We were told by 3 separate people that we would be receiving an escrow reanalysis & then could pay the correct escrow shortage amount. During this process we also wanted to look into dropping our escrow account & managing it ourselves. We were told that we could request it & they would send us information in the mail. So that's what we did. Today we received a letter in the mail stating that our mortgage had been sold & another company was taking over. Still waiting on our reanalysis & dropping our escrow account we contacted GT mortgage to find out where we were in that process & how we could pay our shortage. Not only were we told that our shortage would now have to go through the new company we were also told that GT mortgage doesn't allow anyone to drop their escrow account. Oh, & we were told that there was not a reanalysis being processed. So, we were lied to. On more than one occasion. And who knows if we'll make the deadline to pay the shortage. Now, our monthly mortgage has gone up & our hands are tied. I do not recommend GT mortgage in any way, shape or form. They seemed like a fine company at the beginning. But the moment that you need something from them you'll get empty promises & a plethora misinformation.

It is decorated with beautiful, comfortable homey decor. They have props to take pictures with. The employees were very kind and helpful. Our appointment time was respected, and we did not have to wait longer than a few minutes. The only part of this experience that was not spot-on is the fact that there was an error on our loan docs. The error carried through the entire packet and the entire packet needed to be reran and re-signed. I was the one to find the type of graphical error, not the title company. I do believe they need some quality-control practices and some proofreading before they have their clients come into sign loan docs. The prices are average. I would use them again, because they were kind, and the experience was stress-free. I highly recommend this company
