I came across Liane on Instagram while looking for a reputable person who did microblading and I am so grateful I found her! When we first spoke back in 2022, I had already made an appointment and paid my deposit. She reached out to me to have a conversation about what I had disclosed on my intake form. I was diagnosed with breast cancer a few months prior and I was concerned about losing my hair. I felt that if I had my eyebrows microbladed, it might help me still feel a sense of beauty in the midst of treatment and/or hair loss. I had already started chemotherapy by the time I connected with Liane. She was so kind and honest about the risks and the potential outcome, that she advised me to either wait or not have microblading done at all because of my situation - she even refunded my deposit. It might seem little, however, I was so incredibly touched by her actions. She has a no refund policy (in place for good reason!) and could've easily taken my money and said "fuck it" but the way she went about things spoke volumes to me - especially during a time when everything was upside and backwards in my world.
