My experience at Caixa Artistry was not a pleasant one. A confrontational experience did not make sense for a lash and artistry business. Professionalism and customer comfort are important in this type of business, and my experience did not reflect that at all. I scheduled a simple eyelash treatment and I was surprised by how uncomfortable the experience became before the service even started The customer interaction felt like an interrogation with repeated questioning, strange. Not sure why it had to be that way as getting simple eyelashes should be a Chill and fun experience . This not brain surgery, it's eyelashes why make it weird and confrontational. I've been to several lash artists over the years, and Claudia with Caixa Artistry is the ONLY one who has been able to give me the exact look I've been trying to achieve for years. She takes the time to ask all the right questions to make sure she understands exactly what you want. After I showed her inspiration photos, she explained what would actually be needed to achieve that look. It was different from what I originally thought, but she was absolutely right! Over half my lash extensions fell out in one day. My esthetician recommend this business - not sure why but perhaps her clients receive services here. Anyways on 2/21 I came for a classic fill and she was able to do a hybrid. I spent $270. On 2/22 I flew out of the state and by that evening around 11pm when I woke from my nap my lashes littered the pillowcase and were on my cheek. .. I paid $270 for not even 24hours of lashes I ran around town trying to find someone to repair them in time for the wedding and paid about her $150 out of pocket for this... that's over $400 for lashes This business didn't attempt To give me a refund , did not offer a refund- she offered to have me come in to see what happened but I was out of town.
