She offered beverages and snacks and then asked what music I'd prefer while in the salon. She explained the full process and particulars of the manicure and pedicure and about nail care. I'm not used to that since I usually go to nail techs who speak little to no English. My feet peel pretty badly and she made me comfortable about it and not embarrassed at all. And she was able to get them scrubbed completely smooth. It was a wonderful experience overall.
