I recently hired Leerue Innovations, LLC to build an accessibility ramp for my front porch stoop…read moreafter my mother needed a wheelchair. John arrived promptly at 9 am, was very friendly, and clearly went over the scope of work. All the staff I interacted with were helpful and friendly. The quality of the finished concrete ramp exceeded my expectations. John made sure it was constructed sturdy and safely. The cost was reasonable compared to other quotes, and I appreciated the first-time customer discount. I initially had no references for the company but decided to trust my gut--and I'm so glad I did! Leerue Innovations met all my expectations; their estimate, work, price, and final bill were all solid and matched perfectly. This was an emergency safety need, and Leerue Innovations was exactly what we needed! I will most definitely hire them again.

The fence installation overall went well but we immediately noticed some issues (warping, boards coming loose, gate installed backward, nails protruding), and it took several calls and texts to have someone come back out. Jeovanni finally returned and hammered a few errant nails in with promises the "crew" would return and fix the rest. 6 months and more excuses later, we have yet to hear back or have our fence repaired, despite repeated attempts on our end to reach them.

Please don't use this fence company because if you have issues, you're on your own. I purchased a…read moreprivacy fence through Lowe's and Amigo installed my fence. Well, July 2025 was when my warranty expired. The first week of September I noticed the fence had a plank that was splintering and between the planks it's turning green from mold. I reached out the worthless Lowe's and was pretty told we have nothing to do with that since July of 2025 your warranty expired. Lowe's and Amigo Fence will leave you hanging if the product is defective. If this had occurred several months after installation, I would understand but still think if the product is defective more should be done to make things right. Sometimes it takes more than a year for defective products to appear. Lowe's has a reputation of treating their dedicated customer expendable. They will surely go out of business as many other American businesses that treat customers poorly.
