of paint, but the wood is still rotten underneath. I will not be back. read more

Lee Nails and Spa - Nail Salons Near Me - Indian Harbour Beach, Florida

My exchange student was given a gift certificate to this place and the person who gave it to her was quoted $30 for nails. The tech removed her existing nails in the most barbaric manner. He jammed an old "nail tip" under the nail nail an slid it across until the nail popped off. Im not sure why he had her pick a color because her nails were far from what she had chosen and by the time we walked out, her fingers were sore and one was bleeding AND the price had increased to $60. She is too afraid he will hurt her again if she goes back to him to get the nails fixed ( one nail is very crooked, color is not what she selected) read more

I've been going to Lee Nails for many years now. I've always found the service to be reliable, friendly, and time efficient! My nails always look fantastic and hold up well. Overall, I recommend Lee Nails for reliable service and great nails! read more

Friendly, not very busy so got an appointment easily, had pedi and my big toe kept brushing against the next toe so polish was smeared twice. Very accommodating in fixing it...of course, I was still sitting there when I realized it so I would have been surprised if they didn't fix it. I will say that the M.O. there is for the employees to sleep in pedi chairs when they are not working. Just a little odd. But, as soon as someone comes in, they are attended to. Pedicure was relaxing and ..."for 2 dollar extra"....you can get a salt scrub pedi massage. Of course I went for it. My pedi looks awesome and was exactly what i expected so I would recommend. read more

I had a terrible experience and I can't believe one of the workers of the salon wrote a review giving himself 5 stars! This is supposed to be for customer reviews....not for biased worker/owner reviews. I found the atmosphere to be anything BUT relaxing and the workers were NOT friendly. I will never go back! If you want a good mani or pedi, go to Imperial Spa. They may be a little more expensive but their atmosphere is ACTUALLY relaxing and the workers and pleasant and professional. read more

I received two services: a pedicure and a gel manicure. The pedicure was good except the massage was just the lady moving her hands back and forth. As for the manicure, I wanted them to take my acrylics off and have a gel manicure. They did not know how to take acrylics off correctly. They made my nails extremely short and were trying to force the acrylics off. It hurt so bad. Then, a day later my gel is already coming off. read more
