He helped me sort through my priorities and ultimately find exactly the house I was looking for. Over the years, we regularly kept in touch about the market and my home's value. When it came time for me to move, there was no question that I wanted Carson to be my seller's agent as well. His advice on pre-sale preparation and pricing made a real difference. We received an offer within two weeks, while many other units in my development had been sitting on the market much longer, even after price adjustments. Having an experienced, knowledgeable agent like Carson guiding me through both buying and selling made all the difference. I would absolutely recommend him.

Six months before I was even ready to list, she came out, did the footwork and provided me with estimates, things I could fix, etc. When it came time to sell, I was out of state and she handled everything - maintenance of the house, staging and even hanging out to make sure the work was done. Maybe not daily, but we were constantly in contact about what was happening - she'll even pick up the phone on a Saturday night! Most importantly, she genuinely cares about the person and the house. She will offer suggestions and opinions, but never push for you to do something you don't want to or take an offer that you don't think is right. In short - highly recommended. 5 stars. He's friendly, attentive, responsive, reasonable and doesn't hesitate to share his feedback, good & bad, or just for things I hadn't thought of. I was looking for someone with an experienced perspective, not just a yes-person, and that was my experience with him. On the selling side, some of my family had agents in the past who went unreasonably overboard with staging or bending over backwards for prospect buyers, and that was not my experience here, which I'm very grateful for. We dealt with a Prospect buyer/agent combo who were at times unreasonable, waited until the last minute to ask for things & where the agent didn't do a good job at managing their clients' expectations, and Jason handled a lot of those tougher interactions before I even had to, and was instrumental to getting us through close. Where do I start with James! LOL. I'm not even sure how I can describe all he's done for us…read morebecause its frankly gone beyond the scope of his job as a real estate agent. We met James by chance after requesting to view a home on realtor.com. We immediately liked his style and personality and decided to work with him full-time to sell our home and purchase a new home (we just closed today, yipeee). He is one of the most friendly, understanding and authentic people I have ever met and made the entire home buying/selling experience about as seamless as I can imagine it being. We were in a pickle because we needed to sell our home before buying a new one and in THIS crazy housing market, a "contingency" is just unattractive and difficult. We learned that the hard way when we put an offer on the first house we loved and didn't make the cut. Thankfully, with James spot on pricing and beautiful photos etc, he sold our home in TWO DAYS! He got us an outstanding deal that we just couldn't believe. We were baffled by how savvy he was in negotiating things for our sale. We were extremely happy to say the least! James was always available when we needed him or had any questions about the process of buying. A home popped up on his radar and before the listing agent even had all the photos, he had scheduled a showing for us. He knew we would love the home and he was right lol. Before midnight that night, he had written up an offer and submitted it. We were so fast even the sellers were shocked. We ended up getting this home (we are SOOOO excited) and we sincerely feel that it was because he was very punctual and attentive that we were able to be first in line. The home received many other offers but with James' help we got it all done. Beyond all of this, James has become a friend. He golfs with my husband and is truly an enjoyable person to be around. We are so glad we met him! Definitely will recommend him to anyone who needs a realtor as you will not find a more attentive real estate agent. He makes you feel like you are his only client!

We have loads of friends who are realtors but when it came time to sell our home during a pandemic, we wanted someone extremely experienced. I reached out to Kerry and about 4 other agents who advertised as being knowledgeable in the Cedar Park market. After sending an initial email request, I received a response from Kerry crazy fast. I could tell that she truly understood the market from that first contact - almost as importantly, my husband and I both clicked with her personality. To be completely honest, I never even responded to the other agents that replied to my first query. During the month or two that we worked with Kerry on our home sale, she was always prepared, we trusted her recommendations and in addition to her experience, she brought a incredibly professional team to help us through the process including a stager who gave us great recommendations and a photographer who made our home look amazing in all of the marketing materials her team produced. Our home sold the day it hit the MLS, at well over asking price. While the market is crazy right now, I am certain that we wouldn't have been as successful with another agent. We leaned on her heavily, reached out to her constantly (to an annoying degree, I'm sure!) and she was always one step ahead of us, incredibly responsive and truly a ton of fun to work with. She made the process super easy and we never worried about whether things were on track or if we were ready for the next thing. She had it covered. We are still in the "never moving again" phase of our adventure, but I wouldn't even consider using someone else for any future transactions.
