Ledos count days one pepperoni per slice trash. Then I asked for the ground beef 12 maybe three pieces per slice trash trash. Then the person behind the counter seem to have a attitude. I can only assume because I didn't leave extra money, but you don't know what I got in my pocket for today and how much do that person tip when they go out somewhere if they don't have it I gotta ask for napkins then I have to ask for crushed peppers. Ledo Pizza is a nice addition to Ritchie Station. Their pizza is a fan favorite in my family and their menu has more variety than a lot of the other restaurants nearby. I came in recently to pick up an order for a family member. She ordered two pizzas, garlic/cheese bread, and boneless wings with old bay seasoning. Everything was hot and fresh and tasted great. The location was clean as far as I could see. I went around 1 pm on a Monday so it wasn't too busy. The customer service at this location left a lot to be desired. I wasn't acknowledged at first and when I was finally greeted, it wasn't a warm greeting. I told her I was picking up and gave her the name. She told me she couldn't find the order so I asked her to check elsewhere. She found the order and asked for an ID matching the name. I didn't have one since I was picking up so I had to confirm the full name and phone number for the order, which was fine. It seemed as though I was bothering her by picking up my order. I ordered a football manager special. I ordered half and half wings BBQ and Old Bay wings. I was given 12 plain wings. When I got home I notice my order was wrong. But I had my brother and his friends with me. I had taken a Benadryl because I had an allergic reaction. I was trying to feed them and get home safe. I called back to see how could this be resolved and Breonna informed me I had to bring the food back. That was not a safe option for me because I had kids and was not feeling well. I ordered a medium 2 topping pizza and old bay wings (highly recommend these) over the phone last Friday on my way home from work. About 15 minutes later, I arrived at the Ledo's and my pizza and wings were hot and ready to go. Their staff were quick and friendly and the restaurant was neat and tidy - it feels like just another Ledo's...which is a great thing! Although this is a new Ledo's location, I expected it to be packed around 8pm ish on a Friday -- surprisingly there was only one other customer in the restaurant besides me. When we went to pick up they said we don't have an order with that name. Pulled up the confirmation and they said we need the id of the person that paid, ok understood, BUT that is completely different from not having the order at all right? Placed an online order for a fries chicken salad. It's suppose to come with onions and there are no onions on my salad.

The current "manager" in the evenings (Hispanic male with gold teeth) is very unprofessional. He participated in conversations with his staff using offensive slurs (calling people f**gots) at the counter in front of customers, staff and children. To add additional offense, we took our order home and it was completely wrong. We promptly called him so he could rectify the issue, but he continued to argue back and forth and stated that he knew what he "heard". At this point, both my husband and I were passed pissed about the levels of professionalism and the disrespect people are afforded to exersise here in "PG". He did not offer to accomadate for the mistake, but told us we had to bring the items back to the store. Are you serious?! At this point it's the principle behind this whole senerio and why this was acceptable behavior. I know for a fact this type of disrespect would not be tolerated in areas in Virginia, so why do we allow it here? I ask that we continue to demand the type of service that other counties receive. It's unfortunate that this location started out to be a great place but now has been infested with subpar management. Residents please flood yelp, social media and Ledos corporate office with complaints and demands for removal of managers that should not be there and customer service that's not up to your standards. Got a pizza from here today and very disappointed! The dough is not cooked all the way through, canned mushrooms, the pepperoni is not fresh and is more like the bagged kind. I had to reheat in the oven just to try and get it to my liking. I will not be returning. I know all locations are not created equal, but Forestville is the best. I had to send my wings back because they were not cooked enough for me. Staff tried to tell me they are "Fully cooked". I came to this location while waiting for my car next door. Wasn't crowded at all. The young man at the register didn't acknowledge me right away, instead playing and joking with someone in the back. He finally took my order and it seemed like he do s not like his job. I ordered the food for eat in. Sub and fries. Simple. Nearly 16 minutes later still sitting. Then I look through the pickup window and see a young man at the grip on his cellphone! I think he saw me looking and got off. About 4 minutes later my food arrives. Sometimes it's the little things that you do for customers that make or break their experience. I went into to store to pick up my $25 order. I saw that they had bottle apple juices which was great because I had a screaming toddler in the car. I asked for the juice and a Kids cup with a lid for the juice. I was told that I had to pay an extra $2.00 for the cup on top of the $2.00 for the juice. I found that completely outrageous since I was still paying for a drink. I ended up having to go across to the McDonald's to get a juice box instead. It would have been nothing for them to let me have a 10 cent cup so now I will take my business elsewhere. read more

09/03/16 @ 5:35pm....I am a loyal customer to the Ledo Pizza Restaurant & I have brought food from several different locations throughout DC, MD, VA but unfortunately my experience @ Ritchie Station was not a great experience today. I went to Ledos at Ritchie Station and brought (2) buffalo chicken salads which (1) I asked for grilled & the other was the regular salad both with house dressing on the side. When I got home I had a different grilled chicken salad that had grease in it the chicken pieces had fat on it & the salad was horrible tasting. I ate a small amount took it back to Ledos which a short Latino guy with gold teeth in the front of his mouth refused to offer me another salad or a refund for the inconvenience since my order was incorrect he argued back & forth with me about my order which I'm not surprised that the staff @ this location has horrible customer service because the area the store is in. I have been to many locations before this location opened which the staff provides excellent customer service when you enter the store when you place your order & when they give you the food which that's how it suppose to be done. I just need to let the manager @ this location know that if you hire staff that are not properly trained to have good customer service skills why should you expect 100% if your not properly trained. I am posting this review online so no one else will have to experience what I have experienced from Ledos today this has truly been a lesson learned and I will never eat from Ledos pizza again & I will be passing this information along to my family & friends. read more
