Dr Boors made charts and had no issue sitting with me and trying to talk my anxiety away with facts despite him being very busy. Danielle made sure I had the necessary records read. Dr Wilkinson's nurse Jennifer was an absolute angel. After talking to her I went into the procedure comfortably and with confidence. Dr Lana Wilkerson came in after Jennifer was done calming my anxiety and preformed the breast biopsy with absolutely no pain and continued with more explanations. Jacqueline couldn't hurt the biggest baby with her mammogram skills. I am that great big baby I speak of with an extreme fear of doctors so for me to say what I'm saying means this group goes above and beyond their required jobs. I arrived right when they opened on a Monday morning. To my surprise I was number 5. Honestly they couldn't of been more professional. Both my EKG and xray technicians were so friendly and I was in and out with all the tests in less than an hour. Remember to bring in your parking slip they validate . They also sent the referral I needed and the information required for me to be seen. Being chronically ill with mostly invisible disabilities and the fact that I am young typically make my medical experiences difficult. I will sometimes feel I have to prove I need help. Then, continue to make multiple follow-ups for basic care. That was not the case with Dr. Smith; he understood and started helping me immediately. This was the most seamless process I have experienced related to my complex care. When we left, I looked at my husband and asked if we really just got answers and a treatmentt visit. plan on my first. We were both so happy and grateful. The only thing that could be better is getting the portal information (website and login information) at the first appointment so I can confirm and communicate with the team any challenges with getting meds approved, etc. But that is so minor!! They have a new computerized self check in which is easy to use and saves time, however they also have a desk full of friendly medical receptionists if you are nervous about using a computer. Toilets are nice and clean as is the rest of the clinic. No 'hospital smell' and plenty of comfy seating, although they are always on time so I barely get the chance to sit before I'm called in. Easy free parking and no it is a single story building so no steps for those with disabilities. I've not experienced a problem with billing, although a few reviewers have, however HMSA seem to have it worked out regarding my billing. We are lucky to have such an exemplary clinic on island, along with a host of medical specialists backed up by dedicated staff.

We have requested a Doctors review of thrcurrent and last X-rays, a month ago, to be confident in my procedure. Dr. Dang will retire from Practice this month.
