Like thin pizza and been getting their pizza for years but some locations are better than others

they took 30 minutes to make me a mini pizza. This place is terrible and slow. I do NOT recommend!

The food is barely mediocre on a good day. The pizza looked like they just dumped cheese on and let it melt wherever . The lasagna was horrible just cheese and undercooked pasta with a sprinkle of meat. This location used to be decent but the prices have increased terrible and the taste decreased . read more

The food is always good when I order. Sometimes you may have to give yourself an extra 5 -10 minutes. Or you might feel like you are standing in line too long. read more

I was in the mood for pizza and decided to try Ledo's. I ordered online, and my pizza was ready when I arrived. I got a pepperoni with light cheese. I was glad to see the option for light cheese on the website and the pizza was still really good. My only complaint is that it wasn't hot. The service was fine. If you pay with a card, be sure to bring your ID for verification. They will absolutely check due to recent fraud with online orders. They do have a dining room so you can eat there, but that section was empty when I ran in to pick up my order. read more

This was by far the worst Ledo location I have ever been to. The staff taking your order have zero idea what they are doing. The ordering process was extremely lengthy and my coworker and I were the only two at the counter. We ordered separately with two different cashiers. I ordered the soup, salad and bread lunch combo. As I ordered it I pointed to the flyer on the wall which advertised it. The lady rang me up for the items separately so the price came up to way more than the advertised special. I had to correct her which took her quite some time to figure out. They never asked me what break I wanted (pita or garlic) but I didn't have time to sort that out as I had to eat and get back to a training down the road. The guy who took my coworkers order was hard to understand and I am not quite sure he understood my partner either. The food took forever to come out. The salad ingredients did not seem as fresh as I am used to at the other locations that I frequent often. My coworker got a stromboli which he was only provided cheap plastic utensils for. He asked for regular utensils which he was told they don't have. The plastic fork and knife were bent and destroyed by the end of his meal. He struggled with them the entire time. Lunch was just not enjoyable and I would not recommend this location. read more

I'm surprised I never wrote a review about this place considering how much I come here. The pizza is always good (They got me hip to that Cauliflower Crust). I've only sat down in here once (and that was in high school) so I can't really speak on the service but when it comes to carryout I've never had an issue. read more

I have never had any issues here at all. Not one. Customer service is good. Food is always prepared on time more or less. The only rhing is your food may be ready in less time than quoted. read more

I had the lunch special gyro and fries for $10.99. Fries were crispy. Gyro had good amount of meat and sauce. I think it's a pretty good price for what you get. The service left much to be desired, but I also acknowledge that it was 1230 when we arrived. I don't even know the names of the people who waited on us. read more

I order via online the lunch special. When it was time to pick up, I went into the restaurant to pick up my order. The cashier was on her phone when I walked in AND when I was standing in front of her at the counter. I had to say "excuse me" for her to stop being on the phone (and never made eye contact). Now for the food: my meatballs were tasteless and the bread tasted old and freezer burned . I normally go to the Bowie location but I was feeling lazy - boy have I learned my lesson!! read more

RIDICULOUS if I could give a zero rating I would I am in disbelief that they would even sell a pizza like this. This pizza is so old and made of complete grease, literally the pizza box is soaked with grease the pizza is soaked in grease, it's hard and shameful. Highly disappointed I will not go back to this location. Please do better read more

I usually get pizza at Ledo but today I got a salad. It was amazing! I got the fried chicken salad with honey mustard. The food came out quickly. It tasted fresh. My order was right. And everything was seasoned very well. I will definitely order this more. The staff was also very nice. read more

From top to bottom great service. I called to place my order. I picked up a few things from the grocery nearby. I walked in. I was greeted asked to pay & waited for them to give me the food. They were busy and were moving efficiently. Seemed to have a good moving system. They called my name I got my food, they check with you & make sure it's all good. The food was bomb. Sorry the pictures may not look like much, but it was good! read more

Tried to call and give them a 2nd chance... called 3 times and no one said anything so... I'm good... back to another ledos I go

I frequent numerous Ledo's Pizza locations throughout the DMV area and this was the most trash location of them all. First and foremost, the food tasted horrible. I ordered hot honey and Sweet Baby Ray's Boneless wings, as well as an 18 inch pizza with four toppings and extra sauce, and two Oreo Cheesecake cupcake. The cupcakes were not in the bag, nor was I refunded, if they didn't have it. It was a waste of $50. I also do not care for how my child was treated when he picked up the order. I did not physically go in for the order myself, due to an injury. The staff made my son come get my ID and debit card, despite him having the receipt with the order number and telling them my name. None of the adult customer had to do present their ID or form of payment. I will never return to this Ledo's location or recommend for others to eat here. read more

I ordered the Chicken Artichoke Alfredo Fettucine. It came as soup. The manager refused to give me a full refund. I understand why this location has terrible reviews. Don't come here read more

This is the first time in my life that I didn't have a Ledos experience. I love Ledos. Even with franchises not being owned by the same people, I have always appreciated the taste of what makes Ledos special. If you want pizza that tastes okay, visit here. If you want the yumminess of the wonderful sauce, the gooey cheese and the great crust of Ledos, go somewhere else. The server was okay without being super friendly or attentive. He took care of basic needs but he didn't anticipate any needs. I have normally liked thin crust. This pizza just tasted off. The crust wasn't flaky. The pizza wasn't that moist with sauce. The sauce wasn't spectacular. The only detail that made the pizza Ledos was the square shape. The best part of the visit was the balsamic vinaigrette. That was delicious. read more

We were in the Baltimore Washington are for a medical procedure. We never have eaten at a Leedo's. So how bad is a pizza? This had to be frozen warmed over. Service was good, but when it arrived(plain cheese) it did not look like a pizza. It looked like something from a box that you buy at the grocery store. Guess what it was worse. We did not finish, but ordered a box to take our leftover to be polite. The service was good however. read more

Manager is very rude. I ordered wings 6pc & a small Pizza over the ohone. Upon arriving to get my food I see they had a wing & medium pizza deal. I hadn't paid yet but the manager refused to let me upgrade & wanted me to pay for two pizzas. Not to mention he was yelling at me read more

My daughter called in a order and the male employee was not paying attention she kept having to repeat everything and after all that he did not even give her the total. Ledo is my fav. This time was a fail I like thin crust. The crust this time was like a thin crispy craker. When you look a pizza it looked regular, but box felt lighter than normal. Pizza wasn't bad, just not good. Family was hungry so we ate it. Did call back and was told this is how it is suppose to be. I stayed I get this pizza all the time and it has never been like this. Guess they are cutting back on pizza crust. Manager said we could bring it back, it had already be served and everyone was hungry. Still like ledo pizza will choose different location read more

Stomach Pains !!!! There's something about this location that gives my son (13 years old now) severe stomach pains. At first I thought it was just an unexpected stroke of luck, but each and every time we ended up with the same results. Thing is, my son LOVES Ledo. And we've been eating at this location for years with no issues; until last year. So over the course of a year we conducted a food test experiment. Selected weekends so that my son would have a chance to recover in time for school. Experiments spanned 3 months apart starting last winter/spring around this time. Would order a small cheese pizza either Friday night or Saturday from the Largo location, and sure enough...severe stomach cramps within 3-6 hours. Same experiment at other Ledo locations in PG and MoCo, and not a single issue at other Ledo locations. Hadn't tried any Ledo's in DC yet. Papa Johns: no issue. Dominos: no issue. Pizza Bolis: no issue. Vocelli: no issue. 1000 degrees: no issue. For my birthday last October, we flew to Rome and Florence Italy and was reluctant to try pizza for him since we were on vacay. We rolled the dice, ordered pizza, and thankfully he had no issues. In fact, eating pizza over there makes me never want to eat pizza in the States EVER again! but that's a whole 'nother review, lol. I reached out to the Ledo corporate offices and told them my dilemma and asked if they had received any other customers complaining of the same issue, or if this location changed ingredients. Will Robinson, VP of Marketing and Innovation, emailed back and apologized for the mishap and told me this location hadn't changed their ingredients. Until this is corrected, we unfortunately can't eat at this location nor give it 5 stars anymore. What's even worse, my son now goes to a private school and they just informed them that Pizza Friday's will now be sourced from, guess where? Yep...Ledo from Largo, MD. This totally sucks unfortunately. Trying to appeal to the school to buy from a different location so my son can enjoy pizza Friday's with his friends instead of spending Friday night hugging the toilet bowl. wondering if any one else has experienced the same tummy ache problems after eating at this location? read more

I placed an order today. I was my order would be ready in 25 minutes. I arrived 45 minutes later. I paid and was not given any food. I asked the man for cheese and peppers and was told there was not any, but another customer asked a young lady for peppers and she gave him some. I waited 15 more minutes after paying and stated, "I called my order in a hour ago is it not ready." He looks and sees my pizza has been ready, but no wings. Everyone is confused. They scramble to make wings and tried to give me a cold pizza. I said my pizza is cold now. I still waiting and no reason to why my food was not prepared. They gave me the same cold pizza. When I complained she said I warmed it up. Poor customer service. I will never return. read more

I am truly dissatisfied with the service here, i ordered 3 medium pizza's via phone call. I called in my order at 8:08pm,was told it would be ready in 20mins, i get to the restaurant at 8:42pm. Ledo Pizza - False advertisement - Pizza Near Me - Largo, Maryland

My family and I were looking forward to getting a white pizza with a few extra ingredients from Ledos. This was mainly due to the great tasting pizza we experienced from the Ledos on Rte 3 in MD and the one in Silver Springs. I regret I didn't read the comments on Yelp before choosing this location. I ordered an 18" pizza and a small meat lovers pizza. I will try to post photos but the customer service was the absolute worst and the pizza was almost as bad. As soon as we walked into the place there was one customer waiting for pickup and about four or five ladies/employees sitting at a booth in the dining area. One stood up and yelled "If you're dining in, take a seat!" She yelled this to everyone that entered. Ignored her.... When I received the pizza's, I could actually count the amount if toppings on the pizza. They gave a good portion of tomatoes (even a top inedible slice) but everything else you had to pull out a magnifying glass on. Ridiculous!!! I asked for some ranch dressing and the guy said the little container was going to cost .89 cents. The other places have it to me for free. You would think since they were already saving money by skimping on the ingredients, I would be able to get more than one serving of ranch dressing. IT WAS AN 18" PIZZA FOR GOODNESS SAKE! They should change the name of the meat lovers pizza to "A Hint of Meat" pizza. The only reason they received 2 stars was because they finally gave me one free ranch dressing and although the pizzas were "light", they tasted ok after we fixed them up. If you want a good Ledo's pizza...stay away from this one! read more

I've been a customer of Ledo Pizza, for several of their locations, for many years. Some in the MD area are great, but this location has poor customer service and the food presentation is not up to par with other locations. I recently wanted to try their Mac & cheese pizza once I saw the picture online. I completed an online order for a small and went in to retrieve it. I was immediately confused in that there were barely any pasta shells on the pizza. I asked the employees if the order was correct and questioned if they used the right amount of pasta because I barely saw any. Also, there were at least 2 slices that didn't have any pasta shells and the others were very sparse. When I asked for a refund, I was told they couldn't reverse it since I ordered online. Disappointed is an understatement. read more

The Ledos franchises have ruined one of the greatest Pizzas in the DMV and turned it into Frozen Food garbage...The sauce is not the same as the Original Ledos, The Pepperoni is not the same as the original and the crust is not the same as the original. The cheese is the only thing that has remained consistent, but that is even suspect. I attended high school with the Marco's family and they have told me that it is NOT the original recipe...Sad but true Stay away from this pizza...They cut corners for the money, not for taking care of the desire of the customers...The College Park location is losing tons of money. I should know, my brother works there. He won't even eat it anymore read more

I normally got to Ledos in Richmond, so. I thought this one would be the same. I don't know if they follow the same guidelines, but this one was awful. It was super busy, and although the guy working the counter was very nice, and polite to me.. The food ruined it. I ordered wings (something. I've never had before from them) and they tasted awful... No seasoning.. Just chicken thrown in grease. I was so disapointed ... And I also ordered a ceasar salad. They basically gave me lettuce with a sprinkle of Parmesan on it .. No taste to it.. No love put into making it. It was the blandest ceasar Ive ever had. Based on the line of people there and what I know about Ledos.. I suspect I just chose the wrong thing.. Because I know their pizza is normally good.. So I wont judge them based off this chicken because they are a pizza place.. So next time I go back to what I know! read more
