I was in the mood for pizza and decided to try Ledo's. I ordered online, and my pizza was ready when I arrived. I got a pepperoni with light cheese. I was glad to see the option for light cheese on the website and the pizza was still really good. My only complaint is that it wasn't hot. The service was fine. If you pay with a card, be sure to bring your ID for verification. They will absolutely check due to recent fraud with online orders. They do have a dining room so you can eat there, but that section was empty when I ran in to pick up my order. read more

This was by far the worst Ledo location I have ever been to. The staff taking your order have zero idea what they are doing. The ordering process was extremely lengthy and my coworker and I were the only two at the counter. We ordered separately with two different cashiers. I ordered the soup, salad and bread lunch combo. As I ordered it I pointed to the flyer on the wall which advertised it. The lady rang me up for the items separately so the price came up to way more than the advertised special. I had to correct her which took her quite some time to figure out. They never asked me what break I wanted (pita or garlic) but I didn't have time to sort that out as I had to eat and get back to a training down the road. The guy who took my coworkers order was hard to understand and I am not quite sure he understood my partner either. The food took forever to come out. The salad ingredients did not seem as fresh as I am used to at the other locations that I frequent often. My coworker got a stromboli which he was only provided cheap plastic utensils for. He asked for regular utensils which he was told they don't have. The plastic fork and knife were bent and destroyed by the end of his meal. He struggled with them the entire time. Lunch was just not enjoyable and I would not recommend this location. read more

I had the lunch special gyro and fries for $10.99. Fries were crispy. Gyro had good amount of meat and sauce. I think it's a pretty good price for what you get. I order via online the lunch special. When it was time to pick up, I went into the restaurant to pick up my order. The cashier was on her phone when I walked in AND when I was standing in front of her at the counter. I had to say "excuse me" for her to stop being on the phone (and never made eye contact). I usually get pizza at Ledo but today I got a salad. It was amazing! I got the fried chicken salad with honey mustard. The food came out quickly. It tasted fresh. My order was right. And everything was seasoned very well. I will definitely order this more. The staff was also very nice. read more

I frequent numerous Ledo's Pizza locations throughout the DMV area and this was the most trash location of them all. First and foremost, the food tasted horrible. I ordered hot honey and Sweet Baby Ray's Boneless wings, as well as an 18 inch pizza with four toppings and extra sauce, and two Oreo Cheesecake cupcake. The cupcakes were not in the bag, nor was I refunded, if they didn't have it. It was a waste of $50. I also do not care for how my child was treated when he picked up the order. I did not physically go in for the order myself, due to an injury. The staff made my son come get my ID and debit card, despite him having the receipt with the order number and telling them my name. None of the adult customer had to do present their ID or form of payment. I will never return to this Ledo's location or recommend for others to eat here. read more

This is the first time in my life that I didn't have a Ledos experience. I love Ledos. Even with franchises not being owned by the same people, I have always appreciated the taste of what makes Ledos special. If you want pizza that tastes okay, visit here. If you want the yumminess of the wonderful sauce, the gooey cheese and the great crust of Ledos, go somewhere else. The server was okay without being super friendly or attentive. He took care of basic needs but he didn't anticipate any needs. I have normally liked thin crust. This pizza just tasted off. The crust wasn't flaky. The pizza wasn't that moist with sauce. Ledo is my fav. This time was a fail I like thin crust. The crust this time was like a thin crispy craker. When you look a pizza it looked regular, but box felt lighter than normal. Stomach Pains !!!! There's something about this location that gives my son (13 years old now) severe stomach pains. At first I thought it was just an unexpected stroke of luck, but each and every time we ended up with the same results. Thing is, my son LOVES Ledo. And we've been eating at this location for years with no issues; until last year. So over the course of a year we conducted a food test experiment. Selected weekends so that my son would have a chance to recover in time for school. Experiments spanned 3 months apart starting last winter/spring around this time. Would order a small cheese pizza either Friday night or Saturday from the Largo location, and sure enough...severe stomach cramps within 3-6 hours. Same experiment at other Ledo locations in PG and MoCo, and not a single issue at other Ledo locations. Hadn't tried any Ledo's in DC yet. Papa Johns: no issue. Dominos: no issue. Pizza Bolis: no issue. Vocelli: no issue. 1000 degrees: no issue. For my birthday last October, we flew to Rome and Florence Italy and was reluctant to try pizza for him since we were on vacay. We rolled the dice, ordered pizza, and thankfully he had no issues. In fact, eating pizza over there makes me never want to eat pizza in the States EVER again! but that's a whole 'nother review, lol. I reached out to the Ledo corporate offices and told them my dilemma and asked if they had received any other customers complaining of the same issue, or if this location changed ingredients. Will Robinson, VP of Marketing and Innovation, emailed back and apologized for the mishap and told me this location hadn't changed their ingredients. Until this is corrected, we unfortunately can't eat at this location nor give it 5 stars anymore. I placed an order today. I was my order would be ready in 25 minutes. I arrived 45 minutes later. I paid and was not given any food. I asked the man for cheese and peppers and was told there was not any, but another customer asked a young lady for peppers and she gave him some. I've been a customer of Ledo Pizza, for several of their locations, for many years. Some in the MD area are great, but this location has poor customer service and the food presentation is not up to par with other locations. I recently wanted to try their Mac & cheese pizza once I saw the picture online. I completed an online order for a small and went in to retrieve it. I was immediately confused in that there were barely any pasta shells on the pizza. I asked the employees if the order was correct and questioned if they used the right amount of pasta because I barely saw any. Also, there were at least 2 slices that didn't have any pasta shells and the others were very sparse. When I asked for a refund, I was told they couldn't reverse it since I ordered online. The Ledos franchises have ruined one of the greatest Pizzas in the DMV and turned it into Frozen Food garbage...The sauce is not the same as the Original Ledos, The Pepperoni is not the same as the original and the crust is not the same as the original. My family and I were looking forward to getting a white pizza with a few extra ingredients from Ledos. This was mainly due to the great tasting pizza we experienced from the Ledos on Rte 3 in MD and the one in Silver Springs. I regret I didn't read the comments on Yelp before choosing this location. I ordered an 18" pizza and a small meat lovers pizza. I will try to post photos but the customer service was the absolute worst and the pizza was almost as bad. As soon as we walked into the place there was one customer waiting for pickup and about four or five ladies/employees sitting at a booth in the dining area. One stood up and yelled "If you're dining in, take a seat!" She yelled this to everyone that entered. Ignored her.... When I received the pizza's, I could actually count the amount if toppings on the pizza. They gave a good portion of tomatoes (even a top inedible slice) but everything else you had to pull out a magnifying glass on. Ridiculous!!! I asked for some ranch dressing and the guy said the little container was going to cost .89 cents. The other places have it to me for free. You would think since they were already saving money by skimping on the ingredients, I would be able to get more than one serving of ranch dressing. IT WAS AN 18" PIZZA FOR GOODNESS SAKE! They should change the name of the meat lovers pizza to "A Hint of Meat" pizza. I can only speak on my call in order. I ordered a small cheese pizza with extra sauce and it was perfect! The restaurant was very crowded and the employees were very fast getting my order.
