Again, no answer, left a voicemail and now a week later... still no return call. Nothing! Short of personal injury, there is no excuse for this unprofessionalism. We were told no we did not need to - they could go right over it. The installation raised our eyebrows a few times but Tim and/or Matt were responsive. A little over a year later one of the planks was cracking because it ended on a grout line. Tim came out - with a new installer- to look at it. Tim basically told us we were on our own UNTIL his new installer said it was on the company due to being installed incorrectly. Tim said he would fix it 1 time only. I advised that would not be the case because his installer messed up. Anyhow, that portion on floor was replaced. Well here we are just over another year and we have same issue. We have been told we would be charged $150.00 per hour. Our response was same issue how can you charge us. Then I was asked if we had any of the product. I said yes 1/2 box. Then we were advised the flooring company went bankrupt so they couldn't do anything. What would they have done if we agreed to pay $150.00 per hour?? They were great when there were no issues!!

I was pissed. I dropped off the samples back at Selection Floors - the owner still didn't have anything to say to me, and Tim was apologetic. I would not do business here.

I had someone come in before Millennium and this a#% didn't know what he was doing. Talked a good talk , had nice fake pictures and gave me a reference phone number as I requested. Number didn't allow me to see anything. The pictures of the floors he claimed to do ... was not his work. I won't mention his name. Though if a pegleg handyman comes knocking. Tell him to keep on walking. Millennium flooring did a great job taking care of my floors and correcting the pegleg liars damages. At least the flooring damage. Pegleg damaged my steps by spilling Polyurathane on my concrete steps. Messed up my solid wood front door, my fireplace bricks. Millennium Flooring did great work. Clean work. Quick work. They installed new wood up the stairs and new flooring in the upstairs hallway. Worked around two dogs and let them out and even walked them at times just because. Exceptional service through and through! Recently, my wife left a steam cleaner on the floor for an extended period of time, which naturally left a milky water damage spot the shape of the steamer head and my puppy chewed one of the corners of the bottom stair. I reached out to the owner a year and a half after he initially performed the work, and his answer was "simple fix for both" after looking at it. The next day the repairs were made and he insisted it was at a no charge. Couldn't be happier with our choice to hire this contractor.
