All I can say is wow the pizza and wings were fire! I haven't had Ledos in quite sometime so I decided to grab a medium veggie pizza and the (6) jumbo wings 1/2 lemon pepper and 1/2 garlic Parmesan. And when I tell you the pizza and wings came out fresh...yes sir and yes ma'am it was so good. I was greeted right when I ordered and had about 20-mins to kill so I walked around and then came back and sat in their waiting area. I did ask for red pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese which they gave me a good amount of each. I wish I would have asked for a side of marinara sauce for dipping...but next time. One thing I would say is that the Parmesan sauce in the wings could have been tossed much better. But other than that everything was really good! Not sure why they have such a low rating because I didn't have any issues while ordering and definitely not with the food. I will be back! read more

Went for the Calzone Tuesday Deal and was not disappointed. The meat lovers calzone was much better than I expected. Using the Ledo's App was easy and my order was prepared quickly and was ready when I arrived for pickup. The store ambiance was filled with pleasant smells and I've yet to sit in for a meal. read more

My go to place for a nice wing and pizza combo. The hot honey old bay wings are crispy cooked to perfection. I also enjoy the fries. They're not too salty just the way I like them. Customer service is pretty cool. Parking can be a little tight during lunch time and the space is pretty clean. Overall this is a solid choice for lunch or when you don't feel like thinking what to cook for dinner. read more

I picked up this order with a friend who lived in the vicinity. This food was NOT the Ledo's which was accustomed to eating. We ordered a small Ledo's deluxe and nothing about it was deluxe. The bacon was half cooked along with the meat; WTH (sorry). We also ordered 6 wings with BBQ sauce in the side along with an order of Mozzarella sticks which were horrible. We got it back to her house and wind up not eating. Again, this was not the Ledo's I grown to love. read more

Usually my 2 stars are that I won't likely return, but I'm not sure in this case. We may return. This place was a little awkward. I have been to Ledos in several places tons of times. Even though this is a full-size Ledos, you have to order at the counter. That made me a bit unclear on the tipping situation, as I didn't know what to expect for service. We sat down, and someone came and gave us paper plates and plastic utensils. That didn't bother me so much. They did bring the pizza over to us, but that's pretty much the service you get. They were nice. It's just not service-centric, even though there appeared to be at least one other person standing around. We brought our trash to the trash can and left our table clean. There was no service asking if we'd like refills on drinks. The pizza was good. It was slightly greasy, but I ate a lot, so it was obviously good enough :) The place was clean enough. read more

Ledo's is one of My go to's for Pizza. I love a good square pizza and their wings are good Too. I usually get a personal size pizza and wings ask for a plate and plenty of napkins and eat them right in the car! Quite a menu variety and drinks to go with them ! A DMV staple! read more

Pizza was tasteless, Please just go to the marlow heights location My man accidentally went to the wrong location and we can't eat the pizza from the lack of flavor and dryness we were shocked I have never had a problem with my food from the Ledos in marlow heights They always cook with passion and make sure you are always happy please don't go to this location in forestville especially during the holidays because they will mess up your order read more

Love the food here I don't know where these negative reviews coming from but I alway get good food and service here to me this is the best ledo's in the area I never had a bad experience read more

Tried to give this location another chance, but today is the last day I patronize this location. They forgot to add bacon to my pizza and when I pointed it out, he had the cook throw on cold precooked bacon that was sitting in a plastic bin on the counter top. I asked if they could at least heat it through and was told "No". They tried to tell me that's how they always do it but that's false considering I've had the pizza countless times and it never looked like that. I felt I was being penalized for their mistake. Why would you add a topping that wasn't baked with the other toppings. I couldn't believe both Mohammed and Ulla agreed that the pizza should be served that way. I asked for a refund after both of them vehemently opposed heating the pizza. Mohammed proceeded to tell me " that's better"!! They would rather lose money and product and gain a unsatisfied customer than provide good quality food and service. I wouldnt be surprised if they sold my order to another customer considering how they don't pride themselves on having standards for the food they serve to our community. I couldn't believe that they denied warming up the food they neglected to prepare properly. Food that I paid for. In a prior post I stated that there's a culture at this location and today further supports my argument. No respect for the African American community or women. They are definitely hurting themselves with their practices because they have so much competition in this area and with services like DoorDash and Uber Eats, we aren't bound to just local pizza spots. This location should consider this and adjust accordingly or risk being forced to close. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Do not patronize this location. It may be convenient but they don't care to serve us and they certainly dont respect us so we shouldnt entrust them with handling our food. Negative 5 stars. read more

Trash service and trash food, trash presentation!! They must put the pizza together blind folded! I wish I woulda took a pic before I threw it away read more

Ordered a Hot Chicken Salad with no bacon, and it came out with Bacon I explained to the gentleman there I am allergic to pork so please remake this, second time they brought it out still was small bit of bacon throughout the salad as if they just tried to scrape it off and disregarded my allergen I expressed. Very disappointed read more

Ledo Pizza is my favorite pizza joint! Every once in a while I stop by this location, which is just 10-15 minutes form my house to get some takeout. The pizza and wings is of great quality -- exactly what you would expect from a Ledos. The food comes out within 15 - 20 minutes on a regular night which means it's ready just as I pull up to the store. The staff is pretty friendly; they are quick to ask about my day or strike a brief conversation. I'll keep coming back for sure. read more

Terrible food. Was told the pizza would be ready in an hour. Got there my pizza box was soggy at the bottom, pizza was cold, chicken looked very weird, and my breadsticks were dry and tasted freezer burnt. Definitely wouldn't order from here again. read more

Horrible customer service! I spent $80 for specific pieces that I ordered. Sent my son into pick it up and if he did not check it. We got it home and it was the wrong Pizza. Call the store to see if I can get the difference in the price and they were so nasty told me I need a pictures I will never patronize this location again. I will drive out of my way to another location just to receive the customer service that I'm paying for. Using Google voice text please forgive any misspelled words or incorrect grammar. But do not expect good customer service from this location. read more

Do not go to LEDOS pizza in Forestville. I wish I had read the reviews first. Don't be like me. I called my order in. Went to the Capital Heights one instead. When I realized my mistake, instead of NOT SHOWING UP, I called to let them know I would come there just hold my pizza. This man starts screaming at me on the phone. I had time today so I drove to Forestville so he could put a face with the person he was yelling at. I get there and express to him how insulting he was and to remind him of the community he provides a service to. After some back and forth....he stuck his middle finger up at me. Now...did I need to drive all the way to Forestville? No. I could have just ghosted the order but I didn't want to do that to a "small business". I tried to do right and this guy just screamed and yelled like my business meant nothing. I took my $45 to Sakura in Largo. So here I am. Telling you. That is all. Just don't do it. You're welcome. read more

Horrible customer service. I went to pick up my order w two gift cards one was a small value which i knew the amount of the other was going to cover the remainder. They guy who helped me (said his name was abib) refused to take it. He said it wasnt worth the effort (of scanning an fn card smh). I didnt dare throw a fit there after about two times asking if he was serious and telling him i was going to complain m, because the value was so small but it just didnt make me feel good as a customer. I loooooooove ledo but will never go back to this horrible rude location ever in my life again. I see im not the only one who hates this one from the reviews too....as far as the pizza it was undercooked and doughy, sticking to the paper in the box so i just cooked it when i got home. It was fine. Still not worth feeling like i wanna get loud with someone for being lazy and rude. read more

Horrible customer service. He gave my daughter the wrong order. So I walked her back into Ledo's to let him know this wasn't our order. Not once did he apologize for his mistake but blamed my daughter for not realizing it wasn't our order. Mind you... she didn't know what u ordered I just told her it's under "Maddy". And he put the pizzas (that he originally gave us) back with the other pick up orders. Terrible! That order should've been thrown away and made again by them! It's COVID and we opened the boxes to check the order... I told him this and he still didn't care! Horrible management!!!!!!! read more

Ledo's would be my go to pizza place but after yesterday 9/12/18, never again. My guy ordered a pizza from here and asked for no anchovies and no olives! Gets his pizza and goes on his way. 3 slices in, he sees something black and instantly thinks olives! Moves the pepperoni to see 2 flies cooked in the pizza, wings intact! He calls ledo's and they say bring the pizza back, they'll make a new one! No thanks. Pizza is fit for the trash! read more

I have given this location several chances. Today is the last day. My pizza was over cooked and the wings were dry, because they cook them to long....and I did not request this. I job gives them alot of business, but I will drive to another location before I go back here. read more

Terrible customer service Wasted my entire lunch break waiting for a pizza just for them to tell me somebody took my pizza while i sat in store and waited for it. The manager on duty at 8:56 pm on July 22 is a jerk and has no customer service . He refused to double check that my pizza was gluten free. Ledo Pizza - Pepperoni Pizza.... - Pizza Near Me - Forestville, Maryland

Now, let's be clear - the pizza is still delicious. Hands down. Without a doubt. My beef is with the employee that I recently dealt with today. I ordered my pizza online, a 14" and an 8" pizza. I set a time for 4:15p to pick up the pizza which about an hour prior at the time of placing the order online. I decided to do some food shopping first before picking up the pizza which led me to arriving a good 45 minutes later at 5p. When they brought out my pizzas, they hand me the 14" and an 18". I was surprised! It was a nice surprise because I knew, as we all knew how delicious their pizzas is. So told him, that it's fine, I can happily take that pizza. What does the employee do? He decided that I either had to pay the difference for the larger pizza or wait another 10-15 minutes for them to make a small pizza as per my order. I was like, why? I mean it wasn't even my mistake to begin with and those are the two options you gave me? Pay the difference or wait another 10-15 minutes on an order I'm already 45 minutes late in picking up? For what reason? What will you do with the 18" pizza? Clearly, you're not going to give it to someone else, so the only logical reason is to either discard or give to employee. Discard it will be such a waste. Giving to employee will be pretty...selfish. But you know what? So am I. So I am very disappointed with the decision making of this particular employee to callously impose these restrictive options and take away the 18" pizza on account of their own mistakes. So I still love Ledo's pizza, but I simply will not go to Forestville Ledo's Pizza. No sire. I will now head over to Rtichie's Station Ledo's pizza as they just opened. Perhaps the employee there will offer much more tact than they are capable of.. Good day. read more

I remember having Ledo's Pizza for the first time when I was a kid, maybe about 12 or so. My uncle worked out around New Carrollton and he would pick some up and bring it home after work. It was the most delicious pizza ever, with its delicious flaky crust and thick pepperonis, ooey-gooey stretchy cheese and my uncles favorite "pre-cooked thick bacon." Needless to say I was thrilled when a Ledos was put up just MINUTES away from my house recently. I did not get the chance to visit when they first opened and then they experience a quick closing when a neighboring store had a gas leak which actually exploded destroying the Ledos and several other stores around but these guys are persistent, they opened ANOTHER store on the same lot not too long after. This was my chance. Atmosphere: Very quiet, they barely had any customers sitting in the dining area. It was about noon time. Only a few people sitting up front waiting for their orders. Services: Service was good, they were quick to see me but then again I was the only person in line. They were very nice which makes me feel bad that I have to give the review of their food below. UNFORTUNATELY, I was sorely and highly disappointed. Just to be sure it wasn't just a fluke I have went back a few times and it was not a fluke, this is how they do it in Forrestville. The crust isn't flaky, it's mushy, sweet and undercooked with a odd powerdy feel to the underside that doesn't seem to come off with a napkin, you have to go and wash your hand just to get it off. It's almost as if they tried to make a cake then changed their mind and went to make a pizza crust. The sauce is ALSO sweet, You can choke it down, maybe 3 squares but after that it starts to get really annoying. I asked for pre-cooked bacon expecting the thick kind my uncle used to get but instead it was regular thin bacon broken into extremely small bits most likely to cover more ground with less bacon. Imagine taking a strip of cooked bacon, putting it in a ziplock bag and then banging with a hammer until it was almost powdery then sprinking that one piece of bacon across like 3 squares of pizza. All in all the only thing that remained the same was the thick cut pepperoni's which they continue to give only 1 pepperoni per square of pizza. If you're looking for a pizza to taste like pizza, this isn't the place. If you're looking for a pizza to taste like sweet cake pizza, then you're in luck. read more

I order the pepperoni and hamburger pizza 14 in. It was delicious and freshly made when I arrived. Did not know there were great places to eat pizza other the usual pizza hut and Dominio. Ledo's is far better tasting than the main pizza chains. I will continue buy pizza from this restaurant. The service is great but they should be fluent in English since we are in America. read more

I called to order my pizza over the phone and asked for the pricing the guy told me 18.99 but when i arrived in store they charged me 23.58. What bothers me is the fact that i asked for the price they gave me one but changed it when i arrived. I paid for the pizza and told the guy i had been told another price over the phone. He was very rude shoved the receipt at me and told me that was the price. I responded saying they should give accurate pricing when they are asked. The man that i had spoken to over the phone was there also and told me he assumed i knew the price..... clearly if I'm asking the price its because i don't know it, and if i ask for pricing i expect it to be accurate. They were both very rude whilst speaking to me and continuously cut me off as i was speaking. The pizza was good so I'm not complaining about that. Their customer service just sucks. read more

I am a fanatic for great customer service ...I live in the Capitol Heights,Md and I refuse to believe that I must go to another area of Md. burds to receive G.C. S. . If you've eaten at almost any Ledo, the food quality is roughly comparable. Nothing will blow your hair back but you will be full when you leave and the price is certainly reasonable. I would probably give them four stars (after all, I am fond of the stromboli and the calzones) for those reasons if it weren't for the fact that the service is pretty crappy. You can tell that the employees don't want to be there some days and that definitely comes across in the dining experience. Then again, there are days where they will surprise you and actually be on the ball with the service. Still, if this Ledo wasn't around the corner from my place of work, I'd never go there. read more

OMG! Great pizza, great sandwiches, fast and efficient service all wrapped in excellent customer service!

Ledo Pizza has delicious pizza! I think it's much better than their competition in the area. They are normally on time with carry-out orders as I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for orders that I've called in. They are good about putting coupons out for their pizza too. GREAT! The only negative think I'd say about Ledos is their pricing on the pizza. Ledo's pizza is higher priced compared to their competition in the same shopping center. I've never eaten in the dine-in and don't plan to do so as it looks quite tacky for my tastes. Also, one must request the hot peppers and extra cheese packets at the counter. Sometimes they forget to add napkins on top of the box. I just remind them so I can take my pizza home while it's hot. Ledo's pizza still tastes great after re-heating it in the microwave days later! read more

Decided to order takeout for friends which included a 18" meat lovers pizza with extra cheese, 12 jumbo Sweet Baby Rays wings (which were the bomb!) and a side salad. Decent pizza made with provolone cheese. Okay service. I always get extra sauce and light cheese to make the pizza lighter.

They have THE WORST customer service. Just ridiculous. If anyone ever asks me about this specific location I'd definitely tell them to go to another. I don't care if I have to drive 1 hour. It's all about how you talk to a customer. The gentlemen I just spoke with was basically trying to rush me off the phone without listening to the problem. Said he'd calm back but of course he hasn't.
