I calmly asked how she would resolve the situation. She repeatedly stated she was "sorry" but "couldn't do anything." When I asked for a solution, she became defensive, called me disrespectful, and said I was rude. She then spoke about me to staff within earshot in the lobby, refused to identify her manager, stated she was a partner, and ended the conversation.
