Faye was magnificent! I went in to have Faye micro blade my eyebrows. She asked me how I wanted them and listened to me. We talked about color (others have used too light of a color) and she agreed we could go darker, and explained how the color works. It's not a permanent color, like a tattoo would be. Which is perfect for when eyebrow styles change. I went in for my touchup, as was expected, and I couldn't be happier. I love my eyebrows! I no longer have to set time aside every morning to try to draw them in myself, hoping that they somewhat match each other. I went to Faye for micro blading my eyebrows. She explained to me when I got this done that she would do one application to get the shape I want and then the next time she would fill in any blanks or any faded areas. I told her what I wanted, and referred to one of her own pictures. She did not do my eyebrows the way I wanted it so I had to wait two weeks to go in for my second treatment. She charged me $600 I gave her a $50 tip and I went on my way. My second appointment, I told her I really don't like my eyebrows. I feel like they're not the shape I want so she tried to reshape them again just making it look like they have been tattooed. Then when I called her a month later and said look it's already faded, it should last for a year? She told me the only way I can go in if I pay another hundred so now we're at $750 and I still hate my eyebrows. I have attached photos. You can see they look like I've had them for a year or a year and a half. I have only had them for two months. She doesn't listen. She doesn't know how to shape eyebrows and she is horrible at microblading because they should last at least one year. I called her again she told me I had to pay again another $100! I am done giving this unprofessional money. It's not even about the money. It's about the fact that I wanted to not have to pencil my eyebrows in every day and after two months and $750, I still have to pencil them in. I've made an appointment with another spa. I'm going to get them washed and then I'm going to get them redone and it's probably gonna cost me but what can I do? My eyebrows look horrific as you can see. She's awful. TLDR: This place is a red flag and you should avoid it! Do not get your freckle tattoos here. She photoshops her work. Do not be like me and save your $300. There aren't many places that do freckle tattoos around the Bay Area and unfortunately, Leblanc Day Spa is the closest one to me. I had freckles tattooed on in 2020 and they weren't the best but not the worst. The experience was not lasting as they fade quickly compared (3 months) to the actual time frame that they are supposed to last according to artists who specialise in freckle tattoos. I returned to get freckle tattoos in February out of impulse with hopes that the technique has improved. Unfortunately, that is not the case. The first time that the tattoos were done, they were done with a needle and this time they were done with a beauty tattooing machine (?? I'm assuming the one that you would use to do microblading). The process of getting them done was easy but as soon as I was done, I was asked to Venmo the payment and I wasn't told of any aftercare procedures (huge red flag). Another huge red flag: She seemed unsure of what to put on my face after the freckles were on so she slathered on Vaseline and sent me out. She almost put sunscreen on my face after a freckle tattoo (?!). Almost a week has passed since the procedure and there are 0 freckles on my face. There is no evidence that I got them tattooed as my face is as clear as day, so that was such a waste of $300. She texted me asking for photos of when I had the freckle tattoos but they don't really show up in photos but I sent them anyway. She ended up posting the photo on her Instagram and the photo is photoshopped! The freckles that show up in the photo are not what was on my face! Chemical Peel - Definitely recommend! 10/10 I was skeptical at first because of the word "chemical" I thought it was going to be really harsh on my face. However, that is not the case! There is a minor sting (nothing you can't handle) I go in there with active acne and when I leave they're in the process of being dried out. I can honestly say it has saved my life. I was at the point to where I didn't want to look in the mirror. Ever since I started getting chemical peels and using sunscreen (I've never used sunscreen before on my face in my life) it has brought back my confidence! I was very reluctant to try microblading at all because I don't usually try cosmetic treatments but I found Faye through word-of-mouth and was excited to see what all the hype was about - and I was beyond satisfied! Had my eyelashe extension done right before my Easter break around March 28th. Very kind owner but the worst experience with eyelashes. So so much glue and too many eyelashes stuck together. My eyes burned and definitely needs more experience in this area. I would never go back or recommend for eyelash extensions. It won't let me upload pics. Also she had to cut some of my bottom eyelashes to get the my eyelashes unstuck to the bottom ones. You know Faye that you are not qualified to do eyelashes. On 2/18 and 3/10/20, I had Scalp Micro-pigmentation services, but all pigmentation were faded within a week, and I got no result. I paid $1,199 for this service. I am very disappointed because I could not wash my hair for 7 days, but afterwards, there was no pigment. I feel like the service was not performed correctly.  On 3/19/20, I sent some photos to show the result. Consequently, you attempted to offer a different method called Shading, but then the Covid Lock down happened.  On 8/2/21, I contacted you to check if the salon reopened. Surprisingly, you refused to perform Shading and said, "I will go a head with scalp pigmentation one more time. There will be no shading, I never done shading, and my service was always advertised scalp pigmentation[s]." I was very upset because you were trying to do something you have never done before. I went in for full lashes, I stressed, I wanted full not natural, Fay put what she wanted, it took her less then 30 mins, so I was worried they weren't full and i was right. I told her they were not full and I even showed her a picture of what I wanted. Fay instead they were fine and natural looking, to put mascara on. I think she missed the point for the lashes, I wanted full lashes so I didn't need to put mascara on. I didn't want to argue so I paid her and left. Later that evening I texted her, I wasn't happy and would like her to fix it. NEVER GOT A Text back. I texted her 3 times. NOTHING. This was very concerning to me because 100 bucks is not joke. It hurt me to throw my money down the toilet and not get what I asked for . Fay is a nice lady, she is helpful while you are in her office but once you leave, forget it. Her customer service skills need some work, she needs to care about her customers concerns, even if she doesn't agree. . A customer concern should never be ignored under any circumstance. DO NOT COME HERE. I had found the Groupon and was extatic about how cheap her eyelash extensions were so close to Christmas. She informed me once i got there that her lasha weren't very thick, so it would not be dramatic even though advertised (high volume) but i had already bought the Groupon so i figured why not. Once done they were barley classic. I don't get my eyelashs done often so i figured that might just be my misinterpretation. About an hour after my treatment the glue was still stuck to my face. I began to frantically call every eyelash place to see who could get me in. THANK GOD FOR RAENBOW LASH & Beauty. Melissa was fantastic. Melissa informed me after looking at my eyelashs 1. SHE GLUED MY EYELASHES TOGETHER. Which is a big no no 2. Her glue is disgusting and dried coming off a sparkled color 3. She didn't even do half of my lashes. Even though her Groupon was for a "Full-set" 4. When my eyelashs were "done" with Faye my eyes wouldn't open because of the glue. Faye had cut my bottom eyelashs attempting to get the glue off.
