Now, having successfully and smoothly closed on our new home, I couldn't be more thankful for having Deborah to work with. Deborah is extremely knowledgable and helpful. Her ability to understand our budget and goals and articulate details and ideas to work with our goals was top notch. She was always really on top of the process, making sure to get everything she needed from us as early in the process as possible so that we wouldn't have to be scrambling at the end. She was always readily available if I ever had any questions, and she would often reach out to me to provide any updates as well. I know a number of people that had difficult lending experiences, and fortunately we had the opposite. Deborah was always clear and confident and we were never having to question if things were going to work out. The Lending side of home-buying can be stressful and confusing, but with Deborah, it was a very smooth process. I would absolutely recommend Deborah to anyone and everyone. I wouldn't ever consider using anyone else for as long as she remains in business.

I found out about Grant Dean from three different, trusted friends, who recommended him quite highly. I cannot say enough about his expert advice, communication skills, attention to detail and his comprehensive knowledge about real estate sales and rentals here in central Texas. Because of his thorough knowledge of market conditions, Grant kept me from making a very expensive mistake on a three bedroom house in Hutto. Broadstone also does my rental property management. Grant has a network of painters, landscapers, and reliable, honest contractors that are best suited to the challenges of preparing a house for sale or rent. You will find that the research that Grant does for property owners is very thorough and very comforting. I recently purchased a home in the Austin area and was referred to Kassalin Calhoon by my realtor…read more That was simply the best referral I have ever been given. Let this be known- I cannot say enough amazing things about my lender, Kassalin Calhoon. This girl is the best of the best and doesn't bat an eye while continuously going above and beyond for her clients. If it is possible, she will make it happen. I won't even sugar coat this - while buying my first home I was high maintenance, had more questions than answers and required a ton of hand holding (starting from the very first phone call we ever had all the way through to how to make my first mortgage payment) and she walked me through every step of the way. With every curve ball real estate could throw at us, she never got frustrated and was the most patient human on Earth for a solid 3 months. She made the entire process easy to understand and helped me feel confident purchasing a home for the first time. Kassalin comes with the highest recommendation and stamp of approval I can possibly give. If you are buying a home anywhere in the state of Texas, I highly recommend you reach out to her. There isn't a better person out there to do business with.
