Well, July 2025 was when my warranty expired. The first week of September I noticed the fence had a plank that was splintering and between the planks it's turning green from mold. I reached out the worthless Lowe's and was pretty told we have nothing to do with that since July of 2025 your warranty expired. Lowe's and Amigo Fence will leave you hanging if the product is defective. If this had occurred several months after installation, I would understand but still think if the product is defective more should be done to make things right. Sometimes it takes more than a year for defective products to appear. Lowe's has a reputation of treating their dedicated customer expendable. They will surely go out of business as many other American businesses that treat customers poorly. ​​

His demo crew quickly took the old fence down and hauled off the debris. the next day his construction crew went work on the new fence. I asked for them to fix it and they came by and put dirt over the cement. Less than two months later the fence post caps have started to come off -- four so far have fallen off (pics attached). I emailed Johnathan about the cap issues and asked about the ten-year warranty that came with the fence. Instead of receiving an apology or coming out to properly affix the caps, he told me the caps don't typically come off and I would have to pay $100 for them to come out and fix it. Save your money and go elsewhere. While they claim they provide a ten year warranty for materials and workmanship, in practice it means nothing.

It took them a while because it was a pain in the a**! But they never complained and installed it perfectly. They even filled in some holes our dogs had dug (with some excess dirt).
