Usually is a hit or miss, depends on you gets to do the service. I usually get pedicure here. The last time I went , it was the fastest pedi I have ever had. No time to relax. I just found this place through a recommendation from a friend! She said they were great, quick, & did a good job. I found the same experience & loved my nails. The first nail place in Melbourne that I've actually enjoyed the look of my nails afterward....UNTIL about two days later when my finger began to swell & turn red around the cuticle!!! Went to the doctor & yep, INFECTED. I called the salon to let them know & didn't even get so much as a thank you. Just "oh okay". Hmm not great professionalism. I've been going to this place for two years. Their customer service is never good, but they've done decent work on my nails for the price. However, their customer service at my last visit was so poor, I walked out. I booked an appointment online for acrylics because I wanted special nails for an upcoming holiday. I also signed in and spoke with a woman about what I wanted. First, they did not honor my appointment - I started 15 minutes late and with a different person. That was annoying but not a reason to be upset, so I repeated what I wanted to the man: black, pointy acrylics for Halloween. Then, the man completely ignored me and started dipping my nails in powder. When I asked why he was doing that, he condescendingly responded that it was better for my nails! That was not the service I asked for or was paying for... I don't have naturally pointy nails, which is why I needed acrylics. Regardless, I was ready to assume it was a misunderstanding, until he started LAUGHING at me. (Surely, I'm not the only person who's wanted to do spooky nails for Halloween?) Went in with a friend to get a full set. First off, they do dip unless you say otherwise which is incredibly odd. I said "I don't want dip, I didn't ask for that" and the whole vibe changed. Second, the tech was seemingly irritated when I asked to check that my nails were the same length. He checked one and I checked the rest myself. They came out very thin, but with good shape. Third, it was $65 for a full set of acrylic nails only!!! I paid with no questions asked. The tips on the machine only go down to 18%, and it's not the techs fault for the prices so I still tipped well despite the issues. And I should've asked before because there are no prices listed anywhere! I am an Esthetician and was glad I chose not to get my toes done because of the tech's vibe. I love this place. After a bad experience at a previous salon a friend recommended forever nails. It's a nice classy joint where all the techs are skilled. They have a great selection of Dip colors; they're gentle; clean and friendly. I always go to either Nick or Johnnie. The salon is nice and large and have the best chairs that massage your arms and back. All the ratings prior to April 2019 were for the previous owners. A great place to get your nails done. The staff are wonderful. A wonderful place. We have visited this location many times over the years. The staff has always been pleasant, professional and willing to meet our requests. This is in a strip center with plenty of parking and th store looks nice and clean. A recent visit by my wife and daughter has made me want to provide an accurate review for this business to make sure that you, the reader, get a fair accounting of their service and profesionality. My wife and daughter visited the business to get their naills done a few days ag. As usual the staff was excellent. The unpleasantness that happened during their visit deserves a description. A customer came in with her family and got everyone's nails done and then walked out and complained, in person and on yelp, with a bad review WITHOUT PAYING for herself or her family members. Please do not believe bad reviews, quite often there is a story behind them and is not the fault of the business owner or staff. The staff deserves an award for their handling of an unpleasant customer. This is an excellent place to get your nails done and I highly recommend it. read more

Not happy with service. Tech was going to skip massage. Did not use cuticle oil when pushing cuticles back. Just started pushing with metal cuticle remover. When getting manicure tech used electric file to remove polish when could have used polish remover and same with cuticles no remover oil. Felt like she was rushing. Will not be returning. read more

WORST NAIL SALON EVER, I would give them ZERO stars if I could. Within an hour of leaving the nail salon 3 of my nails chipped. I went back the next day and they were "too busy" to fix my nails. I called them the following day asking for a full refund because I live 3 hours away... the only option they gave me was to return to the salon to fix my nails. I came in for a pedicure, and it was an okay experience overall. The ambiance is nice for a small nail place and they were able to accommodate me pretty quickly. The price was 22, which isn't bad for a pedicure. My complaint was that the water that was used to soak my feet wasn't warm at all and the guy doing my nails didn't give my legs & feet much of a massage (it was more just rubbing in lotion). Also, the nail polish wasn't even, but they were great with going back and evening out the polish. But, I feel like that was just based on the guy that I had. Everyone around me seemed to be having a good time, so I would not dissuade anyone from coming here. Had the most rushed, poor quality pedicure of my life. We had 3 pedicures and not one of us had our cuticle pushed back and clipped. And let me tell ya...it was needed. My mother wanted to treat my 2 daughters and myself while she was in town. I felt guilty for taking her here because they were so overpriced for the poor service received and rushed us through without providing a basic pedicure. I felt cheated and taken advantage of. Do NOT go here!!!!!!! Colors are limited and may not even have the color you want. My length was taken after told to keep length please. Tip was put on top of dipped nail, so I have double nails. The dip was not brought all the way to the top of my nail and was told it's the way nail grows. Which I have never had gaps at the nail cuticle area before. Tried to cover with gel polish than told me the design was polish all of a sudden too. The gel polish wasn't sealed and literally came off and I have color everywhere. I said throughout the service I didn't like them and was told it was me. Than when I said I really didn't like them and was unhappy, I was told sorry I have another service and I can't help you. Telling me it's the best she could do by the owner is not okay. I could wait an hour to see him for a fix. I didn't have to pay for my services but that does not make this situation okay. I have to now pay for a removal, tips, and to be redipped. By the way I am a licensed cosmetologist and know how nails are supposed to be done. This was the worst pedicure I've ever had. It probably lasted about 15 minutes. I got a classic regular pedicure. She didn't even address the calluses on my heels. Did a swish swish with her scrubber and that was it. Pretty much just applied polish. I thought some polish was chipped but it was just my nail edge wasn't smooth. They were trimmed but the rough edges were never filed. When I put on my flip-flops my feet were so oily that I was sliding all around. When I asked for a towel to clean the bottom of my feet, the person at the front desk got me a dirty one from a pedicure station. So gross. read more

Omg I'm soooooo mad. I went in yesterday for a basic manicure. The woman showed me some polish that changed shades of your hands were warm or cold. I wasn't all that thrilled about it but said ok. This morning, the polish on my nails have CRACKED. Almost like a fine web of an "antique vase" cracks. I just left there and the man I combined to whipped out a bottle of clear top coat and painted my nails while I stood there!!!!! So now they're cracked with a clear coat over it. He said its "fine!" Went in with my daughter for a gel polish change on our fingers and regular polish on toes. They initially sat us together, then without explanation I was moved to the opposite side of the salon. When we moved to the chairs for our toes, the man doing my daughter's nails refused to seat us together. He was rude and rough the entire time. He barely spoke to her unless it was to tell her what to do. The girl that did my nails was very good, but when she asked if we could sit together they told her no. When we went to pay they charged well above their printed pricing and said they had increased the prices. We were charged $5 more than their online posted prices for our toenail polish change ($8 more than what their in store printed prices are.) It was $45 each for polish only. When we asked to see a price list the woman taking payment said maybe they would have one the next time. We explained to the manager why we were disappointed and he deflected and said that the man didn't think it would take very long so it didn't matter that we weren't together. This place is one of the most unprofessional nail Salons I've been to. Every technician was eating at their station and Terry my tech was sarcastic and rude. This was my first and will be my only time there. The lady that did my pedicure dropped one of the tools on the floor and thought it would be okay just to rinse it off in the pedicure tub my feet had been soaking in throughout the pedicure process. I recently had a gel manicure with Nina. She hit all but 3 of my cuticles with her grinding tool. Then sprayed my nails with alcohol which nearly sent me through the roof it stung so bad. I really hate leaving negative reviews but honestly, this was my worst nail experience yet and I want to spare someone from the same experience! The place itself does not seem sanitary. I didn't see them sanitize any of their tools while I was there. It also looks unclean and run down. Oddly enough, as you're getting your nails done you're staring into a much nicer nail salon across the street. The nail technician was very rude. What should've been a relaxing experience turned into a negative one. I paid for gel and it lasted 1 day before peeling off entirely. I am so disappointed. Sadly, the only part I liked about my trip to forever nails was the margarita. I had acrylics done, and the man didn't take his time at all. He didn't clip any cuticles or even do anything before putting on the nails and painting them. He missed the side of my nail and towards my skin. There was also nail polish on my skin. I had to ask a different worker if she could help fix it up. She did but it still looked bad. I feel like I could have done a better job. At least the margarita was good. read more

I ended up having to call the police because they were threatening me and calling me a liar because I chose to have my pedicure from a woman I am familiar with for over 20 years!
