Stop right now, thank you very much.. Lol. This review is waaaaaay overdue! I actually found Char on IG through a mutual friend who had her brows recently done. I was so amazed by Char's work I had to get in touch. I was a little hesitant at first because 1) I didn't know Char and I've never reached out to someone I found on IG and 2) I was inquiring about a tattoo for my brows!! Well, LET ME TELL YOUUU... I am so glad I reached out because she is the kindest person you will ever meet. From our very first encounter, she made me feel so welcomed - like we've known each other for a long time. She explained everything to me, answered my gazillion questions and then booking my appt. aaaand the rest is history. My brows will never be the same. This was in 2018 and I've been getting touch ups every year since. Char's work is absolutely incredible!! Don't go anywhere else to get your brows done. And tell her that Patti sent you! read more

Charline is absolutely amazing! I went to a different place before and they completely messed up my brows. Thankfully, Charline was able to fix everything and not just fix it, she made them look better than I ever expected. She really took her time, paid attention to every little detail, and made sure I left happy. She's incredibly talented, and you can tell she cares about her work and her clients. Her studio is beautiful, super clean, and has such a calming vibe you almost want to take a nap there. I love Charline . I wouldn't trust anyone else with my brows! read more

I can't remember what it's like to wake up and do my brows. What little I remember was that it was a daunting task and took way too long. One would do this and the other would do that. It got frustrating. My manager at work recommended Charlene with Eternal Beauty. I was researching for several months on IG but no artist had the look I was going for. Bold, beautiful and sharrrrrp! Charlene had it all. Her clients on IG looked very happy with the end results so in no time I was texting her and placing my deposit. She fills up quick ladies so I recommend getting on the ball with that or you may wait. That's how it goes when someone's talent is on HIGH DEMAND. My first appointment was amazing. Charlene is VERY CLEAN and a perfectionist. She mapped out my brows and asked for approval. I kinda got teary eyed because my face looked more proportionate immediately and it gave me a sense of "lift" in my entire face. Girls, we know that we do not want to go down! No no no. It took about 4 hours the first time and about that for my touch up and yearly. I've gone back to her each time because she's just so great. From pre-appointment information, to the actual procedure and what she's doing step by step, to aftercare and even the follow up well after healing, Charlene is always making sure we, as clients, are satisfied. I've recommended her to my mother in law and sister in law who have their appointments very soon. She just began to offer hyaluron lip filler with a medical grade pen and I've been twice for that. Such a natural and subtle lift to my lips and totally painless. I love everything about Charlene with Eternal Beauty and I'm confident others who have read this far could agree with all I said! read more

This review is long overdue! I ALWAYS get so many compliments on my eyebrows so here me out..... When I first thought of getting microblading it was so hard deciding where to go, I was recommended to Charlene by a friend and although she was booked out I decided to wait and I am so glad I did! She is very informal, very clean and comforting and her work is just so Phenomenal! She met way above my expectations! I have been one of the O.G clients and even now that I have moved states I do not mind coming to her or even waiting for her. I HIGHLY recommend to everyone. My girl is the one for microblading. read more

This review is LONG OVERDUE, but my sentiments regarding Char's work are exactly the same...BEST EVER!! I got my brows done about two years ago, I actually won them (LOL) from an IG contest, and it's been brow paradise ever since. I've always struggled with my brows, those over plucking teen years definitely took a toll and the tails never grew back correctly. My right brow had a natural arch and the left brow...well...it flat lined. And, to make matters worse, my left eye sits a bit a lower than my right eye so my brows were definitely a disaster. UGH. !!! CHAR SAVED MY BROWS !!! First impression of Eternal Beauty - SLEEK, BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL, WELCOMING, COMFORTABLE. Charlene is extremely professional. She communicates effectively, and her response time is super quick. She answered all of my questions and she never made me feel like I was bugging her or overwhelming her with, "What ifs," or "How abouts." She's so patient and understanding and it definitely makes the process enjoyable. Upon arrival, we electronically filled out some paperwork, took about 5-10 mins then it was time for magic. Char's work room is well-kept and her equipment is up-to-date. Not for one second did I question the sanitary conditions of her work space. I was extremely comfortable and knew I was in great hands. Now here is where Char truly shines. PER-FEC-TION-IST!! Say it again...PERFECTIONIST!! She measured every angle of my face to ensure my brows were symmetrical. She actually noticed the slight variation of my eyes and knew she had to do something to make my brows match. She measured...erased. Measured again. Erased. Measured some more...erased again. She did this process over and over and over until we both saw eye-to-eye...get it? It took Char about two hours, maybe a little bit longer, to complete my brows. I was comfortable the entire time. She didn't rush and her hands were extremely soft and light. She constantly checked in to make sure I was okay or if I needed to take a break. THEN ... THE...REVEAL!!!!!! Well see for yourself. CHAR THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR PROFESSIONALISM AND HARD WORK. You are definitely a star and can't wait to get more work done. See ya soon!!!! Side note: I did go back after eight months for a touch up. The experience was exactly the same. AMAZING!! read more

I don't know what I would have done without Charlene's talent; her microblading was a huge game changer and I love my brows SO much! Highly recommended and she will be the only person I go to going forward. Charlene really cares and passionate about her clients. I have had over-plucked eyebrows in my years and with her work, my brows look balanced, natural, full and I never imagined how great they can look. I get compliments on my brows all the time and I definitely give credit to her. The process: It did not hurt at all! Typically, the microblading process is like nails on the chalkboard PAINFUL, but Charlene'e technique is so careful and detailed; I actually fell asleep when she was doing my brows! read more

Charlene is super sweet and professional. I went in for my second touch up this weekend and left extremely happy with the results. She's a really communicative throughout the process and is perfectionist. She takes the time to make sure your brows are the absolute best! I look forward to my next appointment :) read more

Char at Eternal Beauty is the best! She is very organized, concise, and sweet. She explains everything she is about to do, even if it's your 3rd time back for a touch-up. Her appointment takes about 3 hours, but every minute is spent making sure your brows are all mapped out right for your face. I love working with Char because she pays attention to the details and the areas that need more love. She also caters to each clients' individual needs since everyone's skin and healing is so different. For my first touch-up we agreed to go bolder and thicker, and also switch to a different technique. It was totally worth it because after 1 year my brows were still looking good without makeup. I went back today for an annual touch-up because some areas on my brows were sparse, so Char worked her magic to bring them back to life! She also has clear after-care instructions to allow for a smooth healing process. You gotta take care of them for the first week, so don't pick at em! Don't worry, they'll be super dark and bold at first, but after they're all healed, they look totally natural. Worth every penny and the (little) pain you go through. I don't have to fill them in unless I'm doing a full glam face, but I can totally go to work and save 15 minutes without having to fill in brows anymore. Definitely recommend if you want your makeup routine to change forever! read more

I used to have such bushy eyebrows growing up it was a bit of a curse during childhood. The moment I was given the "go" to use a tweezer as a pre-teen, I went overboard and my poor brows never recovered. Had I know that bold brows would eventually be "in" again I would not have damaged my natural brows causing bald spots that never grew back! Thanks to Eternal Beauty, I have my brows back. I've kissed my eyebrow pencil goodbye and in fact I haven't touched a tweezer since, I rock them just the way they are! I've also received tons of compliments, too. read more

I absolutely love this place & Charlene! It's the only eyebrow place that I 100% trust, & I've tried and researched a few in the Bay, Connecticut, & Louisiana. Unlike the eyebrow places I've been to in San Francisco, from measuring, to drawing, to coloring, to every single detail about the process & the brows, Charlene is THOROUGH. She makes sure they are perfect when you leave. It's important to keep in mind that the brows are always dark at first & that the ink leaks as they settle into it's actual color, it's just part of the healing process & can take a few weeks. But once it's done, it will look SO natural. I've received SO many compliments on my brows & will forever stick with Charlene. read more

Where do I even begin, Charlene as a person, or as the artist she is ? Microblading was something I was looking into for a while and after seeing Charlene's work and hearing nothing but good things. I decided to book a session w/ her. My first Initial appointment took about four outs and Charlene was beyond detailed and took so much time ensuring my eye brows would look the best. She started off with snapping them. Fixing little details, explaining every steps she was taking, she went over colors and which type of eye brows would compliment my face best. Then came time for actually Microblading to start, I barely felt a thing, she has such a passion for this art and you can tell by the time she takes to make sure everything is perfect. Charlene as a person is god sent and full of nothing but good vibes and positive energy. I could get lost in conversation about positivity, goals, drive and success with her. She has such a kind and pure soul. I went in for my annual retouch since 2018 my eye brows still looking great, but sparse in some areas. Again, I was great with love. What I like most about Charlene is that she is always educating herself staying on top of the newest tips and tricks to ensure client satisfaction. She has a passion for her art and takes on every client as a muse. She is an artist. I recommend her to all my family and friends and will continue to be a loyal client of hers for years to come. Her studio is beautiful, clean and well kept. I feel as if I you are visiting a spa when you enter. read more

Charlene is the BEST! I was researching for the BEST eyebrow artist for awhile (like over a year awhile!) until my sister stumbled on her Instagram page. As soon as I saw her work I told myself, "She's the one who will do my brows!" She knows her craft perfectly & I know she loves what she do because it reflects to her work. She did an immaculate job on my eyebrows! She is very professional, makes sure you feel comfortable, & very clean! Yes even pre-Covid, she always suited up with a gown, hair net, gloves & a mask! Almost 2 years later, I am still inlove with my eyebrows. Charlene became a good friend of mine & my BFF (Brow Friends Forever)! read more

Thank you Charlene for helping me and my brows! I am in love with my new brow shape and that I can wake up ready for the day. I previously had micro blading done that was faded and left one of my brows uneven and droopy. I searched all of the bay and couldn't find an artist that compared to Charlene's technique. She is the sweetest and most humble soul and getting to know her and how she started in this business was so inspiring! What I appreciated most was her cleanliness, attention to detail and how considerate she was throughout tattooing my brows to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain. She's very informative and walks you through the whole process. After your brows are done she provides you with an after care kit and books your touch up appointment for you for dates that she has blocked off on her calendar already. I can't wait to go in in a few weeks and get my lips done by her! read more

My brows and life have been changed since meeting Charlene and coming to Eternal Beauty! I found her through her Instagram and stalked it for a while before finally deciding to go for it! This is my third session with her and she has been blessing my brows for the past 2 years. She is the best at what she does, is such an artist and perfectionist which is exactly what you want from your brow artist. She has given my thin sparse brows a fuller and bolder look. The best thing is I get to wake up and go each and every single day! I never have to wear any brow make up or fill in because I literally get to say, "I woke up like this!" I constantly get compliments all the time about my brows and iff you've been thinking about getting your brows done, Charlene and Eternal Beauty will absolutely take care of you! read more

I'm the most low maintenance girl when it comes to my appearance. I literally brush my teeth, brush my hair, wash my face and go. I don't do makeup unless it's a special occasion so to have my brows done by this beauty was hands down one of the best decisions I've ever made! I've never had a great shape, my brows were a little wild but still thinned with a age. Charlene fixed all of these problems! She took extra time to make sure my brows were symmetrical and were perfect for my face shape. I love the bold look and she made them full yet natural still! These photos are all WITHOUT touching up my brows with any type of makeup and they still look flawless and pop! If you know me, you know I don't let anyone touch my face so the trust I have in Charlene is beyond words. Thank you thank you THANK YOU! For giving me the confidence to go bare faced all the time and letting my natural beauty shine! Love my brows and you! read more

This is from my experience-I asked that my eyebrow and shape be retained just micro bladed in and filled in to make them more defined- definitely not what she achieved. I'm not saying that the owner/artist Char is bad at what she does, obviously people are happy with the work that they had done on them . But it's just isn't up to par with what I wanted for myself. When my eyebrows were finished it looked like a blind drag queen tried to draw on my brows. And to top it off, they were red and hot and wouldn't stop oozing, bleeding. I had seen a doctor and they had mentioned that the person who performed the service had gone a lot deeper than what necessary causing damage to my tissues making them ooze which also caused part of the brows to completely come off. People, I had half of one brow completely off and the other one spoty for about 2 weeks! I was given antibiotics to prevent infection then to top it off I had to have the rest of the blotched eyebrow job removed by lasers costing a s*it load of money. Then had to wait 6 weeks after so that I could get everything redone by someone that actually knew how to do the procedure correctly and that matched my face shape instead of having the same thick block like structure (which I think is what she is comfortable with or her preference) I personally would not recommend this business. Also, she seemed distracted by answering her cell phone/messages which is super unprofessional in my opinion. Also be weary about the paperwork you sign, it's a non refundable service... so no recourse people. read more

There are a lot of options out there when it comes to brows, but none like Charlene at Eternal Beauty. She is a perfectionist and that's definitely what you want when you're considering a tattoo on your face. Char spends at least half an hour outlining the area, measuring, re-measuring, and considering the perfect shape for your personal facial structure. You can trust her expertise when it comes to recommending whether to change or keep your current eyebrow shape, making them bolder at first so that they settle in to the ideal thickness, as well as which type of brow (ombre, microblade, microshade, etc.) would be best. Char is even honest if she knows that she would do more damage than help if she attempted to go over a previous artist's work. Char has chosen a profession that she enjoys and her passion for the art is obvious. I was very hesitant at first, it was my first and only tattoo, but these days as we are working from home due to the coronavirus, I am extra thankful I took the leap! I am extremely comfortable getting on a video chat with nothing on my brows. I'm not self-conscious in the least when I need to quickly run an errand and I'm too lazy to put on a face. It's one of the best investments I've made for myself and I reap the benefits each and every day. read more

I've seen your work on my friend's brows. They were pretty awful. What you charge doesn't match your work.

AMAAAAZINNNNGGGG there's no one better than Char. Seriously. I am a perfectionist and very picky; Charlene completely went above and beyond doing my brows and lips. My face always feels very full, I never have to worry my make up (I used to do my brow even for gym because how drastic it looks without it!). Now I never have to worry. I've researched many place from west coast, to east. Charlene really has meticulous work and make sure you're happy. She probably cares about your brows more than you do lol. You won't regret it! And the needleless lip fillers are amazing, you don't feel anything and it heals very quickly. You can build up to as little or as much as you'd like. But for sure 2 or + to see a juicy effect! read more
