He was grr-eat; professional (yet no dust on his heels), informative, and patient with my inexperience dealing w/oriental rugs. The material/rug came out beautifully; however, it was Milan that will bring me back to Paramount Rug, in Hyannis, for our kitchen/hall floor replacement needs (after the cabinets are installed). The location is not ideal, but once you're inside it's not even a thought. Looking forward to revisiting in the spring.

After 30min, I called the business and could not reach a live person, only voicemail. After 60 min, I went to the store in-person. Showroom was closed but a number was provided to call Gene. Again, no answer, left a voicemail and now a week later... still no return call. Nothing! Short of personal injury, there is no excuse for this unprofessionalism. I've moved on and found another "professional" business.

Even when I tried to get them lunch they wouldn't take a break to eat it until the job was done. Our home was built in the 90's and there were some unexpected things that came up during the install. They took the time to fix the problems the correct way. Even though the job took one day longer than expected it was totally worth the quality of work when they finished. The new flooring completely changed the look of our home. I can't say enough how happy I am with the finished product! We would recommend them to anyone.

We went to ideal flooring because the grout in our shower floor was cracked. They diagnosed the…read moreproblem as requiring both tile and pan replacement. They then did not replace the pan when doing the work. The grout cracked again quickly (within 4 months), This strongly suggests the underlying issue (likely movement, moisture, or pan failure) was never fixed. Over the course of several months we called multiple times. They set up 3 different appointments to come out and look. They never showed nor did they call to cancel or reschedule. Called the owner and he said we probably would have to replace the pan underneath.

This took 4 weeks and cost $252. When I received my carpet back, all of the colors had bled and the entire carpet smelled as if it had been chemically cleaned. The fact that I trusted Khouri's to take care of my carpet disgusts me tremendously! This carpet was one of a kind and cannot be replaced, sentimental value and the work of how it was acquired has been overshadowed by the ruination of a treasured item! Khouri's claims to use a cold water cleaning solutions to prevent bleeding of colors. They ruined the entire carpet with all the reds bled completely through the cream color from front to back when they only needed to work on a SMALL Area, NOT the entire carpet! I will never use them again and recommend going somewhere else if you require a select cleaning for an oriental carpet.

From the start the sales women never told me that i had to go to the store to look at carpet, i thought all places brought samples during the measurement phase. I would not have had any issue with going to the store had i been told. After my measurement it was 2 weeks before i heard from anyone. My emails went unanswered. On the day of my scheduled appointment(late morning to mid afternoon) they did not show up nor they call. I had to call the store late afternoon (3 pm) to inquire and after 2 more hours i was called and told they weren't coming and they would squeeze me in the next day. One of the installers used my personal bathroom (after i told them there was a timid cat locked inside), went number 2 and left it in the toilet.. Lots of personal items in the bathroom that don't need to be seen by a stranger. No response from the sales lady who i worked with (Mary) and after 24 hours she emailed me and offered a door mat as an apology, saying that someone should have called me to tell me they ran behind schedule. I lost 2 days of work for this. The installers made me uncomfortable in my own home then had the gall to expect a tip when they were done. Just a complete unprofessional operation. I do not recommend them.

I have used them twice and will use them again in the future. Jess was great to work with. This time, I had 3 rooms of new carpet, one repair where a dog had ripped up and shredded a seam, and a bunch of cleaning of existing carpets. The new carpet was high quality, and installed perfectly. The repair was so good that it is impossible to know that there was ever a problem. The cleaning turned out better than I expected. All of the workmen were super polite and did excellent work. You might save a few bucks with one of the national discounters, but in the end you will wish you had gone with someone like Loftus.
