Between my husband and I, we have probably bought and sold 10 homes over the years, all in the Austin/NW Austin/Cedar Park area. I don't even know what to say about my experience with this agent. All I can tell you is that I am the kind of person who tends to go with my heart and jump on something, or research it until I am sick. And in the case of selling my home, and moving my business and family to a ranch, I went both ways. On the one hand, I went with my gut on a real estate agent to purchase the ranch. On the other hand, I interviewed eight agents to sell my home. Several of them seemed very good, but in the end I chose to go with Kerri to sell my home. Little did I know how much impact this decision would have on my life. Because, from the onset, my ranch realtor had very little faith that I would be able to "pull it off," and later even admitted that he doubted the entire time that I would make it happen. There were many times throughout this entire experience, which is much more harrowing then purchasing a home, in which he had me convinced I was going to fail. At every one of these junctions, I called Kerri, absolutely distraught, distraught that I was going to lose my home in a sale, and have nowhere to move my business and family. How stressful! It is not possible for me to stress to you, as the reader, how above and beyond this woman went. But let me tell you that throughout the experience, not only was she by my side selling my home, but just absolutely blew my mind out of my head with how far above and beyond she went helping me with the purchase of this ranch. In purchasing a ranch, I had little questions pop up here and there, and in search of the answers, I would call various entities. All of these entities asked, isn't your realtor helping you with this? I thought he should be! But I really did not know for sure. I would call him, and he would not be helpful. I would call Kerri, she was immediately helpful! The situation was so stressful to me, but I told her that I would like to switch her to my selling agent for the ranch. I had not signed a contract with my agent on the ranch, and could legally have done so. She is such a standup person, that she turned down the commission on the purchase of this ranch, and simply helped me out of the goodness of her heart. How can you possibly ask for a more incredible real estate agent than that? She turned down a lot of money. And the crazy thing is that she really deserved it! Because she helped me as much as the ranch agent did, by far! Again, no words will do it justice. I am forever indebted to her, because she was such a pillar of strength for me in so many moments of weakness. I quite truly would not be where I am today if it were not for her help. And I'd like to point out again, this is not something she did for financial gain. Either way, I was in contract with her to sell my home. She was going to sell my home one way or the other. I don't even know where to begin with Kerry. She helped us find our first home under extreme stress. I was 8 months along on a high risk pregnancy and my husband worked very long hours including some weekends. We liked Kerry as soon as we met her.
