However, once I spoke with Paul Petrone, my experience completely changed. Paul was knowledgeable, straightforward, and took the time to explain everything to me. The A/C repair was covered through my Endurance warranty, and when it came to the driveshaft, my out-of-pocket cost was actually less than I expected. What really stood out to me was that Paul went above and beyond. He took care of some rust underneath my vehicle and even fixed my right-rear tire pressure sensor, which wasn't working, without charging me anything extra. That meant a lot to me because it showed that he cared about doing the job right and taking care of the customer--not just making a repair and sending me on my way.
