They use kiosks for orders with 2 outside the restaurant and 1 at the counter. Service... This is kind of hard to say. When ordering you get first a co formation and also get a notice on your phone when to pick up an order. The wait time is says it is around 20 minutes. After waiting about 40 minutes I went inside the restaurant and asked about the chicken which was sitting at the to go shelf next to the counter. I was given the chicken and I left. That was when I got my text that the food was ready to pick up. It was not particularly hot so might have been sitting for a bit. I was sitting outside the restaurant after placing my order and did not really see the restaurant as considered busy so I am a little disappointed not really in the wit but more with the system they put in place. I think they might need to either tweak the system a bit or hire another person to expedite pick up orders. Food I ordered the soy garlic fried chicken. It had a salty sweet taste with a slight kick of heat. The crust had a nice crunch to it. It also came with some pickled radish. They specialize in catering and pop ups! The pop ups are available for pickup and delivery...and need to be pre-ordered in advance during this time. Ordering was very easy as it was through the tock app and once I arrived at The Hatchery (commercial/communal kitchen complex). I texted and received my order in a matter of minutes at my selected pick up time. I had the chicken insanal skewer with garlic rice; the pancit palabok; lumpia; ube chocolate chip cookies!
