Before starting on my nails, she said I could have Gel (?), and I thought she was talking about gel polish. I hadn't had acrylic nails done in 20 years. I asked for short and rounded. She did square with the corners slightly round. UGH. When she said she was finished, I asked aren't you going to trim my cuticles and she looked annoyed and started on them (not softly). I had to apply an antibiotic to one finger, and it took 3 days to heal. There was a lot of white material under the nails, and I asked about getting it off, she said I had to do a better job of washing! Never got my hands massaged or oiled. I could have had my hair colored at my salon for what I paid. Rip off.

My friend and I booked an appointment same day and came together. I got a classic acrylic pedicure with Lucy and my friend got a full set acrylic manicure with Hannah. The attention to detail and the way our comfort was ensured throughout the experience was great! The classic pedicure was so nice and relaxing - the massage was incredible and much needed. I've had my nails done once (gel pedicure and gel manicure). I had a small chip on my mail after one day but didn't have the time to go back to get it corrected prior to a trip. The service is lovely and friendly. The shop is clean. They take appointments and definitely have their regulars. Walk ins are accepted though. I've made this one of my two go-to nail salons!
